The hotel is a nice hotel to look at but it does have alot to improve on. The all inclusive option is not very good at all, you have to pay for most of the drinks. The food is way too salty. Some staff are nice but the pool guy is so rude to you its unreal. He starts moving the sun beds while your sat on it. The staff need to learn to speak a little english as they do not understand most things you say to them even the simple things. Had problems with A/c in the room but no one would come to have a look at it till like day 3. Your only allowed one room key not sure why. You have to be checked out by 11am also even if you have a late flight.

Amazing restaurant service and superb food. They use local fresh ingredients which one can taste with every dish. They also provide complementary fruit platers and desserts.

Be sure to visit SiRe cafe, the atmospheric place is ideal for both a hot summer day and an evening out. The cafe waiters are very kind and friendly. Very tasty coffee!

Rudest bar man I have ever met, I can’t even put into words how bloody rude he was. All inclusive is not worth it, the alcohol you get is pour it yourself lager and wine from a pump. No cocktails, soft drinks aren’t branded and are flat and pure sugar. Very cheap. Beach bar isn’t all inclusive which I was aware of but I didn’t think the drink choice on all inclusive would be this dire. The food is very average. Rooms are okay, not the cleanest. All very basic. Certainly not worth the money paid.

From the moment you arrive, the breathtaking view sets the perfect tone for an unforgettable experience. The waitstaff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. View was perfect, service was great and the food excellent. Wonderful seafood and very tasty. One of the best restaurants and hotel in Golem, Albania. Every time it will be the first choice to go and have a nice lunch or dinner. The chef of the restaurant was very kind and helpful with his suggestions and very welcoming too

Best hotell ever food was great the had a indoor pool and a outdoor pool but there was cat in the hotel and the hotel was right next to the beach. The hotel was on a great location but and when I was there three was a concert.the free stuff that came in the room was toothbrushes.

We had a lovely lunch overlooking the beach. The service was amazing and the food was excellent! We would recommend asking for the Greek salad and seafood risotto. We will definitely be back to try other items on the menu. Thank you for a lovely experience!
