Hotel Plamena Palace

I recently stayed at Plamena Palace, and it exceeded all my expectations! The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, making our stay incredibly comfortable. For families, this hotel is a gem—the children's area is fantastic, and the trampoline in the yard was a hit with the kids!

The food in the restaurant is another highlight. Every meal was delicious, with high-quality ingredients and a variety of options to satisfy everyone in the family. The location is perfect—just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Parking was never an issue, thanks to the ample space provided. Overall, Plamena Palace offers a wonderful experience for both relaxation and fun. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a great stay!

The perfect spot in Primorsko - huge free parking, food grown on site, very polite staff and the ideal size rooms - not too small, not too big. I had a blast there and will go back again. We stayed with our 3 months old baby, used all amenities, laundry, cleaning, cribs - just great. Beach in 250 meters, big store nearby and quiet. There was an apocalyptic storm while we were there - no drama in the hotel what-so-ever.

The hotel is clean and modern. The location is great, as the hotel is just a short walk away from the beach itself. Had a great experience - would recommend!

We’ve been coming here for 12 years and have never been disappointed. The management and staff are outstanding. What I love most is that the hotel is away from the busiest and noisiest parts of the main city, and it’s very close to one of the best beaches in Bulgaria, which is wild and has beautiful dunes.

The location is great - a mere 5-min walk from the North Beach. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. The shower did not have anywhere to place toiletries so our stuff had to stay on the floor ledge that separated the shower from the rest of the bathroom. The cleaning staff was absolutely terrible. There was always some sand on the floor even after they just got done "cleaning," so I had to pick it up myself. I have been to many beach resorts where there is plenty of sand and it was never all over my room. The bathroom and toilet were not properly cleaned our entire stay. The sheets were not changed at any point and we were there eight days/seven nights. Also, they timed "cleaning" pretty terribly with them being there when we would return from breakfast. We were at the beach for hours at a time when cleaning could be done. We would come back from being out and the cleaning staff of two for our floor would just sit in their room and chat. Outside that, the front desk and restaurant staff was nice and the breakfast food was good and had great variety. The hotel is a short walk to good restaurants and "downtown." I would recommend for the price.
