We had a 2 rooms family room with 2 baths and 2 balcony. Chilly. Meal was wonderful. Grill, hot and cold meat, european and local also fish. Fruits, green salads always, Exclusively lovely staff. Hotel has a private beach with tents and umbrellas. 5 minutes to walk. The sea is wavey but lifeguards always on the top. It was our second holiday there. It's not a Cote d'Azure it's Bulgaria but if You understand it You'll have a nice holiday. We want to come back.

Good day. We would like to thank you for a wonderful vacation at the Perla Beach Hotel - Primorsko. We were there from 22-29 August 2023. Everything was fine except for the little things that you could work on to improve. I'll start - Every time you enter a restaurant, you could stop asking guests for their room number, because every single guest has a blue wristband on their arm, it's terribly annoying and I've never encountered this in any hotel. In room number 612, where we are they were accommodated is broken and the railing on the balcony is bent, it is very dangerous since we also had children there. And what else surprised us are your umbrellas on the beach that bear the name of your hotel Perla Luxori and are completely rusty and torn in a terrible condition, not to mention the dirt and mess that is located around your beach where you have set aside these umbrellas and sunbeds. If you still work on these mistakes that unnecessarily spoil the beautiful impression of the vacation, you will have a very nice time. We will be happy to return to the Perla Beach Hotel next year and I believe that these mistakes will already be removed. Thank you and we look forward to next year already.

The hotel was very nice. At the bar the guys are cool (Dimitar and Vihren). The view is beautifull from the room.

Hotel Perla Luxury (formerly Gold) is quite nice, with big rooms with a nice sea view, very close to the beach. However I would not return there and I can't recommend it because of the staff. The cleaners only sweep the rooms, they don't clean the bathroom and they do not replenish toiletries on a daily basis, so you may run out of shower gel or shampoo. I had to walk around the hotel looking for the cleaners to ask for shower gel. They don't make beds and don't change linen even if they see it's dirty, but they take time to make towel flamingos on unmade beds! They change towels once a week, and I got stained ones. The lobby bar staff makes the bar their private disco playing loud music all day, making it unbearable to sit in the lobby. The bartender named Barte (or similar) is plain rude - he turns up music extremely loud and when the guests look at him surprised he laughs at them loudly. The meals are ok, but similar every day and it's obvious new dishes are made from old ones to make savings. Lunch hours are too short. The A/C can't be turned off because even if off, it turns on automatically when you open and close the window or balcony door. The staff doesn't speak English. All in all, although the hotel meets the requirements of a five-star one, it rather seems like a three-star hotel. I hardly enjoyed my stay.

Worst experience we ever had. First holiday we had since pandemic started. Our first impression of the hotel definitely not 5 star. But that is nothing compared to what we experienced. Our first night at the hotel and we could hear draft from one of the windows i tried to close it and suddenly i fell on me(it was tipe if Window that opens upside) it was about 40-50kg and it was holding on few pieces of paper that someone put on the side of the window PAPER! Forgot to mention we have 2 year old that was sleeping on the bed underneath that window. I don't want to think what would've happened if there was stronger draft and that windon falls by itself. No sympathy from the staff whatsoever we didn't even heard a single "i am sorry". They moved us in to another room that clearly they didn't checked because the moment i went there with the receptionist i saw it is exactly the same and i told her "please check the window and tell me what you see wrong and are you confident enough to sleep ot the bed underneath"? Her reply was "this wiindow is broken too". Then we've been moved to a room that the main lock was broken, luckily we noticed it before moving all the luggage and by the way we weren't even offered any help and all was happening in the middle of the night with 2 year old kid that missed his bedtime and you can imagine the scene. Finaly they moved us to another room and all the done was to lease the card key on the table- again no sorry, are you ok, have a good evening - absolutely horrible experience. That was the last time we are spending our money in this place.

I wouldn't call it a five star hotel, rather a three star. I have been at five star hotels and the services can hardly be compared to what Perla beach luxury has offered. The standards are just too low. I mean, offering guests drinks (be it juice, cocktails, tea or coffee) out of the cheapest and thinnest possible plastic cups is just not 5 star standard. Almost none of the staff speaks English, when you ask them something they just look at you as if you asked them what is the distance in light years from the earth to the sun. Also, the staff is not friendly, I mean at all. Some of them were actually rude. The only friendly staff members were two young receptionist.
The food is okay, but don't expect much variation, you will pretty much have the same things to choose from every day.
The rooms are nice, but a window curtain in the bathroom (we were at the ground floor) would have been a huge bonus. Due to the poor canalisation (water not draining at all) in the shower, we had no choice but to shower in the bath tub, which was next to the window, which had no curtains and was facing the garden and outside pool where many people were hanging out. I am not a prude, but to know that people can see you when you shower is just not a pleasant feeling.
No animation for children, it doesn't have its own beach, no outside pool bar.

Hotel Perla beach is perfectly located with a lot of services and small shops around. Staffs are nice and helpful. Cuisine and meals are just in poor quality. Our rating of hotel is just 3 star. Pay the all inclusive services in Primorsko is loosing of money. Street food and restaurants are everywhere with acceptable price and perfect quality.

The stay was fantastic. The staff is very kind and always helpful. I am especially impressed with the organization and service in the restaurant. Very smiling and eager to work young people. The food was varied and very tasty. The atmosphere is very cozy. I would gladly stay longer. We will definitely visit them again.

The Perla Beach club has three parts - Perla Beach, Plaza and Luxury(offers beach seats) and its located 30m from the North Beach in Primorsko.
Luxury is rated as a 5 star hotel, but on my opinion is barely 4, even 3 for me.
The Hotel team is amazing, polite and very kind. Best rooms are in part Luxury.
Why it's 3 star on my side - restaurant is very small, the food variety is more than poor (the quality is good though), there is a barbecue again very poor variety. Old and low quality furniture.
Rooms are OK, there was on king sized room rated as apartment. It is on for a family with two kids but it's nothing liked regular apartment. No mini bar which I a "must" even in 3 star hotels. Again the staff keep it the service high and kept it clean daily.
Pool area is old, and constantly crowded and dirty. The guest are throwing plastic plates, forks, napkins, cigarettes everywhere.
Overall the only 4 star with the hotel is the staff service. I will not visit again.

Despite the difficul season everything which was part of the offer was in real - nice restaurant, very positive and sming personnel, great swimming pools area, the food was very good! The hotel was clean and welcoming! We managed to relax and enjoy our 6-day short vacation! We defnetely recommend the place!
