Royal Hotel

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, even for just one night. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. To make things worse, I noticed small insects in the room, which was unacceptable. The reception area smelled strongly of Indian spices and food, which was unpleasant and unprofessional. Basic amenities were completely missing—there wasn’t even a simple welcome tea or coffee. They provided a water heater, but it wasn’t even connected to a power source, rendering it useless. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, adding to the overall disappointment. I honestly regret staying here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Poor management, no cleaning bad smell from the room and rooms are not the same as shown in picture.
No parking, need to park your car in others plots if available.no security for your car.

Doesnt even deserve a one star. We took the booking of 2 beds and we came from far in the middle of the night. When we reached , we were surprised with one bed only while we paid for two beds. When we asked for the adjustment they gave only mattress to sleep on the floor . What a service . They couldn't even arrange a bed or mattress. Very bad experience

one of the baddest hotel’s experiences I ever had.

they have withdrawn the amount before I even reach the hotel, however I choose to “pay at the property” option.
I was in the hotel with my original ID expired one month ago and I have time to renew my resident, however I had my original hard copy valid driving license + copy of my valid passport + my own company license . But since there’s a lack of information for the hotel receptionist he didn’t give any confirmation . He called his supervisor on his private phone and told him that I don’t have any valid documents and I corrected him that I have but he didn’t bother to tell his supervisor. Even his supervisor didn’t have the q to ask him for any certain documents. and when I asked him for a responsible person or manger or supervisor, he replied that “there’s no manager on duty right now”.

Moreover, I had to wait for the receptionist until he finished eating inside and no one was on the reception office. That was out of the case but formly there’s no break time to leave the guest waiting while on duty.

Staff was good but I would recommend to look for better options as rooms were not tidy and many flying bugs were seen in the dry and wet area when I checked in.
