Extremely Disappointed with My Stay ！
I am currently staying at this supposedly 4-star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, n I must say that my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Fr the moment I arrived, I noticed several issues that hv greatly impacted my stay.

Firstly, the bathroom was in a deplorable state. It was disgustingly unclean, with visible dirt n grime in various areas. This lack of cleanliness is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.

Furthermore, the floors throughout the hotel were dangerously slippery. It felt as if they were not properly maintained or cleaned, posing a serious safety hazard for guests.

The sound insulation in this hotel is also incredibly poor. I hv constantly been disturbed by the noise fr outside, making it nearly impossible to relax or enjoy a peaceful stay. The lack of soundproofing is a major flaw that significantly impacts the overall experience.

To add to my disappointment, the service at this hotel was worse. I called the reception twice to request a refill for towels & body wash so that I could tk a shower, but I hv been waiting for at least 3 hours, n there is still no sign of anyone attending to my needs. I decided to call for the 3rd time. Finally, they told me to come down to the reception n pick up the items myself. This lack of responsiveness n the inconvenience it has caused is highly disappointing n not what I expect fr a supposedly 4-star establishment.

In conclusion, I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this 4-star hotel. The disgusting bathroom, slippery floors, poor sound insulation, n the unhelpful service hv all contributed to a highly unsatisfactory experience. I expected much better fr a hotel of this supposed caliber. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues n improve the overall quality n service provided.

We booked a Junior Suite and paid extra for a 3rd person. Photos clearly showed the main bed in a separate room with a door. Listing stated had a sofa bed in the main room.
First room they gave us had a single room a double bed and unmade sofa bed.
Second room had the separate room and an approximately king size bed. Again the sofa bed for the 3rd person was not made up.
The response from reception staff was that we had not requested sofa bed be made up. Not sure what paying for a 3rd person in the room is supposed to indicate.
Had only booked this over priced larger room so we could get 3 in the room. Ended up having to pay for an extra room.

It would have been reasonable to give a full refund for the second room we were forced too pay for. Management refused to do so.

Expensive for a very average room. WiFi was intermittent at best. Bathroom in need of renovation. Shower temp varied from warm to scorching to cold without changing the tap setting. Toilet was poked into a corner and almost unusable if longer than average legs. Great location though.

Well we picked this hotel as we saw the rooms November, when a friend stayed for a night.

Well that was a mistake we got room 301 and we are disappointed, very disappointed. Why do you ask are we disappointed, let me tell you. In November 2022 we saw a room on level 7which was nice and clean, nothing appeared to be damaged. Well room 301 is a different story. Clean no, the shower/bathtub had not been cleaned. There were hairs on the wall, soap scum in the basin of the bath. Power points are cracked, tiles are cracked, carpet stained. I think the cleaner comes in and changes the sheets and towels and that is it. If you are offered room 301 say no.

Should have said something to the staff yes I should have, but I didn't as I was tired and needed to sleep, for that I can only be annoyed with myself. But then again this room should not be in this state, if someone paid attention. Will I stay here again most likely not for the price charged I can get a cleaner room elsewhere.
