Wonderful! We have the whole bay to ourselves. There is traditional Albanian cuisine! Delicious! The rooms are simple but sufficient. Fragrance sprays are not used. everything is clean The hosts are very nice

Best hotel in Ksamil. Hotel is new and comfortable. Rooms are clean and big. There are 2 swimming pools. It is on main street and close to all beaches, only 5 min. Staff is very helpful.

Fantastic Hotel and service from this lovely family run business in beautiful Ksmail Albania, defiantly the best in the area, we stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute, amazing sea food here and in the town, crystal clear blue water and your own reserved seating/umbrella on the front row of the beach for two each morning

I understand that thay can occasionally play albanian songs (and some of them are nice, having nice rhythm) but considering that majority of the visitors on this beach are foreigners, it's unimaginable that they are not playing English songs/hits

Haven't been using hotel services but I've used beach and restaurant amenities. The beach is nice, with usually calm and clear water. The restaurant is very nice as well. The food is tasty and the service is fast

We have been in the Ksamil for the past week.....had a delicious lunch at the Castle Restaurant. Congratulation to the Shef and the service was amazing - highly recommended..!!

The beauch was very beautiful and the restaurant near by the sea had the best view , and we really enjoyed our food. I will from now own go every year there, its truly worth it

The whole space was kept very clean, all of the facilities worked very well. The food and drinks were really good! The beach was beautiful, the pool was a comfortable temperature

The hotel Bahamas is a lovely place to stay in Sarandë, it has a private beach and a lovely swimming pool with pool toys for kids to play with it. The rooms also have an amazing view of the beach

Located next to the beach is nice and the view from the balcony (if you got a seaview) and the terrace by the pool is really nice. Breakfast is a bit boring but okay

The room was clean and a large balcony with a great view, the pool space was clean and refreshing, the beach near by was also convenient however it is a pebble beach so bring water shoes

Hotel is in town on busy road not far from sea but beach front area seemed to be entirely occupied by hotels so there was no promenade for a seaside stroll

Nice and clean hotel. Cozy restaurant. Friendly staff. They helped us renting an Atv an offered some good itineraries. Not so quiet especially in the morning but it has beautiful views.

Very good value for money! The room and bathroom were clean enough! They have nice comfortable memory foam bed. Also there is free parking just behind. The breakfast was ok and tasty but the coffee was a bit poor

There were 7 or 8 mini shower gel bottles in bathroom, some partly used which I found a bit disconcerting. Balcony with chairs and view of car park. No drinking water provided in room

Must be off season but the price was extremely low for the service which was provided. Helpful staff, clean rooms which were renovated this year as they said. I booked a room with Sea View and it was a good choice

Everything was perfect: -Breakfast was very good, everything was fresh and tasteful, with a lot of options of fruits and handmade deserts; -Room was furnished with brand new amenities, with a large balcony and wonderful seaview; everyday and everything was sparkle clean; -Private beach was lovely, not overcrowded with very nice beachbar serving good cocktails

Crews are very kindly, breakfast is very abundant and delicious, rooms are big and clean, crews cleans the rooms every day. Beach is near, and privat Parking is free and include Wifi is great We had here wonderful days

Maybe, what we could say as a downside that can be improved is the sunbeds mattreses which I think need a deep cleaning or changing them; BUT this is a very little detail that didn’t ruin our overall experience at all

It‘s very well located to all facilities - super market, bars and restaurants, bus stop to Saranda or Ksamil (Butrint) are just one minute walking distance. The rooms are big and well furnished

Great clean apartments with big garden and close to the beach. The owners live nearby so they are available for any help. Also, they have an adorable cat.

In the season it looks like there are also restaurants around and even in the hotel building itself but in Feb it was all closed. Good location of the hotel - easy walk to all the Ksamil beaches

The rooms are somewhat big and in a very good condition. They change the sheets and the towels every other day and they clean every day

Also there is a problem with the toilet paper, they almost never give you. The breakfast is good but a little bit repetitive, the same thing is with the dinner

There is a problem with the hot water, sometimes there isn't any and when you use it, due to the change of pressure, the water is changing temperature itself

Very central and short walk to beach. great views from 3rd floor balcony. On site parking made things convenient. Lots of restaurants and shops right downstairs, important since no breakfast

All based on quality fish and with special cooking and seasonings: the cuttlefish stuffed with cheese and walnuts were spectacular, not to mention the grilled prawns and sea bream

All with a more than excellent quality / price. All seasoned with so much kindness and courtesy. I recommend it to all tourists who go to Ksamil

the owners were very friendly and polite. The beach is very near and you don't have to use the car. Also the bakery coffee shops and mini markets were very near so it's very comfortable

Apartment located in quiet area. 10 min walk to bars and restaurants and beach clubs. 10 min walk to bus to sarande. Aleks owner was really friendly and all the team worked really hard
