They upgraded my room to a wonderful multi level suite, the views from the rooms can be a little weird because there’s a lot of construction going on in business bay but from high enough up and from the roof it’s breathtaking

I booked this hotel for a weekend relaxation stay, but I don’t think I’ll be returning. While the atmosphere is pleasant and Ossino at reception was very professional and welcoming, my experience was disappointing

The team leader, Mai, tried to explain the policy, but I insisted on having the room cleaned. Only after much discussion did they agree to send someone as an exception

I spoke to the reception, and they initially refused, saying it’s their policy not to clean rooms on the same day of check-in — something I’ve never heard of before

On the day of my arrival, I left the room and turned on the light to indicate it needed cleaning. However, when I returned five hours later, it hadn’t been cleaned

The pool area has recently been refurbished and is lovely and clean. We will definitely be returning

The pool Area is a little small but we'll serviced by the life guards, towels provided. You can get the water Taxi to the metro so if the fancy takes you all main attractions are doable

The problem is… there already was a the club ZEROGRAVITY right NEXT TO the hotel which plays party from 12:00!! So there is no relaxation for the people at the beach, instead you get party remixes blasting from everywhere as if you were in Ibiza

However, the hotel in a span of a year has built a beach club, which begins to blast music from 13:00

The breakfast food was done well, however the staff always lacked teaspoons, coffee cups, yogurts, etc. If the hotel has so many people there should be more supplies for the guests
