Had an absolute awesome experience for the past 4 nights at the hotel. From Check in to check out the staff was simply amazing in every aspect. Politeness, speed of service for ANYTHING, awareness, care all absolutely amazing. I would like to highlight one particular member of staff in the Restaurant, Nadya, what a pleasure she was, leading from the front giving every guest the same 7 star treatment and care. We could do with managers like her. Going above and beyond, helping the other staff, cleaning, clearing, assisting etc. we could do with lovely people and mangers like her. Stunning waterfront view! Suite was spacious. Kitchen and appliances are well maintained. Front desk person Melody was very gracious. Adam was also very courteous and helpful. Breakfast and dinner food were well prepared. We definitely got our money's worth.

Thanks to the staff who made an effort to make us happy and comfortable from the moment we entered until the moment we left. The staff who asked for our requests at all times made us feel special with their smiles. Especially Adam at the reception was friendly and always helpful. Everyday cleaning, fast internet, proximity to the beach, comfortable rooms, delicious and various food, a huge thanks to the chefs:) Also, the wellness area was quite good for relaxing and enjoying at the evenings.

Wonderful stay! Kind and respectful staff, with excellent service particularly from Melody and Ikram. The one bedroom corner apartment is beautiful, definitely a must try! Very high quality facilities. Loved it!

One of the best hotels in sharjah, if not the best. I stayed here for 5 nights with my family, and saying that we enjoyed our experience there would be a huge understatement. Everybody who worked there was exceptionally nice and welcoming to me and my family. The rooms are very good, very elegant, neat, very plush and luxurious.
The breakfast was good, it was honestly nothing out of this world, but it was good. They only had the basics, but the quality of food was really good compared to other hotels.
I would definitely visit again, and thank you to everyone who works there, our experience truly wouldn't have been the same without you.

It was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The balcony view was extraordinary beautiful watching lake side towards the sea and sunset.

The hotel is fantastic, great facilities including a gym, sauna, steam room and pool. The staff are amazing, friendly and very accommodating. Vivian the host of the cafe for breakfast is always smiling and accommodating, she was absolutely wonderful. Overall the hotel is good stay away from the business of Dubai but very easy to get to if you want to.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton and had a seamless and brilliant experience from start to finish. Despite being rated as a 4-star hotel, it truly deserves a 5-star rating. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel has a lovely scent throughout, and I was greeted with a warm cookie upon arrival, which was a nice personal touch.

The rooms were lovely, and the bathroom was absolutely stunning. Room service was fantastic—prompt, attentive, and polite. The pool and gym was well-stocked with towels and water, and it was always clean, including the sauna and steam rooms, which were also in excellent condition. The facilities overall were impressive, making for a great experience.

To top it off, the view was stunning, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I would definitely stay here again!
