Location is great, however room service is poor, taking a lot of time to get what you need. Gym is not only for residence, which makes it very crowded. Breakfast is good.

In general, the reception staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is good, close to the marina and JBR. There are several restaurants and a supermarket near the hotel. Frankly, the hotel rooms need to be renovated. The furniture is somewhat old.

We stayed at a few hotels during my 10 days trip in Dubai / Abu Dhabi. Raffles at the palm was probably one of the best in the trip. Great view of the palm and the sea and without the hectic busy crowd elsewhere at the palm. The hotel is clean and the staff was very welcoming. An easy A grade for excellence

Everything was perfect and so clean! sp spacious and an enjoyable stay. Complimentary valet is cool. Restaurants are great too. I wouldn't waste my money on the breakfast though unless you get it included at a great price.
