Friendly and helpful staff, Julian delivered exceptional customer service/leadership skills, he is the man to go to with any queries or enquiries. We Loved the indoor pool, jacuzzi and spa services. We had a wonderful family vacation at this 5-star hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I can't believe I forgot to mention the fabulous spa. We stayed one night at the end of our Albania road trip and had a wonderful experience – smooth check-in, spacious room with an amazing sea view, lovely pool with direct beach access. We enjoyed the sunset and cocktails in the roof top bar and then a fantastic à la carte dinner with outstanding service from Ajni. Overall good. We had a lovely sea view room. The room was cleaned every day. The main thing I really didn’t like is that there are no safes in the rooms, despite advertising to the contrary. The buffet breakfast was edible but could really do with improvement. Dry overcooked eggs are not very appetising. However the staff were lovely & the location is fab.
