The Maisonette

What a delightful place to stay! The location was excellent perfect for getting out and about.Iwould like to acknowledge Chloe who helped me. truly settle in and helped me above and beyond her job description so well suited in her role !

This hotel is a fantastic and surprising gem in the heart of the very hip and happening inner city Potts Point. The room provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay and restful stay.

The room has a smart ergonomic layout and a wonderful design flair that really individualizes the place and makes it unique. The staff were extremely helpful and the booking, check in and check out process was really easy.

The location is fabulous - a walk to the Botanic Gardens, Opera House, Oxford St, transport and there are a gazillion amazing cafes and restaurants nearby.

Importantly, it is family owned and operated with genuine care for the environment - which I love!

I had a good time in the Maisonette Hotel. My card was not working online, Maria was so helpful and comprehensive to reserve me a room by the a phone call. She gave me advices about places to go, gave me her umbrella to us when was raining. Definitely I recommend and will be a pleasure to came back again. The neighborhood has a lot options of things to do, the building has a good vibes and they're always open to help and give a good hospitality.

It's a good place for a short stay..
Right in the middle of city and almost on the centre of Sydney action.
Rooms are pretty small, but very clean and neat , receptionist have their timings of availablity but courteous.Proximity to good Street food and restaurants..

I don't have a bad thing to say about this place. Good price, amazing location and the rooms were simple but well laid out and clean. The owner and her daughter are both amazing people who made great recommendations for things to do around the area.
Oh, but as a public service announcement, there are stairs.

I enjoyed my stay and will use this hotel again. My one reservation is that check-in arrangements for late arrivals could be better managed. That said the hotel is clean, quiet and very well located for access to CBD and Sydney's cultural and night life. There are plenty of good places to eat near-by and a supermarket.

The location of the hotel is sensational, close to the port, the Royal Botanical Gardens, Opera building and the city center. Great, helpful hosts of the facility. I'm impressed with my first visit of Sydney. Cleanliness and amenities first class!
