Fantastic Hotel and service from this lovely family run business in beautiful Ksmail Albania, defiantly the best in the area, we stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute, amazing sea food here and in the town, crystal clear blue water and your own reserved seating/umbrella on the front row of the beach for two each morning

I understand that thay can occasionally play albanian songs (and some of them are nice, having nice rhythm) but considering that majority of the visitors on this beach are foreigners, it's unimaginable that they are not playing English songs/hits

Haven't been using hotel services but I've used beach and restaurant amenities. The beach is nice, with usually calm and clear water. The restaurant is very nice as well. The food is tasty and the service is fast

We have been in the Ksamil for the past week.....had a delicious lunch at the Castle Restaurant. Congratulation to the Shef and the service was amazing - highly recommended..!!

The beauch was very beautiful and the restaurant near by the sea had the best view , and we really enjoyed our food. I will from now own go every year there, its truly worth it

The villa is very welcoming, as are the hosts who manage it. Especially clean, very close to the beach, taverns and markets. I recommend with confidence, the maximum note!

The owner also speaks Italian. considering that it is a pension. There is parking right nearby, you can reach the beach very quickly in 5 minutes, close to the center

Breakfast was compared to the price paid so you don't have the impression that you will be able to choose, what the owners decide you will have at the table. The owners are very kind and help you with any problem

The rooms are different, we were accommodated in a rather small room, the bathroom was small and with a shared shower and toilet. You have to ask what you are missing during your stay and it will be solved

The location is very fine, clean, the prices are justified, we were accommodated with family and friends in July 2022 and we felt very good

The restaurant is sublime to say the least, let the fantastic Arlind advise you! The hotel has a small beach that is a bit crowded but you will have a wonderful holiday. In this hotel you feel at home

The beach chairs are included in the price. The staff is competent and has no problem with English. In addition, the freshly cooked food tastes great and the service is wonderful

Wonderful! We have the whole bay to ourselves. There is traditional Albanian cuisine! Delicious! The rooms are simple but sufficient. Fragrance sprays are not used. everything is clean The hosts are very nice

We spend very good time in the Hotel Kristal. First, we planned to stay only for two nights but our stay was so delighted that we changed our minds and stayed for three nights more

The place is hidden on a small bay and is reachable easily by public transport. The boss, Starvros, is a very hospitable person and Alfonso a formidable cook

Best hotel in Ksamil. Hotel is new and comfortable. Rooms are clean and big. There are 2 swimming pools. It is on main street and close to all beaches, only 5 min. Staff is very helpful.

This place is a little bit out of town, so a rental car is useful if you're staying here. There is a bus service that runs into town from the main road but sometimes the buses are full so they don't stop

Spent a week at the hotel in September. The staff was amazing, friendly, and accommodating. It is in a quiet area and has a great pool and private beach. We especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the sea

Very clean and well-kept hotel. Towels were changed every day. The staff was very kind, courteous and always available to accommodate our every request

Hotel is in town on busy road not far from sea but beach front area seemed to be entirely occupied by hotels so there was no promenade for a seaside stroll

Near the restaurant and the bus station, the beach was only a 5 min walk away, and the hotel has a restaurant with low prices for the area

The breakfast was normal buffé but not so impressive one. And the hotel had a private beach so only hotelguests was allowed and you got tickets in the reception for use to the beach

And the cleaning was not ok they didn't change our towels and didn't put new or more toilet paper for us. And for this hotel we payed about 55 euro/night including breakfast

Must be off season but the price was extremely low for the service which was provided. Helpful staff, clean rooms which were renovated this year as they said. I booked a room with Sea View and it was a good choice

Everything was perfect: -Breakfast was very good, everything was fresh and tasteful, with a lot of options of fruits and handmade deserts; -Room was furnished with brand new amenities, with a large balcony and wonderful seaview; everyday and everything was sparkle clean; -Private beach was lovely, not overcrowded with very nice beachbar serving good cocktails

Crews are very kindly, breakfast is very abundant and delicious, rooms are big and clean, crews cleans the rooms every day. Beach is near, and privat Parking is free and include Wifi is great We had here wonderful days

Maybe, what we could say as a downside that can be improved is the sunbeds mattreses which I think need a deep cleaning or changing them; BUT this is a very little detail that didn’t ruin our overall experience at all

-Staff are the best - they are always greeting and smiley to us. If you are looking for a hotel with a nice breakfast, a lovely beach and a good night sleep, dont hesitate coming here

In the season it looks like there are also restaurants around and even in the hotel building itself but in Feb it was all closed. Good location of the hotel - easy walk to all the Ksamil beaches

The rooms are somewhat big and in a very good condition. They change the sheets and the towels every other day and they clean every day

nicely located hotel with a beautiful view on the sea and a big balcony, comfortable bed, aircon working very well, warm in the room in a cold weather outside. In front of the hotel very well equipped supermarket

Also there is a problem with the toilet paper, they almost never give you. The breakfast is good but a little bit repetitive, the same thing is with the dinner

There is a problem with the hot water, sometimes there isn't any and when you use it, due to the change of pressure, the water is changing temperature itself

Place on the main road, fairly close to the beach - but about 10min you have to walk. Suites next to the restaurant, guests sat (October) until about 10pm. The room was pleasant, but dark

My favourite place in Ksamil! The place is lovely and keeps improving every year the quality of the rooms and sorroundings. It also has a nice restaurant with fresh seafood. Surely the best price/quality place.

The room was clean, and had lovely sea views. Luciano was such a friendly host, with great tips for the local area. The breakfasts were tasty with good variety. Easily walkable to several beaches and restaurants

The hotel itself was as advertised only a few yards away from the beach with uninterrupted views. The bedroom was well appointed and very well maintained. All in all, it is an ideal place to stay in Ksamil

You couldn't ask for a better host than Luciano. Everything we needed to know, he had the answer, whether that be restaurants, bars, beaches etc. There are so many great options so close to the hotel

We booked the groundfloor appartment which is big. Cleaning is done daily and towels and sheets are changed every 2 days. The restaurant serves very good food at a reasonable price

The Hotel is very close to the beach, 1 minute away. The hosts are incredible pleasent and willing to help with everything. Luciano is a great host and speaks very good english

We stayed at Vila Kapo for 10 nights from 15th of August 2022. The room is super clean, as it is whole house/hotel, and the yard. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the towels and bed sheets are changed every third day

Top Top Top we arrived here for the first time, always happy. Modern rooms with top facilities and a great view of the sea 🌊. Ludmila and her husband very nice family and hospitable. Only to recommend gladly again here
