Great room! Awesome spa. much better than the photos and great value for money. Leon the receptionist was very kind and made me feel very welcome. Definitely better than it was over a year ago. Recommend ☺️

The great news for this motel is it has recently been purchased and undergoing renovation. The room was exactly what we wanted for a one night stay as we come down from country Victoria for hospital appointments. Yes the room needs maintenance but the linen was fresh and clean and the cleaners do a great job for what they are working with.

I should have scrutinised the other appraisals before coming here again. Like so many others, I regret having to give at least one star, when zero or negative would have been appropriate.
(a) It's not in Greensborough, but miles away.
(b) Room cleanliness poor to dreadful; the closer you look, the more vomit-worthy stuff you find;
(c) No light switches at the bed; you have to walk to the door, then stumble back in the dark, or worse, if you need to get up during the night;
(d) Noisy aircon fan, plus no back on the aircon remote, meaning batteries fall out;
(e) Had to go to office and ask for tea-bags;
(f) Seat of the only chair had virtually collapsed;
(g) One end of curtains dislodged from railing, hanging loose;
(h) worn carpet;
(i) Allow at least 1 minute for hot water to come through;
(j) Just three porcelain mugs, no glasses of any description;
(k) Small table (for luggage presumably) wildly unstable;
(l) Empty frames in shower, intended to contain what?
(m) Advertises "on-site dining"; presumably this means within driving distance of adequate restaurants;
(n) Elderly, sagging mattress on solid wooden base, comfort minimal;
I could go on at length. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

What a joke.. the tv only has 7,9,10 channels. There are no HD channels at all. The hot water takes forever to come through to the room. We are just about to go into 2025. You'd think the furniture would be nice and not ripped, and towels look like they have been used for 50 years and not replaced. I will never be coming back to this place ever again. DON'T STAY HERE. NOT WORTH $144 A NIGHT.

Do not be fooled by the pictures of this Motel.
The pictures must be t least 10 years old. The worst experience ever, dirty, run down and so unkempt it’s not funny. This hotel should not be able to advertise with these pictures it is so off the mark.Shower running all night also toilet. It’s so dirty. 2 people staying one glass no cutlery frayed towels, wire coat hangers (2)

Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT STAY. Had a smell to the room when entered. Mould in the shower with broken tiles and dripped. Microwave dirty. Fridge seal broken and wouldn’t close properly. Tiled carpet Flooring had what looked like mould and wasn’t stuck down in places. Plaster ripped off the walls in places. Door had been patched around the handle lock and didn’t look safe. Was only in the room for about an hour before I cancelled and moved to another hotel.

Unkept poorly maintained, broken soap holder, broken jug, terrible parking , police in attendance twice to either some guests or the alleged homeless people sharing the property. The only reason we stayed was it was 2 streets away from my aunty who was having her 100th birthday.

Substandard hotel. Not clean. Needs repair and maintenance. Smells. Carpets very marked. Terrible experience.
