I was there for 1 week it was not perfect but it was good . The room was not so good but it was clean . The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, and all around. Its not a five star hotel but i’ll recommend it !!!

Me and my finance hand an amazing 3-day stay at Fafa Premium Hotel.The hotel its big and the staff helped us since the moment we arrived. Reception team was kind and helpful ready to assist us with all the questions that we had. The food was delicious specially albanian food. Rooms were kept well cleaned which was nice. Definitely we'll be back!

I had a wonderful stay at Fafa Resort. The hotel is right by the beach, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. My room was comfortable . This is the best hotel from what I have stayed in Albania. The location was perfect, beach front, which was very relaxing and quiet. Everything was perfectly clean and neat and the staff was very helpful and kind. The cuisine was my favourite, the meals were fresh and delicious. The receptionist was so very helpful. He let us transfer to the bigger hotel within the same group. His approach to clients was kind, and he spoke very good English. We were very grateful.

I stayed for one night. It's a wonderful boutique with a chic interior and friendly staff. They will answer all your questions and provide assistance. I highly recommend this boutique and will definitely return next time. You are amazing.

This Albania hotel is excellent, offering excellent value for money! The room was clean and spacious, and the shower room had good water flow, making it a great place to shower after a day out. The staff had a bad attitude. The room was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. Stopped in this hotel to visit Sky Dental to have work completed. If this is what you are here for then the hotel is fit for purpose. If your here for a city break then there are better locations. Overall it is fit for purpose. Breakfast is a none starter I'm afraid.

My third visit to Albania and stay at the Prestige Hotel. Friendly staff certainly makes you feel very welcome and the rooms are a good size and comfortable. A quiet place only 1 kilometer from city center. There are a little garden in front of the hotel with a café where you can eat and get something to drink. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly.

The room is clean and tidy and the service attitude is good. If you save English when traveling, it can help the front desk staff to confirm the check-in information more quickly. Overall it is a good experience. The front desk bar is also very good.

Even though, i had received assurance that I would receive everything that came with my room, some things like toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided which inconvenienced my friends and I a lot. Although they gave me a different room typology from the one I have booked (which it was also at a different building) they were quick to change us to the right one. The hotel was a bit tricky to find (the taxi driver couldn't find it even with the address) but the room was cosy, good facilities, didn't like the spa much, but a good hotel to spend the night.

Fast check-in, location near the central square, A/C in the room (it was quite cold but the A/C helped me to warm the room a bit) plus a fridge and quite a big bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. They provided a late check out service at no extra cost and printed our boarding passes for our return flight. Hotel has a quite central city center location with plenty of restaurants and cafes and is also near the transportation system and bus transfer shuttle to the airport .
