Hotels with pool and beach in Golem

We were part of a large group of mostly American visitors to a wedding and used the Premium Hotel Beach as our base. The location and beach are wonderful and the sea views were stunning

The all inclusive food and beverages were a nice surprise with lots of options (some better than others) but after a few days left us eager to explore other nearby food options

The hotel is rather loud as it is along a major ocean boardwalk and hosts many events with music into the mid- to late-evening

Overall a great stay and recommended for folks looking for a middle-high end resort experience in Albania

We ate at the restaurant 4 times and enjoyed all the meals. The rooms were big and clean and comfortable. The spa pool was a bit too cold for, as was the steam room

And be aware there isn't a jacuzzi- its just a bubble area in the pool. It's beautifully decorated and I recommend a visit to this hotel for sure

We had a really enjoyable experience here. The staff were all so friendly, especially the spa staff and the waiter who looked after us at breakfast. The food was delicious, lots of choice

Good hotel, perfect food, bad drinks I stayed 2 nights in the hotel, the hotel was very clean, the room very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The food was very tasty and there was a variety of dishes

The only negative point was the drinks, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic. non-alcoholic more water than drink, alcoholic i suggest do not try any of them

All the staff was amazing, and it felt super cozy. The rooms were very cozy and tidy the pool super nice and 10/10 acess to the beach

Nice Room with balcony overlooking the beach. Excellent breakfast included with the room. Beach associated with the hotel had lounge chairs & umbrellas.

Nice little family run hotel. Very basic room with small balcony, WiFi very poor but fine for a short stop off. Pool & cafe/bar area nice.

I'm giving three stars because only one person knows English well enough to communicate and the restaurant&bar is seriously understaffed

Hotel on fantastic location,private clean beach,basic 3* breakfast. Rooms are clean and quiet new. Every room separate AC device. Staff very very helpful and speaking English fluently.

Stunningly beautiful beach with a fantastic restaurant. In America, spending a day at a place like this would cost hundreds of times more than it did here. Thoroughly impressed with the staff, food and beach.

We spent few nights there out of season. Hotel is close to see and as we were only guests lady provided us great service including great breakfast - great start of each day

The rooms are pretty basic but clean, breakfast is basic but nice, their beach is clean and not crowded and the building itself is cose to the promenade but just far enough not to hear the music and noise

The owners are really kind, the rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is delicious with a variety of homemade meals to choose from. I would wholeheartedly recommend it!

Rooms are not equipped with latest modern furniture but clean

The location was great, the first row on the beach, 2min to the beach, with sunbeds and umbrellas provided by the hotel for free

The breakfast was nice, a regular continental breakfast, there are nearby restaurants with affordable prices for seafood and other meat

The host was extremely friendly and accommodating, but generally, everywhere, the people were very friendly. The room was spacious, the beds were comfy. We will return to this hotel when we come back to Golem

I highly recommend this modern hotel for those who look for a comfortable rest including the gym, indoor pool, saunas and spa, healthy and testy breakfasts, clean and spacious room, amazing sea view from my room and resataurant

The best place ever!!! The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The food was delicious, fresh, and very tasty. The spa center was the best in this zone. I really have a good time in this hotel.

We spent here first week of July. Beautiful new hotel with spacy rooms perfectly equipped. Room was cleaned everyday if you wanted. Nice sea view from balcony, beach was 20m closed with service very well organized

We enjoyed also paragliding and jetski at one of the neighboring beach. Temperature of sea was 32C! Love to come back

One bar was at the pool and one in the beach. Every member of the staff was polite and very nice

Dining room was clean, cozy and light and food was soo delicious! Every day huge offer: various kind of meat, fresh salads, seafood (if you were lucky and didn't come too late), fruits, local sweets and my favourite burek

The crew is very nice and helpful, speaks English very well. Girls in the pool bar are awesome

The pool was stunning, the suite was incredible and had two balconies- felt very luxurious! I didn't have the all inclusive food/drink so I ate in the restaurant side for lunch and dinner, it was incredibly tasty and good value for money still so I didnt mind

The buffet for breakfast was varied

Lovely, modern place with delicious local food, kids-friendly, welcoming, hard-working staff and amazing swimming pools. Sunbeds in the beach as well as around the swimming pools are not scarce

I must say this is the best hotel I've been to in Albania so far. They've got everything - two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children with warmer water, fountains and three water slides

The Hotel is a bit far from the beach so I would recommend a room on the higher floors, with a balcony facing the sea. The view made it feel extra luxurious

The rooms themselves are super clean, comfortable and modern looking which made them very relaxing. The place is super family and kid friendly with lots of playgrounds and pools

It was tied up every day (even the clothes were folded). Another thing that amazed me was the food. Every day I had the chance to try something new and every time I was very satisfied. In fact, I will miss the food a lot

There are live gigs every weekend which add up to great atmosphere of the hotel. My only concern were cables laying loosely on the floor in outdoor toilets but obviously you should wear flipflops in places like these

Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. We are very pleased. We would especially like to thank Elena from the restaurant who helped me look after my daughter when I had to go to the pharmacy.

