A bit far from the public transport i.e the metro and bus station however the area is perfect for people travelling for work as most of the major (non-finance related) offices are located in this vicinity. Stayed here with my family in April 2021, and it was a great experience! We loved the pool, water slides, and beach. The service was great, and when we expressed concerns about the buffet breakfast due to COVID, the staff took us to a special private dining room on the club floor and served us breakfast there. I was very impressed by the hotel but mainly Vinith, he would ensure our room was deep cleaned every day. We had interconnecting rooms for me, my wife, kids, mum and sister and so the room would get really messy and dirty but he would arrange the cleaning times around our schedule and make sure the room was cleaned and nothing was missed. I visited the kid's room and swimming pool using a day pass. I was stunned by the luxurious and spacious balloon halls. The hotel has perfect location, access to the good beach and well organized pool area. We had a half-board, breakfast and lunches are very diverse and food is quality.
