Very very nice hotel. Beautiful inside. Our room was small but gorgeous with everything you could want, very comfortable bed, huge shower, fridge, great air conditioning and wifi. Really nice with ice. The included breakfast was amazing and the hotel even has a bar and a nice restaurant to eat at. Walking distance to the mall and international bus station. Highly recommended.

The hotel is really beautiful, modern, very clean and the service staff is also excellent. The windows are double, you can hardly hear from the outside. The breakfast was very varied and very tasty. Highly recommended!!!!

Sweet boutique hotel in the center of Tirana.. Great breakfast here. The terrace is huge and has a great view of the big square. The staff is well trained and speaks German and Greek in addition to English which was impressive. The staff speaking Italian was a bonus for us. I had a great time here.. Thanks again 👌

We loved staying at this place. The design is very thought through and makes you dive into a cozy atmosphere within Tirana. The rooms were great, the bed was very comfortable.
We were welcomed very warmly by the staff. The team at the reception gave us a helping hand at all times.
Breakfast was very delicious, too. Big recommendation to stay here if you're seeking a great hotel experience!

Really nice hotel. Great vibe and different levels to sit outside to eat/have a drink. Bed extremely comfortable. Food was excellent. Highly recommend.

What a gem of a hotel. The staff was very kind and attentive, the rooms and corridors we’re pleasantly cooled. The breakfast was great and the decoration very welcoming. Would have loved to stay a bit longer.

The hotel has a great physical atmosphere and the feeling is in line with my expectations, but the attitude of the staff…
We arrived very late from the airport and got the message “breakfast is served until 11:30” during check in.
We arrived to the breakfast at 11:03, with the message it’s closed. After some discussion we agreed on letting us just taking a plate of what is left on the buffet. The waiter was very confrontational about we being wrong.
After 10 minutes, she came out of nowhere and scolded us, obviously she had been criticized by the hotel manager. We responded that he was more than welcome to talk with us, if he had a problem. She told us “he don’t care” and asked as to leave. There was still lot of locals sitting in the area, so I can’t understand what kind of problem our existence out existence gave them.
Day after we arrived early and tried the dishes cooked on request. Ordered a French toast, and got a toasted sandwich with cheese in. Didn’t even make a remark about it.
What more?
Small room, not air cool before your arrival (super hot) and no change of towels.

Didn't find the entry at first, but once I got there, everything went smooth: Hotel employee joined me in the car and navigated me to the underground parking garage in another building on the other side of the street. Checkin super easy, staff was very friendly. Room was small but clean and quiet, although it could use an update sooner or later. Enjoyed the clean and bright bathroom with an excellent shower cabin. Hotel location next to a roundabout is easily reachable and good for public transportation, with restaurants, different shops, a pharmacy and 24/7 convenience store nearby. 10 minutes of walking or less to the central Skanderbeg square. Slept very good in the comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible for its variety and lovely presentation, really no hesitation to recommend it. Checkout as well without any complications. Hotel is definitely my new reference when it comes to staying close to the center of Tirana.

Great service. Great staff. New, modern rooms. Excellent English spoken. Super comfy bed and bedding. Amazing bathroom (with a "bomb") and walk-in shower. USB outlet on both sides of the bed. The restaurant underneath the hotel (same owner) also has great staff, service, food and drinks. Stay here!
