That being said it was a lovely experience, I'll consider spending a few nights there the next time I come to Dubai (if the price is right)😀 I highly recommend this hotel

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering a truly luxurious experience. The food throughout the hotel is of the highest quality, with a wide variety of delicious options to satisfy every taste

It is my favourite hotel in the entire city. Staff are professional, very courtious and they always walk extra miles. Breakfast buffet is rich and yummy. Rooms very clean and well appointed

There can be traffic build up at the entrance due to drop offs. Breakfast place is very busy especially on weekends. Plenty of regular taxis available outside of hotel at regular rates

What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were always attentive, friendly, and professional, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay

It’s nice experience all together. Loved the beach with the burj Al Arab view in front of us. Very calm and quiet place with luxury overloaded. Loved the open garden restaurant buffet, would love to visit again.

We had a fabulous week at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, it's the perfect destination for families. The service provided and amount of staff were brilliant, everyone was super friendly and nothing was too much to ask

The pool areas were lovely with life-jackets and a dedicated kids pool, there can't be many hotels that have a free waterpark this size on the doorstep either! The beach was stunning with great views and watersports (the jet ski was great fun)

I was staying at the Conrad Dubai and due to structural work taking place in their pool we had the opportunity to come to this hotel and use their pool. The location is amazing, right on the beach

I recently attended an event at the Hilton Palm Jumeirah, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making everyone feel valued and comfortable

Dukes has been a perfect stay for me and 3 friends! The staff are so attentive and helpful, buffet breakfast has been very good with lots of options and the pool/beach facilities are great! Travel arrangements, food options, indoor pool, outdoor pool plus beach front, wonderful rooms, and so much more. We have seen much of Dubai and this is the best area to stay and really enjoy yourself while in the city

With different allergies its difficult to feel safe in restaurants, here the attention was top-notch, Chief Mustafa was personally ensuring that the food is prepared with special care and attention, delicious and served beautifully

While staying at the O&O I’ve used the spa multiple times. I highly recommend the male therapist Anoop, he is very professional, courteous and extremely good at his role

The Residence is similar in styling to The Palace, however it is a more exclusive property (only 50 rooms), so more suited to guests who want quiet and privacy. Dining at the Residence is fully A la Carte

This is the best Moroccan Hamman experience you will find in Dubai. It’s well worth the money as you will feel revived, rejuvenated and relaxed after this treatment

Loved the concept of the use of sand to massage feet which was very therapeutic and the sound of the singing bowl and use of rose quartz

Google Maps is slightly confused. There are 3 hotels that make up One&Only Royal Mirage: Arabian Court, The Palace and The Residence and Spa. The Arabian Court is designed in a traditional Arabic decor

I have frequently enjoyed massages at beautiful resorts and spas around the world but this was hands down one of the best

The problem is… there already was a the club ZEROGRAVITY right NEXT TO the hotel which plays party from 12:00!! So there is no relaxation for the people at the beach, instead you get party remixes blasting from everywhere as if you were in Ibiza

However, the hotel in a span of a year has built a beach club, which begins to blast music from 13:00

The breakfast food was done well, however the staff always lacked teaspoons, coffee cups, yogurts, etc. If the hotel has so many people there should be more supplies for the guests

Missing a welcome cocktail. A couple of times didn't clean the room. Faulty plumbing. Previously attentive to requests. From the pros: location, view, cleanliness and comfortable beds!

Stayed in this hotel twice (2023/2024) during Christmas. Both times I have enjoyed my stay, however the hotel is not a 5-star rated class. The rooms are modern and pretty big

I visited the kid's room and swimming pool using a day pass. I was stunned by the luxurious and spacious balloon halls. The pool was especially impressive—huge, with a perfect water temperature for kids

Spacious rooms and gigantic baths. Loved the variety of restaurants, exquisite food. Social Club, Host Ian was extremely hospitable. Swimming pool is a great design with also great service

Our room was sublime, the spa is outstanding, sun loungers always available, and the food was fantastic. Upgrade to a club room, it's worth it ! Can't wait to return

An Exceptional Stay at Jumeirah Emirates Towers I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, checking out on October 16, 2024, and the experience was nothing short of remarkable

Enjoyed my stay a lot! The breakfast is delicious , juices are freshly prepared and you can choose the fruits you would like to have in your juice. The Medinat beach is really beautiful and the Widiwaldi Waterpark is fun

To me this is the best spot in Dubai and Dubai is a big place. I want to thank jumeriah for the great stay and enjoyed it. First off the rooms are great 10/10

