Beach: use of the sandy beach hotel "Beach Hotel Sharjah" 10 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance charge. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. A Shuttle is available.

I stayed 7 days in this hotel. The staff is very respectful and friendly. Wonderful people. The food at the restaurant is very tasty, I liked it. They even have some very friendly cats that cheer you up. You have useful facilities. The lifeguard is very kind and friendly. I came from Romania, and I will definitely come back with other friends.

Very bad costumer service and bad toilets as well as the shower is full of rust and very old left without mantinince in addition the pool water is very very hot even though as they said that they can control the temperature of it but it is proven to be the opposite. Would not recommend and certainly not coming back again 👎

The receptionist is poor the attitude is very very poor I don’t recommend this place to be.
When I spoke to the phone operator I think that’s the reception he answered to me “ yesss oh what open u come just come” and the sound of his voice was very annoying. They should train there employees properly.

The room is very dirty, dark, i never had seen such of bad like this in any hotel, resort, i do not recommend for anyone!

I stayed in this place for 2 nights and I couldn’t find anything good in it except the reception guy was ok with me. See the following feedback:
* Gym is rubbish, all equipment needs replacement
* AC went down at 6am although electricity was there. Room telephone isn’t available, I couldn’t do anything but to get up and gathered my stuff and left the place
* Electrical plugs are not beside the bed so I had to get up to check my phone while it is charging
* One of the gardener was weirdly staring at me like he wanted something from me
* swimming pool is closed and dirty
There is an opportunity to improve by doing a maintenance to everything. Idea of having resorts is good

it's an average place . Food tasted like Pakistani preparations. So it's just ok ok.

The reception phones weren’t working during the night. The rooms had 3 star amenities but I had to move the beds to find a charging port. The rooms themselves looked like something out of an old Horror movie repainted for ‘fresh’ look.