It is only good looking everything there is awful. Just don't get me started on how bad the service is here. There are like four buildings with so many rooms and they all eat in a buffet

You had to make sure to take everything because you couldn't go another time and wait 20 minutes in line. You had to go 10 minutes earlier so you could get a table it is overbooked

The best part was the balcony with a stunning sea view. The large pool was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun, and the beach was just a short walk away

The bad parts were: the pool water’s chemicals were imbalanced, it caused me severe eye burn by just hanging out near the pool, getting inside the pool made the eye burn worse; also the pool water caused a ph imbalance in my body

I went here off season in November 2022. The weather was awful but the spa made up for it. The room was very nice, clean, spacious (see pics). The hotel didn’t have many guests so we got late check out

Great experience! The hotel is in front of the private beach. Very clean. The personal is wonderful. Food is great. Big balcony sea view. This was a real bargain.

Very affordable hotel. It is nice. It has its own beach. Stuff is very nice but pot of them don't speak English

The downside: there are often large queues for meals, rarely anyone speaks English, the all inclusive bar serves the cheapest drinks, there is no original (coca cola, fanta etc) but they serve some homemade similar products

Sunbeds at the pool and the beach are reserved with towels on them in the early morning hours, although there is rarely anyone on them. There are no emergency doctors when it comes to children, only adults

On the plus side: friendly hotel staff, comfortable rooms, solid hygiene, delicious food

We stayed in September for one week. The hotel is very nice with big rooms and sea views. The beach was very nice with bamboo umbrellas and The atmosphere was fantastic

Friendly staff at reception and in restaurant. Nice pool with lots of sunbeds. Rooms are quite spacious and modern but not very clean, there was a layer of dust on the furniture and lamps

We stayed for two nights on our trip and enjoyed the place very much. The hotels is modern and has a nice pool. The owner, the young lady and the waiters were all very friendly during our stay.

Great hotel in the best location in Golem. Absolutely unbeatable for money. Spacious, nicely decorated rooms with balconies giving a amazing sea view. Fresh fruits and the water in the room

The floors were dangerously slippery, and the sauna and steam rooms appeared to be mere disfunctional decorations. Additionally, the pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by artificial plants, lacked authenticity

The food was generally mediocre, with the exception of some well-prepared soups and the occasional delightful dessert. The hotel heavily promotes its Spa facilities, yet these areas disappoint

Most concerning, however, was the unclean water in the pool and jacuzzi, a significant drawback for any guest

I definitely indulged in some mouthwatering dishes during my stay One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the spa. I treated myself to a rejuvenating massage and it was pure bliss

There is the newest building with the pool, with nicest rooms, but smaller for 3 persons, so we have decided for the one near the beach, which was larger even though it wasn’t so new

The location of the property was excellent, having the beach near by. Also we have appreciated that was not loud and that we were able to chose the room from the 2 locations

The room was clean and the towels were changed daily if wanted. The staff from reception was nice, helpful and speaking English

A wonderful place for a holiday with children, including infants. Warm and shallow sea, sandy bottom, no jellyfish. Of the minuses - a complete lack of any excursions and no children's kitchen!

Very nice hotel and wonderful staff. For such a small price I was accommodated in a cosy, clean room very close to sandy beach, with sunbeds included for the guests. Akileda is really a good value for the price!

Special place to stay with family or larger group. Very good service, delicious food, comfortable room and helpful staff. Close to the sea.

The facilities (two outdoor swimming pools and a large indoor pool) are great and kept in perfect condition. Really good for kids, with a nice and big indoor play area and an outdoor playground

This is a really great holiday resort, with everything you might need. We visited in October, during low season, but everything was working very well. The staff is very friendly and helpful

The hotel's a la carte restaurant is also very good and serves fantastic pizza, and it is very convenient to have that so close - affordable and open even during low season

Many things that would for which you might be additionally charged elsewhere - pool towels, sauna, children's play area - are free

The buffet food at the hotel restaurant is good and diverse enough, with everything you expect when you are visiting a Mediterranean country

Underground free parking, free bikes for guests use, free washmashines in the parking, free wifi all over building, 500m from the seashore with big choice of public or private beaches

I strongly recommend this place. Donald was so helpful and nice. Golem is a wonderful place with sandy beaches and the prices are incredibly low. 10/10 for the apartments and service!

The complex has pet-friendly, large rooms equipped with everything you need, from coffee maker and basic kitchen pots-and-pans to hairdryer, towels and an iron to straighten up your shirts should you come for business purposes

Small grocery downstairs comes in very handy. Just about 15 km from Durres center if you need money exchange, shops or restaurants, 5 km away is a nice fish market in Kavaje, loads of sights and walking tours options

We came for a five days after a stop in Montenegro and decided to extend our stay for a few extra days. And will surely return in the next year

Well-aired rooms, TV set with movies in english to keep your kids busy watching, kitchen to cook if you fancy something of your own

Great hotel near the beach with an amazing view. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. We'll probably stay here again when we come back to Durres.

Lounge music played by the pool all day - the Hotel is probably aiming to be on the more luxurious/hip side, but it was mostly families occupying the hotel while we were there
