We had a fabulous stay at this immaculate hotel, perfectly located in the heart of everything—close to all amenities and just a short walk to the beaches.
What truly made our holiday special was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure we had the best experience possible. A special thank you to our lovely receptionist and Alexander—nothing was too much trouble for them.
Thank you for making our holiday so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Honestly, I let just my wife do the previous comments below because this can be a big help for travelers who like peace of mind and don’t want to be at risk of cancellation right before their arrival. But I felt obligated to come here and say that the hotel canceled our reservation made through Booking.com (which is one of the most reliable hotel booking website) and is lying in the response of the comment below saying we reserved with another websites that I have never heard of.
So I reiterate, careful when booking here. Beyond cancelling our reservation days before arrival during the start of peak season, is LYING about our reservation resource which was 100% sure Booking.com!!!!

They cancelled our reservation one week before our arrival! The price was double when we tried to rebook.
We did a lot of effort to book everything in advance to have peace of mind. It was confirmed at first. Please, think twice before booking here, especially if you coming in a high season. You can see yourself in situation of getting something way more expensive few days before your trip!

I had a fantastic experience at the Alexander Hotel in Ksamil. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beautiful beaches and close to restaurants and local attractions. The rooms were spotless, modern, and comfortable, with great air conditioning and a balcony view that made the stay even more relaxing.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed and offering great recommendations for exploring the area. Breakfast was delicious.
Overall, the Alexander Hotel exceeded my expectations and offered great value for the price. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

My boyfriend and I stayed there from 15 to 19 August. It is family run and the people are very welcoming and helpful. Honest prices, delicious food and lots and lots of kindness from the owner and his wonderful daughters. The rooms were very clean and fragrant and the towels were changed every day. It is located in a very quiet area 300m from the sea and can be easily reached on foot