The rooms are spic and span and they also have a wonderful turndown service, they even made my dad’s celebration special with a welcome cake and a beautiful towel decoration

Secondly it is connected to a business center in Dubai so naturally there is a lot going on. It is walking distance and connected to gate village which has a lot of good restaurants. Again thank you for the good stay

It is worth every penny- outstanding food and service. We have three favourite restaurants. There is something for everyone here- shooting, riding, golf, a pure beach holiday if you want to unwind from a stressful job

We came for some rest and relaxation and that is definitely what we got. We hung out by the pool and beach. In the evening we smoked some shisha as we drunk our cocktails. My family and I loved the place

An outstanding holiday all inclusive destination. We travel before June as the humidity is very intense ( June- September ). You have to spend serious money to ascertain d the guest loyalty programme levels

The suites in Palm Tree Court are worth the extra cost. You may get a better price booking direct. Maya- the guest relations manager at Palm Tree Court is exceptionally helpful

A shout out to - Khalil at the Palm Tree Court Bar- very polite and uncluttered and Rahman and Dinesh who sort out the beach beds at Palm Tree Court. Our waiter at the Republik restaurant- Meenu stood put

Other than that, there are many activities for adults and kids as well including horses club, shooting area, zoo, pools, kids club, variety of restaurants, spa and many more

From the amazing rooms to so many different restaurants and bars, 5 main pools, massive private beach access, water sports, spa, salons, club lounge, it is incredible. Not to mention such an amazing location

If I am very picky, I would say it would be nice to have an adults only pool, rather than a small section behind the pool however, it is a family friendly hotel, and in the future we would absolutely come back with the kids

His service was top tier, the cocktails were some of the best I had on the trip and his kind and friendly manner in which he interacted with us daily will be remembered for a long time. He is truly an asset to the hotel

We stayed at Sofitel for 9 nights and it was such a great experience. The hotel was great, but I honestly think the staff is what made the trip. Kind, caring and welcoming would best describe every interaction we had

We had a great stay at Hilton Dubai the walk. As a diamond member we‘ve got an upgrade to a nicer room with sea view. Also the receptionist was very nice and gave us a late checkout until 4pm

The breakfast and the food in the executive lounge were excellent. The same goes for the beach and the pool. The whole service staff were always very friendly and we had a great time in this beautiful hotel

You’re in the heart of everything with endless dining possibilities, entertainment, beach access, and night life. I will definitely consider Hilton the Walk again for my future stays in Dubai

My day at the Ritz Carlton Dubai JBR was nothing short of fantastic. After purchasing a day pass, I was able to fully experience the luxury and service that the Ritz Carlton is known for

Tuna sandwich wasn’t very tasty and the salmon sandwich had white skin inside I had to remove it from the sandwich. Other than that the ritz is always a gem in the middle of crowded Jbr

When they brought the champagne we had to wait for a long time before it all arrived so we had to order nuts or something. Used to be the best place for afternoon tea

All the services provided by the hotel have been amazing! From the big, clean rooms, equipped with everything you could wish for, to the professional and always smiling staff , our stay was an incredible one! I recommend it 100%

“A Perfect Escape at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi” My stay at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina was nothing short of amazing! The resort’s beachfront location is stunning, offering breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf

The pool and private beach area were highlights of my stay, providing the perfect setting for relaxation, with attentive staff making sure everything was perfect

However, what has made this stay really special is the incredible warmth and friendliness of all the staff, from the bellboys, to the front desk staff, maintenance, housekeeping, FnB, and the business lounge team… and the pool staff as well! They’re so kind to our family, specially our children

I’ve been fortunate enough to stay this property on two occasions, it’s such a great option for families; the water park and kids club are incredible. The staff are lovely and ever so accommodating. It’s heavenly.

This has been one of the best experiences we have ever had in a hotel, anywhere. The hotel is beautiful, spectacular actually. The amenities are great, the restaurants and quality of the food is phenomenal

The dining options were excellent, offering a range of delicious international cuisine. Overall, the service was impeccable, and every staff member went out of their way to make my stay memorable

One of the most recognizable places and visit cards of Dubai. Good for family visits, friends gatherings and friends meetings. Old fashioned styled souq, plenty of restaurants, bars and other activities

Special mention to Ronald, our spectacular butler who catered to most of our welcome tour and especially, a mini-surprise birthday entourage treat, as well as free-flowing drinks and snacks during their happy-hour between 5-7PM
