Underrated Hotel. The service is good and the lobby and restaurant are top notch. Slight minus for the room, which was not so modern, but otherwise definitely worth the visit.

Lived in this hotel a couple of days. The view from the room is beautiful. The view we had of the pine forest and the hills. What can I say about the hotel? In many official sources it is declared as 5*. But I'd say on a scale from "4 -". Namely because of the rooms. Very old. Bathroom we tech. Clean place, good food, and facilities. However, the administration was shouting at me for wearing ski shoes as if I can damage their carpet or tiles more than a woman with high heals. Also the door lock was kind of broken.

It was ok, the rooms were modest and for some reason it was very hot all the time, even after turning off the heating in the room.

Very good hotel in the nature. The road towards it is good but a little steep. The food in it is very good. There is also a nice gym with everything necessary in it and a medium swimming pool. There is food shop near it(1km).

We spent 4 days in this lovely hotel, family of 3. The room was big, with a balcony facing the mountains and the village (which has a great architecture). Everything was very clean, nice decorated bathroom, with good toiletries, towels that always smelled so nice. The view from the town-facing rooms can’t be beat! The decor is outdated and there was a leak in the bathroom of our room, but everything was very clean and well-maintained otherwise. Nice and helpful staff. Complementary breakfast was good. I would love to come back!

This is a luxurious hotel with staff that speak excellent English, the rooms are huge, the bed so comfortable and the food in the restaurant was 5 star. We absolutely rate this hotel!

We had a very pleasant time in the hotel. Rooms are spacious with a big bathroom with two sinks. The staff is very polite and nice, who makes its best for you to feel comfortable and welcomed. The food is tasty. During our stay, we were the only guests in the hotel and nevertheless everyone made us feel taken care of, specially turned on the SPA center, so we'd make the most of our stay.

Super happy with our stay at the hotel. My family and I spent 3 days and it was so worth it. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. However our fav part was the restaurant downstairs. So happy with the menu, food, service and the staff attitude. We felt at home. Thank you

The rooms where clean, but the furnishing was a bit old. The hotel restaurant was nice. There is no easy direct path from the hotel to the ski lift, which makes it hard to walk so much equipped with ski stuff.

The hotel is nice ,stuff are friendly . Restaurant food is good and the prices is not bad ( normal prices regarding to the area).Rooms are clean but the warm stop some times. The spa center is not much big (Sauna ,Steam bath). The hotel provide a shuttle and ski equipment rent with lowest prices comparing with the ski schools . The hotel provide parking place but the street full with hotels and cars...

The hotel is good. The rooms are spacious. The food is very, very good and staff is very polite. But no Covid-19 measures respected, all 5 days that we were there the covers of the tables in the restaurant weren't changed, neither dizenfected. Everyone at the hotel is really nice. I didn't like that you had to scan QR code for the menu. Its not really that expensive, but I don't recommend to pay with card, because they charged me more for my room then they should.

Very comfortable place in the heart of Rodopi mountain. Kind staff, perfect massage and delicious food. Very good location for skiing and relaxing after that 👍 Also the fireplace in the room was very relaxing 🔥🍷

The place is great and the location is fantastic. The rooms are very warm. I am just disappointed by the restaurant inside the hotel as the wine was not in the menu and there were no prices so 2/3 of the bill were only the bottle of wine. I would advice to go to another restaurant where people are more honest.

Great rooms, big and nice. Bad food tho, not much choice for breakfast. Spa lacked towels most of the time and the music was too loud and inappropriate for spa... staff was nice tho and massage was great
