Staff was so untrained and confused they wasted my whole hour in just finding my booking however I had already paid for the room, my same phone from which I booked was with me then my email I'd was with me then mobile number was with me but all their staff was very careless and caused waste of time for me.

The hotel is inside a mall, the rooms look like an office. Indoor swimming pool, very poor and too busy, not equal to the capacity of the hotel. I had a room with no view to the lake. It's good for sleeping and eating, but not for enjoyment. I had a problem with the bathroom also. Didn't enjoy my stay there.

Great location. Only the parking is a little bit far from the hotel so you need to walk a bit in the sunny Sharjah

Really I always have an amazing time in this hotel served by the most amazing staff who always care about everything to let customers feel comfortable .rooms are excellent and very clean .Pool is safe and suitable for both adults and children also the restaurant is very very good specially mutton mandi dish and tomato soup , breakfast also is very good and have many different dishes.

Great hotel and good prices for the excellent services they provide. Staff are very helpful, polite, and attentive. Plenty of parking spots and kitchen remains open until 1 AM. I stayed there more than once. Every time i stayed there it was nice and everything was good . This time i was there for more than 2 days I noticed cleaning service issues and the room was very small than usual

Ok place. Area has everything you need. Pharmacy, restaurant and supermarket are walking distance. Acceptable facilities available. Try to negotiate on rates after walking in and you may get good deal. Free parking outside but it's not paved so your car may get dust.

Warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. checked in with the attentive Egyptian duty manager, she noticed I was exhausted from the long trip and kindly express checked me into a nice room. Ajman is a modest laid-back Emirate in comparison to the other bigger globally linked Emirates, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. The local Shaikh of this small Emirate of Ajman developed the beach...

The Egyptian receptionists seem rude and have little self awareness. The rooms are good for families and the prices are affordable if you book online. Never walk in to book as the price will skyrocket. Checking-in takes a while also. If you get into their good graces they might bend a few rules for you if you request.

It was an hotel 3 years ago but now converted to residential building. It's a nice apartment building with dedicated parking and located heart of city. Very calm area and close to mosque and super markets and groceries. I personally advise it's good residential building and budget wise and facilities wise.

I had stay Room No 202 and i give him 8 out of 10 marks my Family Love to stay there and like to stay again when ever Come again on visit Ajman

The bedding is white which means it's not that clean. Also we are staying here for 3 weeks and the night we came in they were already asking for the rest of the payment when we just came off an 8 hour flight. There are tons of insects amd cockroaches too. But it's a place to sleep for cheap money.
