Cosy hotel for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The wonderful beach. Perfect ratio between price and quality. The room Windows do not open.

Renovated: 2008
Located: on the Gulf coast, 5 km from Sharjah city center, 15 km from Dubai international airport and 20 km from Sharjah international airport.
Consists of one 2-storey building without balconies.
The hotel has 134 rooms including 62 rooms with sea views and 72 rooms overlooking the Park site.
Total area: 13 000 m2.
Beach: own sandy beach, 10 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). The entrance to the sea sand. Beach towels, umbrellas, deckchairs: free of charge. The beach is 125 m.
Alcoholic drinks are not available!
Smoking is not allowed, with the exception of some rooms.
When you arrive at the hotel will collect a Deposit. The amount of the Deposit is returned to DHS.

This Beach Resort is like you enter into a old resort , Where you can feel the lack of proper maintaince here and there .
Enterance :
There is no proper Signboard or Hotel Name to know the enteranc of the Hotel.. You have to guess and enter the gate. At the Reception door , there was no one to welcome you and take your luggage from the car, Where you have to request to the security to have a housekeeping guy to collect your luggage .
Reception - The lady at the reception was polite and was helpful in providing Room as per our interset
Room .
The room is Small with 283 sq mtr. but it was neat and nice. but you feel the old building structure inside the room as the cieling is low and old structure.The walls are hard painting and There was maintaince issue like they used paper tape on the lamps which looked very ugly . The Ac wents was looking very old . overall you feel like you are staying in an old resort .
Washroom
Washroom is neat but the WC was not upto the mark , as it is high time to change it . felt little weird as it looked like it was not cleaned,eventhough it was cleaned . Wasbasin water was blocked and It was repaired after we informed . There were Ants in the rooms
Overall you feel little clusterphobic in the corridor and room .
POOL
The pool was really good and well maintained . you can really enjoy the pool . The pool closes at 6.30 but You can really spent some good time at the Pool .With A few umberalls around the pool. . The lifeguards at the pool are not very alertas we saw a small kid about to drawn and rescued her. but the lifeguards didnt even notice this.
Beach
They have a neat and clean private Beach . which is really Good to spent
Dinner
The Buffet was costly as it 70 Dhs per person, but the Food varieties for this price was not there . You can still order Food from the Menu, which is good with the price rather than going with the buffet .
Breakfast
Breakfast was really Bad compared to other Hotel . The Live Omplete section was good -But the Pan they use to cook the omplete was not looking very Healthy . The Variety of Food was very little . and the fruits were below average .
.Also they give a card ( Looks like vaccination card where you have to take it with you to get the breakfast which looked little odd.
Staffs
Staffs were good and friendly . But they had excuses for any issue we reported . which felt bad, as most of the staffs complained or blamed Management for the issues .. Looks like the staffs are more lazy to do their job . A technician to repair the TV didnt even know to on The TV and was seeking our help to fix it .
Extra Water Bottle for 1 .5 Ltr is 11 Dhs - So Buy from Outside incase if you need extra water., as standard 1 bottle of water is only provided .
Over all if you looking for a nice and sweet room This resort is not upto the mark . You dont feel to spent time inside the room.
But if you like to spent more time on Pool and Beach , this is a wonderful place .
Afterall when at the Checkout when we gave our Feedback , I was ashmed to hear from the Staffs that its because ,
" The management is from kerala " .

1. Two incompetent receptionists - Jasna and Meenu
1.1 The hotel refused to check in early, even if there were available rooms
1.2 Receptionists Jasna and Meenu refused to call a taxi when I asked them. They said they did not know the taxi phone number. They are lying and I do not believe them

Rooms are decent, although the bathroom needs maintenance. The location you might think is good because it is in front of the beach (that's the reason why we chose it) but there is nothing, absolutely nothing to do around, not even a single restaurant and the market across the street double the prices of other markets in Sharjah.
Now, what I'm really mad at is that the private beach is open just under a limited time. It's summer and it's extremely hot outside, the only reasonable hours to be swimming or enjoying the beach is early in the morning or late in the evening, after 6pm. I wanted to enjoy it and then I was extremely upset when 10 min before 7pm the lifeguards are kicking you out of the water, despite a sign indicating that swimming after 7pm is on your own risk. I wanted to do it on my own risk, but they didn't allow us, everyone have to be out. I understand that they need to do it with the pool because it's necessary to clean it etc, but the beach!!!???
The next day I woke up at 5:30am to be at the beach at 6:00am before it got too hot, and what a tremendous disappointment when without explanation they told me that I couldn't go!!! Again the same situation!! It's open just after 7am!! I said, yes, the pool is after 7am, but I'm going to the beach! Not, after 7am, he told us without even saying a reasonable explanation!
I booked this hotel just to be close to the beach and enjoy the quietness of the mornings and evenings, reading, and it has been a nightmare!!!!! Never coming back!! Never ever!

Spent one night. It is a very lovely and cosy place.
The swimming pool has several depths (50 cm up to 3 m), and it opens until sunset.
The beach is clean and well equipped.
The location is great, and it is close to the restaurants and supermarkets.

I recently stayed at this beach resort and was quite disappointed with my experience. While the location and amenities such as the swimming pool and beach were quite good, several issues overshadowed my stay.
Firstly, the room was very ordinary, and despite having an AC system, it was ineffective. The room was unbearably hot in the afternoon, and when I complained, the staff's response was, "All rooms have the same problem, sir," without taking any action.
Additionally, the fridge in the room was not working and had a bad smell, which was quite off-putting. The kettle was also not working, though it was replaced after I complained. There was no floor mat provided, which made it inconvenient and uncomfortable.
Moreover, the resort requires an advance security deposit of 100 AED at check-in and retains your original ID card until checkout. This policy was quite unsettling and inconvenient.
The absence of bathrooms at the swimming pool and beach area was another major drawback.
Overall, despite the good pool and beach location, the stay was far from satisfactory due to the poor room conditions and lack of proper service. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the overall guest experience

Despite having breakfast included in our package, we were shocked to learn that water during breakfast was a paid item. Later, we were told the swimming pool would be open until 9 PM on Eid (16/06/2024), but it closed at 6 PM. When we inquired, the staff responded rudely.
These incidents and unprofessional behavior greatly impacted our stay. We checked out a day earlier, despite non-refundable payments. We hope the management will address these issues to prevent future disappointments.

We are very disappointed and frustrated with our yesterday experience at Lou Lou A Beach Resort. We booked three rooms and upon booking and arrival, we requested to have king-size beds as he gave us a twin bed for all 3 rooms. However, the receptionist guy named DENSI's who responded to our request was extremely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. He bluntly told us that if we were not satisfied with the arrangement, we were FREE TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL. Such a response was truly disheartening, especially when we had already paid for all 3 rooms, and we were in front of the hotel.
This is the very first time we have had such an unpleasant encounter at any hotel here in UAE. It is truly disappointing to experience such a decline in customer service standards. We have decided that this will be our final visit to this hotel. It is not worth visiting this hotel anymore, the management should take action about this especially this guy Densi as he is in the front of the house and makes the 1st impression of your hotel

Very bad service and bad manger i wish no one book this hotel because they are not saying true and even they are saying if anyone will come to visit me so they need to see me in Luby what bad service really even manger dont have good communicate with clients ….. VERY VERY VERY BAD Service i dont recommend anyone book this hotel …… The even left me pay more to take room and the end they say pay 100 DH for each person for what i take and buy room …..

The place was so beautiful by the beach. I had a great time with my friends as we celebrated her bridal shower. The service was great. The staff was supportive.
