Royal Grand hotel is Royal in real meaning. Excellent PR, fantastic Ambience and not to forget best restsurents.

"We stayed here with friends and family. The swimming pool was good and clean, but the room and bathroom were very small. Even though they provided WiFi details, we couldn't connect. The outside view was also not good. The service was also lacking, as we had to call reception 2-3 times for water."

It was a good and clean hotel and room service was doing good job with a little bit of stinginess towards consumables. Such as drinking water or bathroom necessities.

Eventhough I dint stay in the hotel, the review from outside is amazing, it has good and large rooms, suites with reasonable rent, good room services and in a very prior location on ittihad road. Safeer mall, the nearest shopping destination, makes it more worthy to live in

Good service And very cheap. Several amenities are available Only a few footsteps away! However much parking space Is not available so make sure you are ready to walk far to access your car.

Pool training at this property is highly recommended with this trainer Dilmith, he’s highly talented and well qualified individual. He’s very knowledgeable, I came with zero knowledge in swimming, he made me understand techniques and come to a point where he recommended me to go for competition in 2 months and time. Reception staff are very kind. Room is at normal level. Less car parking space and if you have a car better book it on week days. It’s better for the tourist who doesn’t have car.

Only one night there, I loved the bed! Some details of cleaning in the shower but all good 😊 Service is normal, check in and out was efficient. The only thing I could mention is that they should verify the WiFi signal in the rooms, actually mine probably was off. However, I stayed one night so I didn't complain and used another WiFi. Location is good, near bus station 👍🏻

Rooms were nice and clean, staff was helpful. However, they could not resolve the brown water issue that we faced in our kitchen area. Also since it was the new year's time, they could not give us another room/apartment. Good for travellers with family/groups.

2 years back stayed here alone and with family for 2 months. Its a good hotel. Staff is good. The guy Amsil (if i remember his name correctly) at reception was helpful. Great location, services and professional employees the only downside is no Dreyer available, only small area to hang your laundry on the balcony in a humid weather. still I love it and I will stay in the same hotel apartments. with the exception I will choose lake view. the area is great with a lot of restaurants, super store ,and easy access to major malls. difficult parking lots to guests.

Well maintained hotel. Friendly staff. Well located at the Sharjah Corniche and with an excellent view of the Al Majaz park. Free parking within the building for guests. The free Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast and stable. The bundled breakfast was a bit of a let down with not much choice and variation.

Really nice place to stay in Sharjah. It's close to the beach, the Corniche Street and there are some good options of restaurants and markets around. But it's a bit far if we consider a walking distance from the more active region of the neighborhood.

The staff were friendly. Although the location is not bad the surrounding properties are under construction. The amount of dust is incredible causing everything to feel dirty. There are two of these hotels with the same name in different areas about 15 km apart. Ensure you know which one you booked. We went to the wrong one first.

Reasonably priced for the quality service provided. Don't forget to bring your own water if you are checking late in night.

The room cleaning is very good and nice welcoming ladies, (kumari, Rogina), but there are some problems in the apartment. The safety issue wasn't there. The washing machine dribbling and no one care. The ceiling about to fall and we report these issues many times. The lift is about to divide my child into halves and they are too slow to solve these issues.

I forgot my phone charger in the room and 100% sure about it.. but unfortunately they said no its not there.. Rooms are a bit noisy it's not quite around there. Staff also are OK but not professionals. Over all its just Ok.. not a great experience

To see all five villages in one day, you need to start by 9:00 - This time of year, not crowded at all. - Some of the best views are at the higher elevations so be ready to climb some steep walkways. - Many of stores and shops were not open…but some are depending on the village.

Big and comfortable rooms. Service is very satisfying. The only complaint was that there was no gym equipment. The location is pretty far from so you need a car if you plan to go out frequently.

Nice place, but parking your car there is slightly difficult. You have to add 35 Dhs at least for parking the car in front of the hotel at the empty places. Beach access is provided by buses from the hotel to the beach, which is tricky that you may think the hotel is near to the beach when yoy filter and refine your result to find a hotel near to the beach!

Staff are very friendly, room is clean and good size. My family loved it there, location is very good.

Very good for long stay, well furnished and accessible, has washing machine, and stove, like a small apartment. The set back is the WIFI, is weak, no enough electricity sockets, otherwise I found it excellent and affordable. I highly recommend it for anyone wants to stay in Ajman.

Very good apartment. I stayed for 1 night. I took non smoker room. It's clean. Spacious compared to other apartments. Also they have restaurant inside. Also parking available free from charge. Quite place. Only downside side the AC was not quite but cooling

Hotel is okay.. few AC not working properly..WiFi is awesome. One fact I saw is hotel guys keeps visitors passport in there custody. And we have to pay 200AED as security deposit. Also all payment is advance. They don't have faith in customer . This is strange thing I have seen. Also for drinking water also we have to pay...no complementary water bottle.... Not worth to stay.
