Sunrise Blue Magic Resort - All Inclusive

We arrived at night no one was on reception to greet us we wait half hour and was finally greeted, check in took longer than expected and the guy forgot to give us wrist bands we walked past a woman asked her she said you get them at check in, we had to go back and remind him, paid for a sea view but our first night we were given one of just grass at the back of the building which was rubbish we went down the next day to the desk showed proof we paid extra for the room with sea view, made us wait until that evening the next day to get the room we paid for so this hotel has lazy staff which was annoying because the location is good and rooms are good size but staff let it down, food was consistent, pizza, pasta chips and lots of cakes, lots of fruit, breakfast is good. But don't get hot drinks at the lobby they are bad get them at the restaurant ground floor back of the room self serve machine do tea coffe mocha hot chocolate etc. The shop is expensive in hotel walk 30 mins to town easy walk lots of shops and chemist pool is cold but weather was warm sun bathed alot we went in September if you go to the beach the inclusive fizzy drinks are free not alcohol. Room service is good lady's are the best workers there they did a good job and resteraunt is good too take slippers for the room as they are all carpet and flip flops for the shower my only suggestion if you go, and expect to be greeted rudely but If you get past that and forget about it then it is a nice enough holiday, ofcourse I'm frustrated about the first night as we did pay for the sea view and didn't get one due to the man on duty not caring to check or thought we would forget we paid extra for the view. Lift access to all floors stairs out side to pool not great for wheelchair there is a park by the pool if you have children and a shop by the beach for gifts and snacks too

Hotel - I loved the hotel. Clean and tidy and lots of space.

Rooms - lovely and basic cleaned daily.

Pool - main pool was lovely, beach entry pool mak pool deep end around 1.4, children's pool was dangerous and the water depth is not enough for children coming down the slides . Also, it was very slippery and had lots of injuries while there.

Staff - the reception staff were lovely. The manager doesn't care about anything. Rude and unhelpful.

Entertainment! It's absolutely shocking. There are no entertainment staff at all around the pool. Music was on some days. Other days, it wasn't. On the odd day when there was a member of the ents staff, they only offered ping pong on a broken table and broken bats. Darts and volleyball were mainly male adults. The children were bored. There was no entertainment at night unless you walked to the other hotel. Even that was shocking and only a choice of 1 larger and wine . Biggest issue, lovely hotel, loads of space but no atmosphere and boring for both adults and child.

Beach - It's great to have the beach right there and lots of sunbeds, but the beach bar and snack bar weren't open

Food - couldn't moan about the food, lots to choose from. I don't understand why the butter is on the opposite side to the bread and the drinks machines so far away.

The biggest issue for us was when I mentioned the ping pong table was broken and dangerous, and they said they would send someone to fix it, which I believe they did. The table then fell on my son 2 days later and trapped him. I asked to speak to a manager and he wasn't available and I asked if he could contact me and nothing. Very disappointing.

Location - not near anything. If the hotel provided entertainment, that wouldn't be an issue. Ozbor town itself is under construction, and we were told not many shops were open.

People - found rude and dismissive. Again a massive shame. If I was coming alone to relax for a week then this would be perfect. We were sold a holiday where we were promised more.
