but with this choice you can eat something different every day. There are 3 swimming pools in the hotel, one outside, the second on the roof of the building and the third inside. Spa area if you want to relax for a while

So if anyone is considering this hotel, it is worth spending a holiday there. PS if someone has a sweet tooth, you will not be disappointed, every evening there is a selection like in a small confectionery shop

The food is very good and please do not read it and do not be influenced by the opinion that it is inedible, on the contrary it is delicious. Huge selection for breakfast and every other meal

There are a lot of negative opinions about the cuisine in the hotel, but after my stay I cannot understand why

We had a good time at Klajdi Resort, we chose the all inclusive option and it was quite good, the self service restaurant is well organized many options and tasty food, also the drinks at the all inclusive bar were better than we expected

Special thanks to all the staff. We went with family 2 kids and needed frequent sterilisation of bottles for baby and milk. Staff were so patient and helpful. Food was great and kids loved the indoor spa and swimming

Don't be fooled by angle shots of pools on website Shower in room flooded bathroom each day after shower and despite complaint re-occurred every day. Bed linen consisted of one sheet and uncovered duvet

We had a really enjoyable experience here. The staff were all so friendly, especially the spa staff and the waiter who looked after us at breakfast. The food was delicious, lots of choice

Nice Room with balcony overlooking the beach. Excellent breakfast included with the room. Beach associated with the hotel had lounge chairs & umbrellas.

All the staff was amazing, and it felt super cozy. The rooms were very cozy and tidy the pool super nice and 10/10 acess to the beach

The rooms are pretty basic but clean, breakfast is basic but nice, their beach is clean and not crowded and the building itself is cose to the promenade but just far enough not to hear the music and noise

The owners are really kind, the rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is delicious with a variety of homemade meals to choose from. I would wholeheartedly recommend it!

We spent few nights there out of season. Hotel is close to see and as we were only guests lady provided us great service including great breakfast - great start of each day

We are enjoying our time here. Their restaurant, on the other hand, is something else. We had lunch here, spaghetti carbonara and bolognese (they were the cheap "okay" versions) the pizza was good, the prices were okay

(Restaurant review only) This restaurant became our favourite restaurant while staying at the Albanian Star Hotel. We were actively looking for good seafood meals. We tried five restaurants before we found this gem

Sometimes, not every time, they offer very good bruschetta for free while "waiting. " But we never experienced waiting longer than you should, even if the restaurant was full. We recommend this restaurant

I write this reviw after our fourth visit. The dishes served has the most fresh, good seafood into it of all restaurants we visited. Mussels, shrimps, octopuses, squid and more

Very good risotto and spaghetti seafood, and the seafood caserole. We experienced nice and friendly staff and a quiet "italian" atmosphere (no loud donk donk music)

Unfortunately I have to criticize the service on the beach, unfortunately in my opinion there was little drink spending in terms of staff and the cleanliness was not 100% to my satisfaction

The room has a wardrobe, two bedside tables, a safe, a wall-mounted hairdryer, towels and no bidet. Apart from the really small room and the absent cleaning service, our problem was another: the safe was faulty

I give 4 only because the hotel is located 100 meters from the sea with umbrella and sunbeds included in the price of the room. The pool is okay and there is a bar that serves cocktails

The cleaning service is absent: in the morning they sometimes make the bed, but they don't even change the towels in the bathroom

Simply great, we were very satisfied with the service in the pool bar and (kids club) the cleanliness and the child-friendly atmosphere with the lady Gamze in the (kids club) she was very friendly and kind to all guests and children, very entertaining, we had a lot of fun

The girl arrived after half an hour and still made us wait because she had the key yet another user. In short, at midnight we receive the keys. It's certainly not a bad hotel, but there are so many things to fix

This hotel is located on the sandy beach. Accomodation is great as well as food they prepare in their restaurant. Enjoy your summer at a very low price.

We stayed 12 days in hotel Sol Tropikal, end July 2025. Nice location, at the beach , busstop just in front of the hotel , easy to visit Dürres. Delicious food, lots of variation and wine in bottles available

Rather 4 stars than 5. Wide selection for breakfast. Very nice personnel. Elegant rooms, especially on first floor with private sunbeds in front of the room. Comfortable beds. Recently refurbished but remained old style.

The room was lovely pillows nice and fluffy very clean. The staff were very good The cleaners and Demi the porter and the Ladies on reception warm and welcoming. They got medicine from pharmacy when my suitcase was lost

Great rooms and a good view of the coast. Room service ,valet parking. Workers speak foreign languages. Has a bar & restaurant on site. Its one of the most expensive places around here but it's worth it at the end.

Rooms very good standard, spacious and clean, with air conditioning. During our 10 days stay, there was 1 power outage for 2 hours, and 3-4 times there was no water for 1-2 hours

Everything you need to know about Hotel Vala and the area: Rooms: A seaview is a must, if you have the option. The balcony gets sun from 5am to 8pm and you have a great view of the beach and Bay of Durres

This is not a bad thing in Albania :) There will be peddlers selling fresh donuts and grilled corn. You can eat your breakfast outside at shaded tables or drink coffee and beer while lieing in the sunbeds

Amusement park 15 min walk towards Golem, 200 per ride (it's fun you will see!) Vala Restaurant: The food is excellent here, and the prices are the same as other restaurants nearby. Everything we tried was delicious

It is on the 6th floor with an open, shaded terrace and sea view. The service is "weird" sometimes making it difficult to understand the menu

As soon as you came out of the hotel you were at the beach and I found this very convenient as you didn’t need to walk far. There was also a view directly of the sea from most balconies where you could see the sunset

This hotel had a simply great breakfast. the room with a balcony was comfortable and well-furnished. The location is good, on the beach. Nice pool and private beach access. Easy to access parking for the car

But then the bad: First of all, the beach is absolutely useless. There is a stone wall at the end of it, with steps into the water. And we didn’t see anyone else swimming here either

We had a lovely 3 days at the Palace hotel and Spa. The room we had was a supreme sea view and was very spacious with excellent views of the sea. The staff was very welcoming and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location overlooking the Adriatic. Bar prices cheaper than town, and excellent choice of breakfast. For what we paid, we got over and above what we expected, and would not hesitate in stayi g here again
