It was dirty and it had cockroaches
The location and lobby is not bad but in the room it smells very bad.
The airconditions was not working properly.
The air in the house was humid.
Employees have great communication skills and customer service!
No filthy bargaining,no mislead and no wrong information!
The most effective and efficient place to maintain business meetings,vacation and date!
I requested a refund for poor service in a room with terrible garbage! imagine that I paid money for a crappy room and the the manager promised to change rooms with the same price as a rehabilitative gesture and so that I would not change hotels! I was surprised by a higher price at the end of my stay. They are scammers who take people for idiots.
I must warn all future customers lest they be disappointed and dissatisfied : be careful, this is a very bad plan!
