I stayed for one night with my family at this hotel. While the location is very good, the hotel’s interior definitely needs renovation as it feels outdated. The room service also requires improvement. Basic amenities such as slippers, hand towels, and a bathroom mat were not provided in the room, which I believe should be standard in a 4-star hotel. We had to call multiple times before these items were finally delivered.
Other than these issues, the stay was generally pleasant and we had a good experience overall.

To all the people disappointed with this hotel, do not expect 4 star services if the hotel is not charging you a 4-star price. For 200 AED, they won’t wipe your face with fresh wet towels when you check in. This hotel is value for money - had great view, peaceful, well behaved staff, clean pool with partially working jacuzzi & sauna, and not lavish but standard quality breakfast buffet. What more does anyone want in 230 AED while other 3,4 star hotels in Fujairah won’t let you sit in their reception sofa if you can’t spend at least 400 AED.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room had a strong bad smell, and both the room and bathroom were not properly cleaned. The bathtub was in poor condition, and the shower was not working, which made the stay uncomfortable.
In addition, I booked through Agoda and was charged a very high price compared to the quality of the room and the services provided. The overall experience did not match the amount I paid.
I hope the hotel management and Agoda take this feedback seriously and improve the cleanliness, maintenance, and pricing transparency.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing and did not meet the expectations of a 4-star rating. The room was not clean and the blanket not clean , which made it difficult to feel comfortable. The kettle for making coffee or tea wasn’t working, and the TV also didn’t function during the entire stay, the staff service was slow, my suggestion the hotel need maintenance

The hotel need urgent renovation! The view and room location at 17th floor was gorgeous! But When we arrived the fridge was not working, I requested straight away to fix it or to do something with it. Unfortunately no one came to do something. The towels and bed set is over used and have holes.
Sauna is very dirty and smelly, the wood is black from dirt and mold. Bad smell. Pool is very cold, wish it could be heated. Walls on the floor have leakage and mold.
Breakfast is very poor.

We returned to this hotel after 2 weeks. Once again we were convinced of its excellent location. The sea, the beach umbrella, the fish market, the yacht club pier, where there is a cafe on the territory where you can drink coffee, drinks, smoke a hookah with a view of the water, shops, and you can also walk to the alcohol market (the beach shop) (40 minutes on foot)
The rooms themselves are good, the only downside is that the bathtubs are a little old. But this does not spoil the mood, because you do not come to sit in the room. Therefore, you can close your eyes to this.
