I visited this hotel for the first time because of their brunch but I heard a lot about this place and it didn’t disappoint me! They have amazing food! Yummy and flavorful food! I kept going back to their live grill and seafood 😭
Tried their 99 dhs brunch and bought a couple of cocktails! Aside from the live grill and seafood that I mentioned above, they also have pasta station, cold seafood section, Indian food and many more!
A must-try: Mixed seafood and beef medium rare with their Mongolian sauce and Garlic Butter 👌🏻👌🏻

I stayed in this hotel for two weeks and was very impressed with their service, hospitality and the upkeep of the rooms. Special mention of house keeper Pradeep who impressed with his manners, service and an ever present smile on his face. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Every staff member I encountered was friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed.

Almost new hotel plus apartments in production city. Good facilities and Internet free. Spa free except massage. Traffic could be a problem in rush hours, but the hotel is a well-balanced option. It's worth a try.

Everything was not bad, the staff were nice, especially the housekeepers staff whose name was . The valet parking staff were friendly, the security also. The restaurant manager in the morning was African, friendly and very nice.
The spa staff are not the best and the jacuzzi, sauna and steam were a complete rubbish dump, my wife and I agreed as well.
Reception staff don’t have the skill to receive guests and deal with them with respect.
We paid 844 dirhams for two nights with breakfast

- Very poor service at apartment side reception. The African lady customer service was very poor. Am very sad to say this as a African myself. My daughters said she is very rude and unhelpful.

+ Chef great and excellent service Two bedroom was good Excellent. Main reception staff are very professional and excellent customer service- Very poor service at apartment side reception. The African lady customer service was very poor. Am very sad to say this as a African myself. My daughters said she is very rude and unhelpful.

I stayed at the Ghaya Grand Hotel earlier this month for a business trip. The staff were very welcoming and kind, the food was great and the facilities of the hotel were great! The rooms are lovely, large and beds are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be visiting Ghaya Grand again!

This was my lifetime experience to stay in Ghaya Grand Hotel ,we enjoyed alot. Hospitality was amazing,lot of activities to do for guest's entertainment.Many thanks to Jose Francis he cared a lot, we enjoyed eating at Fusion Restaurant . Rooms are spacious well cleaned up-to- date and well organized.
Disinfection/Sanitization team was very active and doing their task very well ... we love to visit again and recommend to stay in Ghaya Grand Hotel to make the remarkable lifetime memories....

One of the best Hotel in Dubai. Specially for Dining.Staffs are very polite and nice service. Good parking available.food are nice except Deserts.

A very beautiful and lovely place to stay. Particularly the executives like Mr. Saumil Modi were very much kind and cooperative in all kind of requirements for their guest. Only because of him we chose that place and finally we thank him for that. More than the atmosphere of the hotel, the hospitality provided by the staffs made us more comfortable. Highly recommended!!
