This is definitely not the place to get a good night's sleep. Every day (literally) dancing until 4am. Due to the building's design, all of this is clearly felt. Musical accompaniment in the elevators and corridors (at nights too) completes the picture. Management needs to decide what they are doing, a hotel or an entertainment center. The rooms are good, the food is weak.

I stayed here for two nights with friends. The hotel and the staff are great. The only concern was the bathroom. I had booked three rooms and all of them had an A/C leak so the bathroom was constantly wet. And the bathroom was not clean as you would expect from a hotel. We also found a cockroach in the room. But the beds were super comfy! And honestly it's close to the city and a great option for a bunch of friends who just wanna roam in Fujairah and have some fun.

This was an unexpected good feel!! One of my favorite hotel stays in Fujairah ! This place is more than worth for the money you spend . They show you the rooms before you pay and I got the room which had the sea view on one side as well as the mountains on the other side. The facilities were fabulous !! The place is most recommended if you wish to experience a good stay at the worth of money.
Cons - just one concern in regards to the window panes could haven cleaned as the glass windows were dirty which needs to be cleaned from outside as it was stopping us take pictures from inside .
The front office were so professional and easy , no delays at any point of check in and easy !!
Next time will surely check in back for another great experience!!

Very polite and helpful people running the place. Service is great, stayed there for months and quite happily lived there for the time being. I stayed at other hotels in Fujairah and service was always disappointing. If I didn’t like anything and needed anything always could ask for it.

Average room and services with a scope of enhance cleanliness at washrooms. The breakfast was good with variety to choose from.
Located on road side, at a distance of 100 meter from sea/beach, without proper access to beach, just simply cross the road at your own risk as there is no zebra crossing or redlining to go across safety.
Parking is another area that they can work on for the hotel guests.

The best of "pethatic" is all I can say.
Imagine paying 450+ AED and getting the following amazing services:
1) Word's slowest elevators.
2) Windows not opening and dirty glass.
3) Bathrooms are not clean and tidy
4) Topnotch class staff at the reception were very polite but where room service comes 40 -45 minutes after requesting!?? It May take UpTo 02 hours. (This is what we experienced with family)
5) Do not book extra beds for kids, they will provide horrible beds and accessories.
*The only good service experienced at the Kadaloram restaurant I saw was at the restaurant.
We appreciate it for keeping it with high priority.
The only reason to book the hotel is easy access to Umbrella Beach and Fujairah Museum and other locations. But we regret that choice.
I wish I would never choose again and never recommend!!

The hotel is great. Very polite administrator. I liked the service. The room was huge. The only negative was the windows overlooking the construction site. Which it would seem you can reach with your hand...it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea. The beach is not equipped at all. There is nowhere to hide. The sea is beautiful, but I didn’t like the city.

The hotel is okay for a budget-friendly stay, and the staff is quite helpful. However, I found it perplexing that they insisted on holding our Emirates ID until checkout to ensure no property damage had occurred.

They need a lot of improvement in their service … dustbins outside of the rooms are not available our fridge was not working properly but room was good we get the sea facing room but best thing is every place is near to this hotel that is amazing like mosque market beach 20 plaza and other things.

Our stay was during Ramadan. So one our first day of stay we didn't have a good dinner. Breakfast was sumptuous. Rooms are good. But they could do more with cleaning service. It's located at the prime spot. The view from the bedroom window was lovely, sea facing.
