Room cleaning very good i liked thanks Mr Shanmukh. The metro is located nearby. Many cafes and restaurants where you can eat deliciously. There are many interesting places nearby where you can go and walk. Perhaps this hotel needs to work on the menu, the food is 8 out of 10. There is room for improvement.

It’s a decent hotel although doesn’t live up to the standard as advertised. The view from the rooms is amazing! Only two elevators + one service elevator for the upper 20-25 floors. During breakfast hours, you have to wait as much as 30 minutes on some days which ruins the experience. Staff is nice and friendly. Food below average. And the rooms are okay.

It was amazing to stay in the world tallest hotel. Check-in was smooth and valet service also there. Booked 1 bedroom apartment without breakfast, and it was good except kitchen was not fully equipped. The view from the pool was cool and enjoyed our stay.

The ceiling was leaking water and the bathtub was very dirty and when we asked for it to be scrubbed it was left still dirty. The water was bad that my face was reacting to it. On our last day it took the reception 15min to send someone and no one came to help with the luggage.
