I visited the kid's room and swimming pool using a day pass. I was stunned by the luxurious and spacious balloon halls. The pool was especially impressive—huge, with a perfect water temperature for kids. We had an amazing experience at Paradiso. The food was absolutely delicious every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. A special thank you to our waitress Sarita, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and made our evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

Brilliant location, everything was great with the hotel, only downside was lack of sunbeds.

I stayed 4nights, the breakfast was under average for the 5stars hotel, it always full and found hard to get the table, they have some rules like they don’t keep the chocolate when I order online, I ordered online and they didn’t come until I left the hotel so I asked the rider to drop at the reception, but the reception didn’t receive my order because they said that they have rules not to receive...

I had a good time. In walking distance to the beach, the metro and a mall. Staff was nice and I liked my room. Of course it’s not state of the art technology, but it’s cheaper than Vegas. Breakfast was good, friendly omelette chef.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The staff is very friendly. The pool area was perfect. The problem was that we were on the 29th floor and the disco was on the 31st floor open till 2 a.m. I am a light sleeper. Once I wake up I can not go back to sleep so unless I was exhausted I didn't sleep through the night. I don't know how many floors down you have to ask for so you don't hear the beat. Just...

In general, the reception staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is good, close to the marina and JBR. There are several restaurants and a supermarket near the hotel. Frankly, the hotel rooms need to be renovated. The furniture is somewhat old.

Exceptional experience! My room was in great condition and had a calming vibe, along with the jaw dropping JLT & Marina view. Staff were very supportive and nice. Spa along with the swimming pool is a must-try. I’ve enjoyed the fun and relaxing experience I was looking for in Dubai

Had an absolutely lovely stay at this hotel. Check in was made easy. Room was clean and had all the amenities you'd need. Great location with local stores surrounding and amazing views. Would definitely recommend.

Location is great , service is okey but not great . Hotel is a bit old and definitely need some renovation . Rooms are not perfectly clean.

I found the place old and not the most hygienic. The bed had ugly marks and was hard.

Below average hotel for being a 4 star hotel it is not worth it. I had to move my guests from this hotel and rebooked a different hotel on the same day for double the price. Such a waste of money. The hotel did not even refund the remaining days of my stay despite repeated requests. Do not waste your money here just because it is a cheaper option. Trust me.

Clean room, good service. I checked at 3am. Was warmly received at reception, thanks. Room lacked amenities slippers, laundry bag. One gets upon request, but I wish it was in the room given I checked in late.

The hotel is so tired: everything was just bad. There was a cockroach in my bathroom. One towel in each room, even though it's 4 stars staying. My advice – do not come here
