As for the hotel itself, the service was terrible, cleanliness was lacking, and the rooms were not well prepared. Overall, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. There was no concern for guest comfort or quality of service.
Honestly, I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. There are much better options in the same area for the same or even lower prices.
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hospitality experiences I have ever encountered. The management was unprofessional and unresponsive, and I must particularly highlight the conduct of your hotel manager, Mr. Shahdan.
His behavior was not only lacking in courtesy and professionalism but also demonstrated a complete absence of basic customer service skills. Someone with such disregard for respectful and effective guest interaction should not be entrusted with the management of any hospitality establishment. His actions were insulting and unacceptable, and they reflect very poorly on your brand.
This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I feel compelled to ensure that this message reaches the ownership of the hotel. A manager like Mr. Shahdan does not represent your hotel well — in fact, he is damaging its reputation and driving loyal guests away.
I strongly urge you to take immediate action. No guest should be made to feel the way I did during my stay. I will also be sharing my experience through appropriate channels so that other guests are aware and can make informed decisions.

Very bad hotel.. Room service and reception.. Room service enters rooms without permission..
They do not admit that they made a mistake by doing that. Rather, it is one of the hotel’s rules..
I can only point out the problems in the bathroom (the ventilation didn't work, it was impossible to dry anything, water was leaking in the toilet) and the noise from the external air conditioner units on the roof.
The lobby bad smell but the room was clean
