We had a holiday in Albania and used this service while staying in Sarandë. The offers were amazing, and the team had such a welcoming and friendly attitude.

Turned up without a booking in the off season at Sarande. Mainstream car rental offices unmanned and locked. Within 30 minutes driving out. Car was old but drove well and had plenty of pull. Drop off uneventful. Cheap and efficient. Met the owner, nice guy. Highly recommended.

Great service with great host and great facilities(pool especially and clean room) Even though we arrived late, which was 3 AM, hosts helped us check in easily. Moreover, we woke up late and the breakfast time was over but the host asked us whether we want breakfast. Everyone was super nice and generous.
The outdoor pool was great to swim. Also 15 minutes away from the bus terminal which made us come here easily

The price is not low, the price-performance ratio is not high, the room facilities are too basic, and the breakfast is too unpalatable. These are the biggest "mistakes" of this trip.

We rented a car from Sipa Tours which we had problems with in the mountains. They were very helpful and came with a new car for us. The contact with the staff and the owner was very good and we felt taken care of. Xoni's guy who works there is a star with a big heart and I can easily hire him myself. The warmest recommendations!

I recommend this company. We had 4 of them rented Jimny Jeeps. No problem, everything is fine. The boss in the office was very nice and willing to help. I would not recommend.

The best choice for car rental! Really nice people work there! We quickly agreed on the price and conditions for the Suzuki Jimny without prepayment or contacts. The next morning everything was ready and the contract took only a few minutes. Extending the car for half a day is really easy. Highly recommended! If you don't like to drive in the mountains, they also organize safari tours and other interesting activities. I am sure you will love it, given the human factor, they are simply the best in Saranda!

great agency. rented a car: the guys brought a pretty Yaris within 10 minutes, the price is quite adequate, and what is most interesting and important - NO DEPOSIT AMOUNT for a car !! it is very comfortable

Good tour though if i were to do it again i would suggest getting the smaller boats near the coast of Saranda that tend to visit more places than 3 places that the larger boats tend to go.

Prolonged the car for half day more really easy. Highly recommended! If you don’t like to drive through mountains - they also organize safari tours and other different nice activities. Sure that you will enjoy it, taking into account the human factor they are simply the best in Sarandë !
