Amazing place to go with the family, entertainment team was great and friendly. Food was delicious with a lot of variety. Very close to beach with only a two minute walk as well as having a nice big swimming pool. Staff were friendly and quick to help and rooms were big and very clean.

The hotel is amazing! It looks so good! The Animation is one of the best. The animators were so nice and they were smiling everywhere! Every time when they saw my family they say “hello” or just talk with us. The receptionists were so nice too. There was one girl that helped us with everything we needed and one of the boys. The room was clean and quiet at night. The place is so kid’s friendly. The restaurant is okay. The food was good. In Saturday they have sushi chef and the sushi is sooo good! We’ll be back next year for sure!! It was the perfect summer vacation. The only thing that it’s not perfect is the location of the hotel. It’s 2km away from Obzor and you have to walk or just you can take the bus from the hotel. But the beach is clean and nice. All the staff from the Beach Bar were nice and friendly. Everything’s perfect!!

Absolutely uneatable food and drinks. The beach and the pool are nice but the sunbeds are stained, old and uncomfortable.
We left on the first day instead of staying five days. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Lovely hotel, plenty for kids to do including a park, an indoor play area, kids club, water slides and pools. Also a mini park on the beach too. Entertainment stage is between this hotel and another so slightly out the way and not easy to access with pushchair but not too far to walk. Only negative is the drinks.... the beach bar and bar at entertainment stage only serve soft drinks, however pool bar and lobby bar serve alcohol all day. Not all staff understand English so sometimes when you order a drink the staff will ring another staff member to come over and make the drinks, and also you don't always get what you order (even when choosing something from menu list). Can't fault the food options or the facilities though! The snack bar has self serve ice cream which is great for the kids and is open during lunch too so no need to leave the pool area for food. Also the maids clean the rooms everyday and leave bottles of water everyday which is a nice little bonus.

Honestly where do I start.
The hotel was beautiful can't fault the cleanliness.
The kids pool multiple children cut themselves and took skin off their fingers and toes due to the non slip stones in the pools.
The food was freezing cold every night the first week we were there. Then the second week it was warm due to more guests being there. It was the same food day in and day out.
I was told all staff know basic English only about 5 knew basic English and 3 of them knew how to have a conversation in English. A young lady on reception was amazing and helped us with everything.
The manager well he was very rude and I have now complained to TUI due to the experience we have had.
I would never return to this hotel however I would return to Bulgaria.
If I could give 0 stars I would the only reason they have 1 star is due to the cleanliness of the hotel and one young lady at reception.

Hotel - I loved the hotel. Clean and tidy and lots of space.
Rooms - lovely and basic cleaned daily.
Pool - main pool was lovely, beach entry pool mak pool deep end around 1.4, children's pool was dangerous and the water depth is not enough for children coming down the slides . Also, it was very slippery and had lots of injuries while there.
Staff - the reception staff were lovely. The manager doesn't care about anything. Rude and unhelpful.
Entertainment! It's absolutely shocking. There are no entertainment staff at all around the pool. Music was on some days. Other days, it wasn't. On the odd day when there was a member of the ents staff, they only offered ping pong on a broken table and broken bats. Darts and volleyball were mainly male adults. The children were bored. There was no entertainment at night unless you walked to the other hotel. Even that was shocking and only a choice of 1 larger and wine . Biggest issue, lovely hotel, loads of space but no atmosphere and boring for both adults and child.
Beach - It's great to have the beach right there and lots of sunbeds, but the beach bar and snack bar weren't open
Food - couldn't moan about the food, lots to choose from. I don't understand why the butter is on the opposite side to the bread and the drinks machines so far away.
The biggest issue for us was when I mentioned the ping pong table was broken and dangerous, and they said they would send someone to fix it, which I believe they did. The table then fell on my son 2 days later and trapped him. I asked to speak to a manager and he wasn't available and I asked if he could contact me and nothing. Very disappointing.
Location - not near anything. If the hotel provided entertainment, that wouldn't be an issue. Ozbor town itself is under construction, and we were told not many shops were open.
People - found rude and dismissive. Again a massive shame. If I was coming alone to relax for a week then this would be perfect. We were sold a holiday where we were promised more.

Can’t go wrong with this hotel first time doing all inclusive and lived up to the expectations!! Room and service top tier lots of lovely people in the bar and the reception. Food was great but could be repetitive at times. Would be better as taxi travel can get expensive.

Great location for the beach. Lovely big pool with plenty of sun beds. Check in staff very helpful. Thanks for answering all my questions appreciate. Variety of food at the restaurant. Careful on the shorts at the bar there full strength 👍. Room cleaned every day very nice. Overall a very nice stay at this hotel. Nice walk into Obzor via path or beach. 🍻

We loved the specious room, the spa corner with steam and Turkish bath were amazing. So beautiful and relaxing, relatively good price to use as well. The beach was sandy and beautiful. We loved the food in the restaurant and so many options. You won’t get hungry there and most probably put some extra kilos by the end of your trip. There was great variation, tasty salad station with sooo many choices. The meat and fish were delicious. The hotel also looks amazing on the inside, we liked the style and aroma smell they used. Small shop that has most of the things you will need. Pharmacy and city center very accessible. Daily nights with music and dance and the staff on the stage seemed happy and enjoying their job. Most of the workers were also polite, making jokes. We did not get bored of the place for our one week stay. I got an allergy rush from maybe the pool (but not sure about it) and they organized a doctor visit in like 20minutes. They also nicely did not forget my birthday and treat us with Champagne in the room and birthday card! It was a nice gesture! ❤️ Our room was on the garden side and first floor - quiet and close to stairs and not that busy elevator that we could use. Overall we had a great time and we might visit it again!
Disliked · We did not like the housekeeping check ups on the room. They refill with water, toilet paper and fresh towels every day, but no coffee was replaced when finished the two welcome sachets. Never hovered the carpet for one week, we really felt was needed. Toilet and bathroom did not seemed to be clean after everyday visit. 😕 Overall it seemed not much cleaning was done in all facilities around the hotel. The drinks machines for water, beer, wine and soft drinks always look filthy and needs daily cleaning. The pool was not cleaned or the pool restaurant.
