Worst experience everrrr, actually it was a traumatizing one! From where to start! Reception? Rooms? Smell? Worst experience ever!
First of all the receptionist was really really bad and the reception hall was really dirty,the furniture had stains all over it. The rooms were very old, terribly bad smell, zero cleanliness. The bathroom has no words to describe, not hygienic at all and had bad smell. The walls were ripped , the head of the bed had stains all over it, even the tv and the phone were really dirty!!! When we went back to the receptionist and told her that we will complain about what we saw, she didn’t even flinch or give any explanation,help, cooperation, she just looked at us and said nothing! It was truly a traumatizing experience for me and my husband and I would never ever go back there or recommend it to anyone. If you’re looking for a place to say within a budget this isn’t the place, many other places have better opportunities than this one.

I was here for a one-night stay with family. The overall setup barely has all the basic amenities of a two-star-rated hotel. Its a rustic place and the maintenance has been done everywhere over and over again, leaving holes and patches everywhere. I have stayed in two-star hotels before, but this has not met my expectations. They charged 250 AED for these single rooms, which I find not worth it with the setup, condition of the rooms and amenities.
It has the Al Ibrahimi restaurant; I bought 1.5L of water for 4 AED. For breakfast we had 2 boiled eggs, one omelette, one chicken sandwich, two teas and a 500 ml water. Which cost me 44 AED at the restaurant.
They have a small pool. which is kid-friendly and open from 8 AM till 10 PM. Basic Gym and base Sauna
All in all, I did not find this worthy for the price they charged and will not recommend it or visit again.

I had a terribly bad experience, zero comfort, zero cleanliness, zero cooperation and help from the recipients. The room aren’t comfort at all, bathroom has a really bad smell, the head of the bed is dirty,the walls,floors,tv are all dirty and not clean. The whole atmosphere of the room not comfortable at all. When me and my wife came in and saw all of these things we couldn’t stay in the room for a whole 5 minutes, we immediately left and went to the receptionist to complain about the room and got zero help from her, she didn’t even offer a tiny help or cooperate with us. We will never go back there and I absolutely will not recommend this place to anyone l know.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Never Again!
I stayed at Renova Resort and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in the UAE. The rooms were dirty and smelled bad, the air conditioning barely worked, and the staff were completely unhelpful. Nothing looked like the photos online — the pool was dirty, the breakfast was awful, and there was constant noise. Even basic requests took forever. Definitely not worth the money at all. I checked out early and will never come back. Avoid this place!

Actually writing this to make you know that we both faced on the next stay booked there
Exact date 24-06-2025 time 02:50AM in between the fear of war a couple approaches your stay late night, instead of asking atleast hai sir good morning he just told your check in time is at 2pm nothing we can do on that approach yourself to booking.com and change the arrival time,l asked the guy how to do it brother and his reply was you can look and find by yourself...or else pay again cash and take fresh booking.... And i started checking by myself but team customer service for booking.com never responded....for clarity reference all the screenshots im attaching below This was the conversation happened there hope that surveillance system has audio recording facility.... Again politely asked is there any way i can stay please coz my wife is also tired, receptionist said free rooms are there but nothing we can do, and security told loudly this is not Pakistan or india this is uae paisa chaayiye....
Yes we knows this is uae, but the uae which we knows never talk to a family shamelessly like what they did..
This is the land where people respect each other
So it's my family's request please find this two guys My wife pulled me towards door by crying let's leave And we didn't noticed that Guys names
By the references I given check assigned staff on that date and atleast make them know me and my wife ashamed and disrespected as what they aimed...
