The hotel is inside a mall, the rooms look like an office. Indoor swimming pool, very poor and too busy, not equal to the capacity of the hotel. I had a room with no view to the lake. It's good for sleeping and eating, but not for enjoyment. I had a problem with the bathroom also. Didn't enjoy my stay there.

It's a really nice hotel with a beautiful view from the restaurant area. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were always wonderful, but it got overcrowded at some point. A lot of dish options, including international and local cuisine, also vegetarian options. Big and clean rooms, comfortable beds. Minus points: - for room service calling the doors despite the "not disturb" sign - really long wait at reception...

Great location. Only the parking is a little bit far from the hotel so you need to walk a bit in the sunny Sharjah

The apartment/rooms were very small with no space to open suitcases. The cleanliness was average. It did not seem like a 4 star.

Tulip building is a nice residence tower, It was a Hotel apartment before (Tulip Inn Hotel). Located at Ajman Corniche the best tourism area in Ajman. Facing waterfront and rare side towards the city of Ajman. Offering all amenities. Many free parking spots close to the building. It's skyline!!

The staff are doing their best.. hotel compared to price is okay (don't book late or in high price ..not worth it). I use the hotel for sleeping only.. for swimming pool they will take u to another branch of them. The elevators are a nightmare in here.. management or owners they have to solve this.

Ok place. Area has everything you need. Pharmacy, restaurant and supermarket are walking distance. Acceptable facilities available. Try to negotiate on rates after walking in and you may get good deal. Free parking outside but it's not paved so your car may get dust.

The room has cooking facilities and is fully equipped with tableware. Perhaps because it's a cooking facility and some guests occasionally cook, there was a strong smell of lamb when I first walked in! However, the smell disappeared after turning on the air conditioning! The mattress was too thick and my back hurt after waking up from a night of sleeping! Free parking!

The Egyptian receptionists seem rude and have little self awareness. The rooms are good for families and the prices are affordable if you book online. Never walk in to book as the price will skyrocket. Checking-in takes a while also. If you get into their good graces they might bend a few rules for you if you request.

It was an hotel 3 years ago but now converted to residential building. It's a nice apartment building with dedicated parking and located heart of city. Very calm area and close to mosque and super markets and groceries. I personally advise it's good residential building and budget wise and facilities wise.
