I just recommend to stay away from this hotel. I had a reservation for which I changed the check-in date with their reservation department (with an official email from them) but when I arrived they told me that they have charged me twice (one for the old reservation and one for the new one). I travel a lot but this is the first time that an hotel scams me like this. Even if I tried to explain that the fault was not mine they refused to refund me the reservation. By the way the room was completely dirty, the toilet and all the towels were used by someone else and everything was dirty and smelled so bad. Chose another hotel in the area. Horrible experience.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Sharjah city, with convenient access to everything. Room prices are reasonable. They offer valet parking, which is a plus. However, my experience with the receptionists was mixed. Some were friendly, while others were rude when dealing with customers. I hope they receive more training in customer service. I acknowledge that there was a mistake on my part, but that doesn't justify being shouted at by the receptionist. There's a better way to handle such situations, as not all customers are unintelligent.

It was a good experience considering the price and location. Carrefour is just on walking distance, which is a plus point, and the staff is really helpful. The rooms are a bit old with wall paint and furniture but overall it's worth it

Most pathetic and horrible experience to deal with this hotel and management, very greedy management and charged twice with a trick. I frequently travel and stay in UAE and never came across such a dirty place to live, room was smelly with dirty towels. Even for early check in they charged silly money, and never inform guests although I sent email before flying to UAE.
Overall it was nightmare to decide and book the hotel just because of location, please stay away with this group of management which is not courteous at all and just defaming the nice country. I tried almost 25 hotels in last 1 year and this was the only bad experience.

Hotel is clean and good quality price ratio. Service is good. Breakfast is rich. Staff is very helpful and care about details. Special thanks to room Service agents Mr Mohamed sabeer and Mr Jahid.

Location was great as its nearby restaurants and has own parking space. But we we're checked into a room with a leaking bidet, broken towel handle that made our hand towels to fall into the washroom floor and non-working room telephone. But I commended the staff as they gave their efforts to handle our complaints and fixed it.
We still recommend to to everyone to stay with Nejoum despite of our experience.

Zero coordination. What am I supposed to do if you dont have enough parking? And the valet guy went for prayer which i respect, but you need to coordinate to keep the keys to the reception. Prayer is important to everyone. Zero responsibility

Perfect location, nice and cute small room. Very suitable for budget stays. Value for money for sure, friendly staff. Good gym, steam sauna available. Parking available which really a great facility in this location. Overall I liked the Hotel

For AED225 during the weekend the rate is an absolute steal for the suite room (living room, very small gazing room and bedroom. Very spacious. Furniture is a bit old but doable. Towels need to be replaced with new ones, best bring your own. Fridge, 2 tvs, dressing table, iron press, iron board, electric kettle, 3 sofas and a lot more. Oh, by the way, you will need to buy/order food from outside. Their own restaurant was out of business I guess 🤷. I will be coming next time for a nearby stay.
