While the hotel aims for a royal experience, it falls short in several areas. The rooms, fortunately, were a redeeming feature, contributing positively to this review. The food was generally mediocre, with the exception of some well-prepared soups and the occasional delightful dessert.
The hotel heavily promotes its Spa facilities, yet these areas disappoint. The floors were dangerously slippery, and the sauna and steam rooms appeared to be mere disfunctional decorations. Additionally, the pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by artificial plants, lacked authenticity. Most concerning, however, was the unclean water in the pool and jacuzzi, a significant drawback for any guest.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and considers implementing changes, including training for kitchen staff to maintain a more professional, quieter environment. As a guest, I prefer not to be exposed to internal kitchen disputes.

The hotel is located near the beach.
The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was very kind.
The food was very bad, not fresh at all, cold and tasteless.
It was very cold in the lobby, dining area, the conference room was close to the dining area, and we could not focus on our work. During the weekend you could hear the loud live music inside the room, which did not stop till 00:00.

The food is extremely tasty, the desserts are realy excellent! Hotel, staff, rooms, cleanliness at a high level.
