This Hotel & it’s Fantastic Location is the Best there is around -they had Excellent Service as well as delicious Food and the entire staff is trained to make sure you feel at home whether you are swimming in the Black Sea or the Beautiful pool at their site you will enjoy being their guests in the very large & super comfortable rooms and restaurant-it’s a Great Deal and a wonderful way to enjoy Bulgarian Hospitality

We truly enjoyed the restaurant. The chef creates an incredibly delicious menu and the service is top notch.

We went early June so I had a great time in the pool by myself and loved the easy access to the beach. To get around I recommend using the nearby bus where you can buy tickets to central Pomorie for 1.5 leva and 4 leva to Burgas, purchase tickets on board using cash. Although my list of negatives is longer, the good far outweighs the bad and I would happily stay here again, although probably would not recommend for someone’s first time in Bulgaria.

A lot of the bad reviews I read before this made me worried but I’m glad I stayed here.

Good:
Quiet
Right next to the beach
Pool and spa excellent, spa towel provided
Very clean, daily fresh towels and room mopped on a daily basis to get rid of the sand we tracked in
Excellent staff who were friendly and helpful
Lots of space in the room and plenty of mirrors
Convenient drying rack and space for towels
Small but powerful hairdryer
Tv with channels in multiple languages
Extra pillows and blankets in the cupboard
Excellent restaurant
Nearby shop (which is a tad more expensive than others)

Bad:
Shower water smelled a bit strange
Ran out hot water while showering once
Quite out of the way, you will need to be prepared to get taxis and they are expensive for Bulgaria standards (we got the hotel to book these) or bus
Thin walls - I could hear next door talking until 3am on the first night
Toilet not secured properly to the floor and was rocky
Mattress uncomfortable
Bathroom finish could be redone - a bit of an untidy finish between bath and floor due to age

Excellent food, all rooms are very nice, big and clean. The restaurant is the top piece of the hotel, really recommended! Parking is not the best, they could improve that one. And this is 4stars hotel, not 2 as google shows.

Everything was amazing.
Staff is exceptional! From the waiters to receptionists to house keepers they are all amazing! Super friendly, always with a smile on their face and willing to satisfy your needs.
Rooms are big and spacious, being cleaned every single day. Not just folding your towels but replacing them daily. Restaurant is also pretty good, has a variety of dishes.
The apartment is simply perfect, it has everything you might need, like fully equipped kitchen, bathroom accessories, washing machine, stove, large balcony, two ACs, two big TVs.
The Spa is also good, it has a sauna, steam room, hamam and jakuzi. Variety of relaxing massages and also done by a professional. Breakfast is good too. The pool is big and veeery clean.
I haven't been to our seaside for many years due to the reason that our people are trying to rob us with their way overpriced hotels and then you are given mudy sea water with plenty of seaweed but here is was a different story. The private beach is nicely maintained, water clean. We had an amazing stay in Penelopa Palace and I do recommend to any of you who are wondering to book just go ahead and you see by yourself.
To the staff - keep up the great work that you're doing and Bulgarian tourists will definitely reconsider going elsewhere! Thank you!

Perfect place for having incredibly tasty food, excellent wine and very good service! It is very close to the beach, too. We had reserved the party hall for celebrating the school graduation of our son! Our guests were amazed at the place, the tasty food and the very nice view outside the hotel!
