Great time at Al Seef hotel! Thank you so the staff who were very kind and hospitable. We had clean sheets in the rooms and every day had clean towels. Great food all you can eat. Close walk to the beach. We want to come back again!

**One-Night Stay at Al Seef**
**Check-in:** The process was fast and efficient, as we had informed the hotel of our late arrival from Abu Dhabi. However, the front desk staff did not engage much and failed to provide information about the amenities and their timings. When I inquired about things to do around the hotel and in Sharjah, I was only told about the nearby Lulu Market, which was disappointing.
**Elevator:** The elevator was very slow, to the point where we were hesitant to use it. It would have been helpful if the staff had informed us to use the stairs and offered to send our luggage up via the elevator, but no such assistance was provided.
**Room Condition:** Upon arrival, our room was extremely hot as the AC was off. It took a considerable amount of time for the room to cool down, likely due to the high outside temperature.
**Service:** On a positive note, the few items we requested for our room were delivered promptly. During check-out, the lady from the Philippines was very engaging and inquired about our stay, making the process quick and pleasant.
**Value for Money:** The nightly rate was reasonable for the services provided.

Smelly room.. needs too much cleaning everything is old and looks dirty.. ac not working properly.. not worth the price.

Over all not bad it’s very bad experience first off all the reception guy gohes name I think this guy take one hour too check online booking confirmation after that’ room ac remote not work and Mobail also not work there is no towel I think this one I waste money 💯

The hotel is under renovation, bad odor because of this, the air conditioning in the fitness room does not work and your health may suffer because of this. Where is the health department looking?

Total terrible place. Pictures are deceving very dirty and smell like "urine". I couldn't stay and canceled my booking as it's too much disgusting. Staff lies, she told me that there is no available room apart from he one she showed me and when I told her I will cancel booking she said we can change your room.

Overall Ok-Ok Experience, Room is Good According to Price, Buffet Food is Pathetic, All Day Almost Same Items Made By Staff. Stayed in this Hotel More than 10 Days.

I used to stay in this hotel when I visit Al shariah/Dubai area, but no more after bad reception of their unfriendly staff with the name Yogesh he failed to provide the room of the same size in the booking, yet charged the same booking amount. he even refused to issue another room key as we were 4 family members. Extremely rude attitude. Complained to his boss in writing Rejil, yet, never heard from him. I ll avoid them and so you should too
