Had an absolute awesome experience for the past 4 nights at the hotel. From Check in to check out the staff was simply amazing in every aspect. Politeness, speed of service for ANYTHING, awareness, care all absolutely amazing. I would like to highlight one particular member of staff in the Restaurant, Nadya, what a pleasure she was, leading from the front giving every guest the same 7 star treatment and care. We could do with managers like her. Going above and beyond, helping the other staff, cleaning, clearing, assisting etc. we could do with lovely people and mangers like her.
