It is only good looking everything there is awful. Just don't get me started on how bad the service is here. There are like four buildings with so many rooms and they all eat in a buffet

You had to make sure to take everything because you couldn't go another time and wait 20 minutes in line. You had to go 10 minutes earlier so you could get a table it is overbooked

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fafa Premium for a weekend, and I have to say, it was a fantastic. First of all, the all-inclusive package was a game-changer

The food at the hotel was excellent, with a great variety of options for all tastes. The drinks were also great, and the bar staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious

The best part was the balcony with a stunning sea view. The large pool was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun, and the beach was just a short walk away

but with this choice you can eat something different every day. There are 3 swimming pools in the hotel, one outside, the second on the roof of the building and the third inside. Spa area if you want to relax for a while

So if anyone is considering this hotel, it is worth spending a holiday there. PS if someone has a sweet tooth, you will not be disappointed, every evening there is a selection like in a small confectionery shop

The food is very good and please do not read it and do not be influenced by the opinion that it is inedible, on the contrary it is delicious. Huge selection for breakfast and every other meal

There are a lot of negative opinions about the cuisine in the hotel, but after my stay I cannot understand why

We had a good time at Klajdi Resort, we chose the all inclusive option and it was quite good, the self service restaurant is well organized many options and tasty food, also the drinks at the all inclusive bar were better than we expected

Special thanks to all the staff. We went with family 2 kids and needed frequent sterilisation of bottles for baby and milk. Staff were so patient and helpful. Food was great and kids loved the indoor spa and swimming

Don't be fooled by angle shots of pools on website Shower in room flooded bathroom each day after shower and despite complaint re-occurred every day. Bed linen consisted of one sheet and uncovered duvet

We had a really enjoyable experience here. The staff were all so friendly, especially the spa staff and the waiter who looked after us at breakfast. The food was delicious, lots of choice

A wonderful place for a holiday with children, including infants. Warm and shallow sea, sandy bottom, no jellyfish. Of the minuses - a complete lack of any excursions and no children's kitchen!

We had a lovely lunch overlooking the beach. The service was amazing and the food was excellent! We would recommend asking for the Greek salad and seafood risotto

Lounge music played by the pool all day - the Hotel is probably aiming to be on the more luxurious/hip side, but it was mostly families occupying the hotel while we were there

The facilities (two outdoor swimming pools and a large indoor pool) are great and kept in perfect condition. Really good for kids, with a nice and big indoor play area and an outdoor playground

This is a really great holiday resort, with everything you might need. We visited in October, during low season, but everything was working very well. The staff is very friendly and helpful

The hotel's a la carte restaurant is also very good and serves fantastic pizza, and it is very convenient to have that so close - affordable and open even during low season

The buffet food at the hotel restaurant is good and diverse enough, with everything you expect when you are visiting a Mediterranean country

The food is so delicious and the service is exellent. Our children likr do much the soups that eat. The view is so relaxed and a good weather. Our children plays with toys and laugh so much

So slept a night without curtains and exposed to the outside. Asked for an extra pillow, got told they don't have any. Other wise next time I would probably book a hotel further down the *****

From the airport we got a shuttle bus cost 600LEK each, which dropped us to the bus station. From there we got a taxi for 500lek which took us just up the road to the hotel

Booked via ***********, was told different price on the app and payed about £10 more after getting there. Broken curtains in room we got told they will fix it the next day

This is the first hotel after the port. The hotel it self is clean, with fresh deco, lacking is the customer service. You can get a bus from a street away into the centre

The room was lovely pillows nice and fluffy very clean. The staff were very good The cleaners and Demi the porter and the Ladies on reception warm and welcoming. They got medicine from pharmacy when my suitcase was lost

Super nice pool you can access even if you're not a guest. It was calm when I came, not too many people, clean water, nice beach bar. Recommended if the water from the beach nearby is too disgusting for you.

Only thing is their bathroom is quite small but the hotel was amazing didn’t want to leave my birthday decoration was very beautiful they made me feel special and the staffs kept complimenting me

Lovely clean hotel, with a wonderful view of the sea and beach. The cleaners left the room very clean everyday. Bars and restaurants are nearby and reasonably priced

The weather is gr8 so we booked in for a few more days! Keep in mind the price you are paying n maybe a please n thank you in there language wouldn’t go unappreciated. Enjoy your budget holiday!!!

Dinner is a set menu and again adequate but for the price I’ve paid for half board I would not have the cheek to complain

In my opinion, they have a great food. Sometimes they ran out the food if you come at the end of the lunch, but still there's always something to eat and it's tasty. They have a good ambience and decorations

I've walked along the beach coast in Durres, and I can say this hotel is one of the best. The sunbeds were placed nicely, it looks really good compared to the left/right side beach. The staffs are all nice, and friendly

The beach was beautiful, the pool was great, sunbeds on the beach were also okay. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The food was indeed not very high-flown, but I think it was not the worst either

The cleaning services also regularly cleaned our rooms, although we don't want in the beginning because we think it's not necessary to change the sheet. However there is a downside on our shower floor

The water did not run to where it's supposed to be, it ran the other way around so it can flood the whole bathroom. We needed to pay attention all the time when showering which is quite tiring

We bought the all inclusive package for 7 nights. In general our stay here was great. But there is one thing that bothered me. I'm actually not sure why the hotel got severals 1 star

We had a lovely 3 days at the Palace hotel and Spa. The room we had was a supreme sea view and was very spacious with excellent views of the sea. The staff was very welcoming and we would highly recommend this hotel.

The first thing I want to note is the incredibly delicious breakfasts!!! Serving, interesting dishes, very, very tasty! If I'm not mistaken, eggs Benedict are served with guacamole, my God, it was just amazing! Fresh juices, coffee, desserts, incredibly delicious! The service was also pleasing, everyone speaks English well, everyone is friendly and polite

And another huge plus was that we found out that our hotel is part of a chain of hotels, and one of them is on the coast with its own beach, and we were allowed to use it for free! It was very cool! There is also great staff, convenient, comfortable and great cocktails! Ask at the reception and they will tell you everything

I have tried Sushi here. Great quality sushi. Very friendly staff. The interior makes you feel like you live in the 1800s. Great music and nice people. Its in the best area of the city so its easily to get there
