We arrived late on a Sunday night and were offered room service as the buffets were just closing, amazing service and some of the best food we have ever eaten! The staff at the hotel cannot do enough for you and are so plentiful, you can really see what you are paying for! The pools and beaches are so well kept and spotlessly clean

I was disappointed to hear that the shuttle to the mall is no longer in operation, from a commercial point a view I can understand why, but from a customer point of view it works out expensive getting taxis! Early access to the water park is amazing, getting in at 9:30 and getting on all the rides before it gets truly unbearably hot was a god send! Cannot fault the hotel at all, a beautiful place...

What a magnificent stay we had! I came here with my family (mother, father, husband and 7-year-old son), on a half board basis and we had two rooms next to each other

The waiters would facilitate this on order, but having some “kid” food available would have been nice

Milos the GM came out to greet us and spend some time telling us about the hotel and the area. It was so nice of him and really set the tone of the level of service one can expect at this hotel

You can find everything about this hotel perfect, staffs are very friendly, I don’t know how they can smile always to customers 😅, they helped for our baby by bringing food to the room, they helped us to make check out by extending 3 hours, they have shelter bus to Dubai mall, location is 10 min away from metro station, so you will have a great experience staying at this hotel, thank you for everything

I recently stayed at this hotel for the weekend getaway, and I can say that it exceeded all of my expectations, offering stunning location and a 5 star service

Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff thanks to Ashan he was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He provided us with a map of the resort and pointed out all the amenities and dining options available

Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The on-site breakfast restaurants were fantastic. We had a delicious breakfast and then amazing swimming pool

We stayed on level 44, the room was spacious and very nice, we had the room cleaned 2 times a day, the breakfast is AMAZING so many options to choose from, fresh eggs and omelettes, fresh noddles, it was soooo good! The location was very good, we rented a car and he had FREE valet parking at all times

Every member of the team went above and beyond to be helpful – if you asked for directions within the hotel, they would personally escort you to your destination, ensuring you were never left feeling lost! The breakfast at Sloane’s was outstanding, setting the tone for each morning

My new favourite place in Dubai From walking in to the moment we left we felt the most welcome a staff member called Summit was absolutely lovely, with lots of charm and charisma and a lovely young lady at the reception area

Upon arrival in our room, we noticed some construction noise from outside. After mentioning this to guest services, I was quickly connected with the duty manager, Thea Issa, who handled the situation brilliantly

On ladies night you also get 50% off the food menu as well, which was fabulous. The sourdough bread was incredible with the salted butter so tasty and fresh The Madagascar prawn was literally out of this world

This place has a legendary customer experience. From the moment you walk in the door you will see how much the staff and management care. Breakfast is wonderful and a true 5 star luxury hotel experience

I would definitely return here again, fabulous service amazing food really good prices and a fabulous view inside and outside. Cocktails all made in front of you and very fresh! We will be back !

Special shout out to mohin our room cleaner who cleaned our room exceptionally every day and also left our children surprises such as monkey and crocodiles as seen in pictures

When we came back, the staff surprised us with a treat for a special occasion! Thanks to Jan and the hotel relations team! Breakfast was a spectacular spread, and pools were amazing, with the attendees thoughtfully placing bottles of cold water near every sunbed

He also left some kinder chocolates this was an amazing touch and we had a very excited 3 year old! Overall was an amazing trip and we can’t wait to go back! The staff are so friendly and great with children! A very luxurious feel and we can’t wait to go back again

Getting to the restaurant was easy enough with the buggy service operated by the hotel, however during peak times there was often a long wait and some rude customers would force their way past people who had been waiting for ages

It’s nice experience all together. Loved the beach with the burj Al Arab view in front of us. Very calm and quiet place with luxury overloaded. Loved the open garden restaurant buffet, would love to visit again.

Hospitality, concierge and security were all very helpful (Lopchan from security team was very kind and helpful). Food was of a generally high quality. Apart from BBQ night, each of the other night themes were on-point

PLANET TREKKERS - Our daughter's favorite hang-out during our hotel stay was at Planet Trekkers. This Kids Club offers lot of enjoyable activities for kids

However, the bell service for luggage was subpar

The pool Area is a little small but we'll serviced by the life guards, towels provided. You can get the water Taxi to the metro so if the fancy takes you all main attractions are doable

We had interconnecting rooms for me, my wife, kids, mum and sister and so the room would get really messy and dirty but he would arrange the cleaning times around our schedule and make sure the room was cleaned and nothing was missed

We received a cake given it was our anniversary and a nice amenities pack. They appreciated we had kids so let us check in early and are letting us check out late which is kind

The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom has everything we could need! There is also a full-sized refrigerator, which comes in handy if you want to have cold drinks! Breakfast and dinner are fantastic and very varied

The staff is extremely attentive, kind and helpful! The pool area is amazing, with quite long opening hours, which we were very happy about! Transportation is good, you can't walk long distances in Dubai, but the Metro (internet city) is close here and taxis are also cheap

We vacationed here at the end of May. The sea water was the perfect temperature. Beach with a gentle entrance to the water and soft sand. I recommend taking half board

The services is good, but most of the time they need to be very restricted about the pools area I want the timing for adult and about the availability and handling the busy time

We also had access to the mirage lounge, being able to eat while our toddlers could go and play all in the same room was a game changer for us. The service was excellent and all staff were so good at all of their jobs

We had a large balcony but, a few floors down there was a giant be the looks of it air conditioning complex for the entire hotel. It was very loud night and day. Airplanes were constantly landing and taking off

We stayed for two night with our 4 children, we stayed in a mirage room which had two double beds and a set of bunks. It’s so nice to be all in one room when most hotels don’t allow it

The hotel has several pools, so there is something for everyone. The only drawback I can mention here is that every now and then an airplane flies by. But we didn't find that annoying

I must say it is worth living there and great value for money. The vicinity is awesome with 2 nearby malls which have the best food and shopping outlets. Only suggestion would be to improve breakfast menu and variety

Service was great specially at pool Hasun and team great. Only one thing need to mention regarding the beach access. No bed and umbrella if provide next time we’ll be more happy about the service
