The lifeguard of the pool is there on vacation. He sits and does nothing. There is a requirement that if there is an occupied deck chair that is apparently not occupied by anyone for more than 30 minutes, he is released. However, this does not happen and we ended up with another family with 2 children did without a sunbed and an umbrella while the gentleman was resting and not interested in what was happening around him, given that 70% of the sunbeds were visibly "reserved" by someone who had no intention of using them. We had to raise a scandal after we were we were told to keep an eye on which lounger there was no one on it for more than 30 minutes. In the end, each family got 1 lounger (for 2 adults and 1 child). We would not recommend this hotel. We are very disappointed and would not visit again!!!!! The hotel is mostly staffed by 16-year-old children, totally unorganized, there were 2-3 waiters who were doing something. At the reception, they also made them sit, they didn't know why they were there and whatever we asked them, they didn't know or misled us. We were misdirected about the beach and the umbrellas and we barely found them. Beach towels are only available for a deposit of BGN 20 per towel. The lifeguard of the pool is there on vacation. The hotel is an old base. The room is clean, but it smells old and the bathroom smells like a drain and a dirty toilet. After one cleaning, they spilled detergent on the floor and I burned my feet. Wifi is very bad in the rooms, almost non-existent, and after you raise a scandal at the reception, you get a router for 20 BGN. The animators are cool, but out of 5, only 2 are Bulgarian. All entertainment during the day and evening is aimed at foreigners. The stage of their evening show is in the parking lot and is not secured. In the children's corner, you can find piles of dirty glass cups (in our case, they accumulated for 6 days until we left, no one deigned to collect them) The kitchen is full of foreigners who do not speak and understand neither Bulgarian nor English.
The food is monotonous - Nothing special. Out of 8 trays, mainly 5 were the same in the evening - Poached eggs, mini sausages, beans, tomato sauce, bacon and rice (English breakfast and rice). The other was semi-finished products from those frozen, which are baked in oven potato meatballs and white fish. There is a Cooking Show for breakfast and dinner - a foreign chef cooks a different meal in front of you on the terrace where the tables are every evening and every morning and there is a limit - up to 4 pieces per person (which is great, but apparently this limit is only for Bulgarians). We had my wife go down alone with the kid (3yrs old) for breakfast and they had to line up and wait 40 minutes for mini american pancakes and after my wife asked for 6 she was refused and made to line up again for another 2, the girl before her (Czech) was given 9 pieces at once without any problem and with a smile on her face). Very nice and clean hotel. Excellent location, right next to the beach with private sun loungers and umbrellas. Very nice and tasty food, rooms cleaned daily. Just on 10 min walking distance from the centre. I would definitely recommend it. The only bad thing was that the frape and freshly squeezed juice are not included in the all inclusive.

This is our second time visiting and I can say that we are all more than happy with Hotel Jeravi! The food is excellent and they replenish all the food very quickly when it runs out! If you like fish and meat in general you're gonna love this cousine! Rooms are very nice and clean with a good view and beach is very close to the hotel! The animation program is in Czech and Bulgarian and the animators are very kind! Good experience for the kids for sure! Overall 10/10 we will most likely visit again!

Great family hotel! Good location, very close to the beach. Very clean, food was lovely with very friendly staff, and a special mention to F&B manager Radost Jelyazkova and also Mimi, Radek, Terka and Paja that are great at what they are doing and kept entertaining the kids and adults at all times 👍last but not least the bartender Yulia that kept the spirit up with best drinks and service 👌

Our stay at Jeravi hotel was pleasant but definitely not great. There were a few cons that we couldn’t ignore. The first thing that put us off was the seating at the beach. There weren’t enough spaces for everyone even though we booked the hotel with the assurance that there will be an umbrella and two loungers per room. The reason the management provided when asked was that there were other hotels that were part of their group so all guests staying at an Alexandria travel hotel could use them. So don’t expect to find room on the beach. The other thing that baffled us was that there was limited animation for little children and it was all in Czech. The cherry on the top was that in the only day that the weather was bad the animators informed us that there won’t be any animation in the evening because the music was loud and they didn’t provided any throughout the evening . The positive thing about the hotel was that it was very clean and nice. There was enough variety food wise and it was very tasty but don’t expect something wow. All the staff were very friendly and polite which made our stay more pleasant. All in all it was good but if you don’t speak Czech or English don’t expect any entertainment for your children and be prepared to have a few arguments about sun loungers and umbrellas.

The hotel is located in close proximity to the north beach in the village of Primorsko. The rooms are more than decent and the common areas are well maintained. That being said, the hotel is not well suited for all-inclusive service. The capacity of the restaurant is less than the room's capacity. During our stay the hotel was full, it was a challenge to find a table for any meal, and the queues at the buffet were daily routine. The pool is perfectly maintained, again the sittings around the pool are scarce compared to the number of guests. Still, four stars for this place, we enjoyed our stay.
