The hotel is average according my opinion. For a five star hotel the rooms are very small, the restaurant is also small and only the SPA centre is great and compensates for the other two.

I’m absolutely in love with this hotel. They know how to really care about the customers and make them feel comfortable. The location is great, right next to the pine trees. It has everything you need - amazing swimming pools and spa; large rooms with comfortable beds and pillows; large bathrooms. Everything was very clean. Food was with rich varsity and quality to choose from. It tasted as home made from their own garden and farm. Staff was so nice and caring! Keep going this way! Thank you!

Love everything about this place. We visited for the first time in 2022 and returned again this spring in 2023. For reference our party includes people from 8 years old to 75 years old. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The towels and robes are soft, absorbent and get changed daily. Room service has always been excellent (my mother has visited the hotel at least 15 times and it's always been great). I am shocked by some of the negative reviews. Everything has always been extremely clean. Any of the public bathrooms near the pools, downstairs or upstairs, are always impeccable regardless the time of day. The spa includes so many options including an infrared, herbal and Finnish saunas, herbal, steam and Turkish baths, shock bucket and a multitude of showers. The massage and manicure services, though not inclusive, have been very good as well. We always purchase the inclusive package with breakfast and dinner and the food has always been excellent with a huge variety of both local and international cuisine. On one of the nights we stayed in 2023, there was a DJ onsite so it made our evening very enjoyable with lots of dancing. The property is within walking distance to Velingrad downtown and some wonderful nature trails in the Rhodope Mountains. We cannot wait to return again. Highly recommend.

A great hotel with a fantastic Spa center. 3 indoor pools, 1 outdoor pool, all the services of a great spa center. Different kind of saunas, steam rooms, relaxing rooms, park with amacas and professional massage center with a wonderful service: romantic treatment for two, 3 hours of pure relax with private sauna, steam room, huge jacuzzi, massages and fruit and champagne. The restaurant offer a taste food. Competitive price. Beautiful rooms. Approved!
