It was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The balcony view was extraordinary beautiful watching lake side towards the sea and sunset.

The hotel is fantastic, great facilities including a gym, sauna, steam room and pool. The staff are amazing, friendly and very accommodating. Vivian the host of the cafe for breakfast is always smiling and accommodating, she was absolutely wonderful. Overall the hotel is good stay away from the business of Dubai but very easy to get to if you want to.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton and had a seamless and brilliant experience from start to finish. Despite being rated as a 4-star hotel, it truly deserves a 5-star rating. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel has a lovely scent throughout, and I was greeted with a warm cookie upon arrival, which was a nice personal touch.

The rooms were lovely, and the bathroom was absolutely stunning. Room service was fantastic—prompt, attentive, and polite. The pool and gym was well-stocked with towels and water, and it was always clean, including the sauna and steam rooms, which were also in excellent condition. The facilities overall were impressive, making for a great experience.

To top it off, the view was stunning, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel provided the comfort and balance we needed to be productive. My clients loved hosting seminars here, and dining at Majdolin Restaurant was a pleasure. The luxurious gym and pool helped me maintain wellness, essential for my project.

Whenever I need a reset, the Banyan Cafe offers a refreshing space to work. My recent interaction with Barbara from the staff was wonderful; her warm welcome made me feel right at home. DoubleTree has been a supportive and comforting place throughout my journey.

I stayed for two weeks during July 2024. The room had amazing views over the waterfront. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful at all times. I mainly had breakfast at the hotel, there was always a great number of options to cater for all needs. Gym and other leisure facilities were more than adequate. Overall no complaints and I look forward to returning again in future.
