Very Nice and comfortable hotel. Beautiful views, spa is nice, the Chinese restaurant is really worth trying. And the staff goes out of their way to make it a great stay.

Superb hotel! Clean, friendly and high quality of all ammenities: room, dinner and breakfast buffet, gym, spa! The only comment would be that they should not charge an extra to use the sauna, steam room and the pool. In a 5 star hotel, this does not make much sense.

Really pleased we chose this hotel! Loved the ski lift shuttle, I was unsure what to expect and usually stay ski-in/ski-out so thought it might be a pain not being right on the slopes, but the shuttle is so efficient. A minibus waits by the ski locker room (which is also right by the ski hire shop on site) and we never had to wait for it. They load your skis into the vehicle, and drop you off at the gondola within minutes. Same at the other end, there was nearly always a minibus waiting at the bottom of the slopes whenever we wanted to head back. Food was very good - usual international buffet breakfast and dinner with a variety (we stayed for a week and I didn't feel the food was repetitive) of good options each morning and night of a high standard. Fresh orange juice brought to your table with breakfast. One thing to note is that water is chargeable but I imagine you can ask for tap water (something we aren't used to in the UK, tap is fairly standard!). Rooms were modern and well equipped, plenty of clothes hanging space and a big radiator which was useful when we got soaked one day by the rain. Comfy beds and pillows. L'Occitane toiletries provided as well as a hairdryer and straighteners. Downstairs bar is a lovely spot to sit and have a drink, lots of comfy areas and service was mostly very good, all staff were friendly, they just have quite a large area to cover. We didn't visit the spa but I had a quick look in and it looked very nice, this is chargeable separately and kids are allowed in during certain times - unfortunately this was at the times we would have gone so we didn't visit, but this didn't bother us. A great stay, would stay again!

A weeks stay skiing at this excellent hotel. Top quality staff, food, rooms and service. Great location, a true 5 star hotel.

My second stay at Park Piolets and it did not disappoint. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff is second to none, especially the lovely chaps who ferry you to the gondola! The breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent. I cant wait to return.

We stayed on the recommendation of colleagues from Puerto Rico and they were not wrong, the best service at the bar, in coordinating classes, recommendations, breakfasts, spa. You don't have to worry about anything, they rent you everything and coordinate everything and the dance floor they take you to is the best for beginners, believe me, I made the mistake of not coordinating my first day with them. I'm coming back next year.

The room was exquisite with wonderful views. Here are a few helpful tips and things to know about the hotel: 1. Don’t use the lift if you can! Use the stairs. Go into the spa and follow signs to stairs 2. Try the ham croquets at the bar 3. The buffet is free but the other restaurants aren’t The food is excellent. I would aim to get to the hotel for Christmas Eve as they have SO MUCH SEAFOOD If you are skiing, the hotel have a ski locker room. The staff help you load the shuttle and it takes you to the ski gondola. Barely any walking. Spa is wonderful and totally kid friendly. Me and my family had 10 minutes of peace before the naughty kids. The outside pool is STEAMING hot and it feels great despite cool mountain air. Staff were awesome. Daniel always had a smile on his face!

VERY happy with the one week stay in this hotel. Remarkable employees and services Quality and quantity of breakfast buffets and excellent evening meals. The staff is largely at the level of this 4* hotel.. Cleanliness nothing to say Spacious establishment Clean room large bathroom ditto pleasant balcony The SPA is VERY pleasant gym ditto and cleaning every hour. Pleasant setting, hiking departures nearby.. I highly recommend... A surprise however, still water at the table is payable and in half liter.. meh, not great.
