We had a wonderful family vacation at this 5-star hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help
We especially loved the pool area and kids activities , while we enjoyed the spa and fine dining. The location was great, close to attractions and with beautiful views

Don't be fooled by angle shots of pools on website Shower in room flooded bathroom each day after shower and despite complaint re-occurred every day. Bed linen consisted of one sheet and uncovered duvet
Hotel was okay but pools quite small for amount of guests and larger pool was surrounded by building work noise
Special thanks to all the staff. We went with family 2 kids and needed frequent sterilisation of bottles for baby and milk. Staff were so patient and helpful. Food was great and kids loved the indoor spa and swimming

One bar was at the pool and one in the beach. Every member of the staff was polite and very nice
The crew is very nice and helpful, speaks English very well. Girls in the pool bar are awesome
Dining room was clean, cozy and light and food was soo delicious! Every day huge offer: various kind of meat, fresh salads, seafood (if you were lucky and didn't come too late), fruits, local sweets and my favourite burek
We spent here first week of July. Beautiful new hotel with spacy rooms perfectly equipped. Room was cleaned everyday if you wanted. Nice sea view from balcony, beach was 20m closed with service very well organized
We enjoyed also paragliding and jetski at one of the neighboring beach. Temperature of sea was 32C! Love to come back

This is a really great holiday resort, with everything you might need. We visited in October, during low season, but everything was working very well. The staff is very friendly and helpful
The hotel's a la carte restaurant is also very good and serves fantastic pizza, and it is very convenient to have that so close - affordable and open even during low season
The buffet food at the hotel restaurant is good and diverse enough, with everything you expect when you are visiting a Mediterranean country

Lovely, modern place with delicious local food, kids-friendly, welcoming, hard-working staff and amazing swimming pools. Sunbeds in the beach as well as around the swimming pools are not scarce
I must say this is the best hotel I've been to in Albania so far. They've got everything - two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children with warmer water, fountains and three water slides
The rooms themselves are super clean, comfortable and modern looking which made them very relaxing. The place is super family and kid friendly with lots of playgrounds and pools
There are live gigs every weekend which add up to great atmosphere of the hotel. My only concern were cables laying loosely on the floor in outdoor toilets but obviously you should wear flipflops in places like these
There weren’t a lot of choices but we tried a bit of everything and it was very high quality. I am a bit of a clean freak but I found peace at this hotel because it felt very clean and well maintained
The Hotel is a bit far from the beach so I would recommend a room on the higher floors, with a balcony facing the sea. The view made it feel extra luxurious

Lounge music played by the pool all day - the Hotel is probably aiming to be on the more luxurious/hip side, but it was mostly families occupying the hotel while we were there
Great hotel near the beach with an amazing view. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. We'll probably stay here again when we come back to Durres.

Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. We are very pleased. We would especially like to thank Elena from the restaurant who helped me look after my daughter when I had to go to the pharmacy.
It is only good looking everything there is awful. Just don't get me started on how bad the service is here. There are like four buildings with so many rooms and they all eat in a buffet
You had to make sure to take everything because you couldn't go another time and wait 20 minutes in line. You had to go 10 minutes earlier so you could get a table it is overbooked
The bad parts were: the pool water’s chemicals were imbalanced, it caused me severe eye burn by just hanging out near the pool, getting inside the pool made the eye burn worse; also the pool water caused a ph imbalance in my body
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fafa Premium for a weekend, and I have to say, it was a fantastic. First of all, the all-inclusive package was a game-changer
The best part was the balcony with a stunning sea view. The large pool was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun, and the beach was just a short walk away

but with this choice you can eat something different every day. There are 3 swimming pools in the hotel, one outside, the second on the roof of the building and the third inside. Spa area if you want to relax for a while
So if anyone is considering this hotel, it is worth spending a holiday there. PS if someone has a sweet tooth, you will not be disappointed, every evening there is a selection like in a small confectionery shop
The food is very good and please do not read it and do not be influenced by the opinion that it is inedible, on the contrary it is delicious. Huge selection for breakfast and every other meal
There are a lot of negative opinions about the cuisine in the hotel, but after my stay I cannot understand why
We had a good time at Klajdi Resort, we chose the all inclusive option and it was quite good, the self service restaurant is well organized many options and tasty food, also the drinks at the all inclusive bar were better than we expected

the travel agencies ignored this information when we discussed hotel's quiet hours and when looking for a quieter hotel in any location for our August trip. The information about live music isn't very informative

The hotel manager explained the musical noise by saying it had became standard practice in the area because of the many partygoers (mainly from Poland and Albania)
Very loud music every day, in the evenings until 11 pm or 12 pm from the hotel and until 12 am (and even after 12 am) from neighboring hotels and the beach
It feels chaotic, with each hotel trying to play louder music than the other hotels (club, Albanian disco music, live music at the same time)
However, hotels in other countries generally respect quiet hours after 10 pm or 11 p. (writing from our own experience)
