Decent value but the standard rooms I saw looked tired and were in much need of a refresh. The floors were not very clean.

The service was good and many if the staff were helpful and friendly. Definitely the highlight of the stay.

The trip to and from Dubai was OK outside of rush hour but during it was absoloutely painful

The room is big spacious for family friends. And the room is so cold! Very nice to sleep and cozy. The staff are so friendly and overall I do have a good stay.

I lived here for 20 days. an amazing experience I can't say 3-star hotel I will say 5-star hotel because the staff are very friendly and helpful. Cleaning everyday room condition very good and price very reasonable.

I just recommend to stay away from this hotel. I had a reservation for which I changed the check-in date with their reservation department (with an official email from them) but when I arrived they told me that they have charged me twice (one for the old reservation and one for the new one). I travel a lot but this is the first time that an hotel scams me like this. Even if I tried to explain that the fault was not mine they refused to refund me the reservation. By the way the room was completely dirty, the toilet and all the towels were used by someone else and everything was dirty and smelled so bad. Chose another hotel in the area. Horrible experience.
