We had a wonderful family vacation at this 5-star hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. We especially loved the pool area and kids activities , while we enjoyed the spa and fine dining. The location was great, close to attractions and with beautiful views. This hotel had a simply great breakfast. the room with a balcony was comfortable and well-furnished. The location is good, on the beach. Nice pool and private beach access. Easy to access parking for the car. As with most Albanian hotels and restaurants, the staff are friendly but training could improve especially when it comes to being proactive.

We didn’t stay here but we did stop for lunch by the pool earlier today (16-Jan-24). Beautiful location, sat in the sun, with first class international cuisine being served. Staff spoke good English, hotel facilities we used were top notch and they accept credit/debit card for payment unlike a lot of establishments. All in all highly recommended.

Overall good. We had a lovely sea view room. The room was cleaned every day. The main thing I really didn’t like is that there are no safes in the rooms, despite advertising to the contrary. The buffet breakfast was edible but could really do with improvement. Dry overcooked eggs are not very appetising. However the staff were lovely & the location is fab.
