I recently stayed at City Tower Hotel Fujairah with my family, including our 10-month-old baby, and we had an excellent experience.
Early Check-in Consideration: The hotel staff was very considerate and arranged our room an hour before the usual check-in time, which was a great relief, especially with an infant.
Spacious and Clean Room: The room was big, spacious, and immaculately clean. It provided plenty of space for our family to relax comfortably.
Good Amenities: While not extraordinary, the amenities were more than adequate for our stay. Everything we needed was available.
Prime Location: The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient for us to explore the area.
Excellent Staff: The staff were extremely polite and welcoming, with special mention to the cleaning staff on the 18th floor who were always friendly and helpful.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel can not be a family hotel. Room is outdated, bathroom is dirty, kitchen grease everywhere and all appliances are outdated. Stove stop working and start to smoke underneath the did not change it first time second time again and all electricity went off we called maintenance several times, main drain in the kitchen flooded, fridge was full of frozen ice, bathroom exhauster vent not working. Moreover, noise during the night from drunk men and naked women this hotel is not good for families at all.

Worst experience ever . The customer service was nice and helpful, but you need to ask for everything, no soap , no paper towels, the smell is very bad . The blankets was dirty , they came and changed

Based on my experience on 07/June/2024, no one should choose this hotel for any reason. There is a Tamil club on the P floor, and no one should go there. On the mentioned date, I was insulted both in the hotel lobby and hotel front. This is disgraceful for a hotel. If the hotel authorities see this, please check the CC camera footage from the mentioned date. It was a very unpleasant experience. I experienced how much a customer can be insulted here."

It's very hard to call for housekeeping. Equipment and electronic need to be upgraded. Safe deposit locker need to change very old and can not be used. Towels are hard to request. Specially us we always booked 2 rooms apartment and travel as group.

I recently stayed at City Tower Hotel, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. One evening, I requested plates to use in my room and was shocked by the response. When my roommate called via landline, I was told that they couldn’t provide plates due to police instructions. This sounded absurd, so we decided to go down to the reception to clarify.
To our surprise, the receptionist contradicted the earlier statement and informed me that it was actually the hotel’s policy to only provide plates to guests who order food from their in-house restaurant. This inconsistency was frustrating and left a sour taste in my mouth.
It’s unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber to have such a ridiculous and inconsistent policy. Denying basic amenities like plates to guests, unless they order from the hotel’s restaurant, is simply poor customer service. I will not be returning to City Tower Hotel and advise others to stay elsewhere if they value reasonable service.

Good hotel, however, the food is a bit monotonous - the same sauce in many dishes and too much pepper everywhere. And the rooms are clean, although they are not new.

The front staff are very good and accommodating. They listen to the needs of the customer, checking in and checking out is hassle-free. We requested for a late check out and they gave it to us as complimentary, which made us very happy.
The place is near and accessible with stores, supermarket, restaurants and near the bus stop.
I hope the hotel will upgrade its rooms and over all ambiance of the hallways (as it is a bit dark) so that it will look new and fresh. 😊

Great location, beautiful surroundings, I had a room on the top floor,nice view. Friendly and helpful staff.It was clean, but didn't change the bathroom towels frequently. It was very pleasant stay, hope to be back again to visit in the future. Highly recommended.
