We used the banquet galls for our gathering. Delicious food and their staffs were very caring and supportive. JBL audio system from the hotel served our needs for children's performance. Hotel is far from the Dubai center but nice beach and shopping mall is nearby (15-20 minutes walking). Room was clean and meals were good most of the time.

I’m always very pleased to stay with the J5 Brand of hotels whenever I am in Dubai. J5 Rimal is in a convenient location and offers great value. The staff is very friendly and professional. My only issue staying here is that most of the guests are heavy smokers and on occasion your nonsmoking room will smell of cigarettes 🚬. But overall my stay was good.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the JBR Hotel Apartment in Dubai and overall stays was good. The apartment itself was spacious, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay but the toilets and room needs renovation works and need to maintain. The hotel was clean and tidy with great accommodating staff . I liked that they chose to upgrade our room from standard to deluxe room with balcony and got the best view of the city. If your looking for a hotel or place to stay in citadines is definitely the right one for you! It’s my first to them and thinking to go back to enjoy the ambiance of the hotel and the goodness of the staff .
