Maybe not the most popular location, but if you want to explore downtown, it is nice to spend a few short nights here as it is close to the airport, the Dubai Mall and a few other major sights. The service is excellent. Nice pool and good breakfast. Love the view of Dubai Skyline. The lounge has a 360 degree view and an impressive afternoon tea offering.

Very nice and courteous staff. The front desk staff Youseff and Giovanni were helpful on guiding us for any queries with a smile. The pleasant nature of Ibrahim during morning breakfast made our day.

We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express at Dubai airport. Free buffet breakfast was excellent and Ibrahim was especially very helpful. Would recommend to anyone. There is also a free shuttle from Dubai airport to the hotel.

Magnificent. Great breakfast, very helpful service with Ibrahim! Good value. Clean and comfortable. Tip: read the shuttle bus instructions carefully - it is difficult to find! Otherwise, take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, only costs approximately USD 7. Don’t do what I tried to do and WALK to the hotel up the freeway 🤦‍♂️

LOCATION IS PERFECT if you fly to Terminal 3, 10 minutes via Taxi. They have free shuttle too. Price is affordable. Near to metro station too. The free breakfast has good choices. But, Some the room we stayed is not clean properly. Like toilet and table. Dental kit is upon request. But overall experience is good.

Quick and easy to check in, pleasant staff, the free shuttle is regular and so easy (driver had cold bottles of water which was a lifesaver with 35°c temps at 1am!) Registration process was awful, staff had no idea how to register us because Tethys couldn’t find the booking, and didn’t offer us to pay cash and the deposit until they got the booking confirmation, even though it was fully paid for my stay. We waited for more than three hours at the desk and nobody even offered any water.

Everything was fine but at the reception there was a little problem with a receptionist under the name of Roberto, he was rude cause of the city tax but everything else was fine. I advice the director to check more the work of his workers to be better.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. However the breakfast box to takeaway was shocking. The sandwiches were just 4 half slices of bread!!

Right by the airport, convenient shuttle to and from. The ONLY good thing I have to say about this place is that the staff were absolutely lovely. They deserve better than to work in a place like this.

Impossible to get to by walking from the airport terminal despite being able to be seen from the other side which defeats the purpose of an airport hotel

The hotel tries to offer you their overpriced taxi, about double the price of the normal ones. The corridors and rooms smell. The shower drain was blocked. Lots of little problems.

In case I need taxi, at first the staff will try to put me in an expansive car. If you don't know that you have choice, you will pay much more than you could.

The location is good amd the shuttle but to the airport is a very convenient option if no other transportation. Everything was OK. The receptionist and all the staff were helpful and very friendly
