Best Hotels in Pamporovo

Nice place to stay for skiing holiday. The food is not of a big variety.. Car park places, good location, great view to the mauntain...

Spacious and clean room with a wonderful view (3rd floor), regular cleaning, good Breakfast and dinner, to the station takes a free bus service, fast wi-fi in the room

Here they have room to make at least normal (not to mention the new ones) and to fix all will be excellent. For now, I will not recommend it

)) Fashin : in principle the hotel is good. Prekrasnoe lobby, which makes it clear that you are in status of a quality European hotel

On the other hand, breakfast was quite good and the open buffet dinner is a practical option

All of the balconies are directed towards the woods with a great view. There is a great place to relax or let the kids play on each floor! 100% would recommend to everyone!

Several people in our group have sensitive stomachs, but they never had any issues during our stay. There are also good options for vegetarians and vegans

The road towards it is good but a little steep. There is also a nice gym with everything necessary in it and a medium swimming pool. There is food shop near it(1km)

Clean place, good food, and facilities. However, the administration was shouting at me for wearing ski shoes as if I can damage their carpet or tiles more than a woman with high heals

The spa center and pool are nice, but what really impressed us was the food. Everything was cooked very professionally and was delicious. I have rarely found such a tasty buffet, even in 5-star hotels

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The location is perfect for relaxation and forest walks, enough far away from the bustle of the densely built-up centre of Pamporovo

Excellent place. Friendly staff. Hotel is not new, but clean. Shuttle but for skiers. Nice food. Good for families with kids.

I love Bulgaria so much! And every winter we come to this Hotel and go skiing. Food is good and staff is amazing . There is a pool. And I hope everyone has nice stay. 😊

The view from the town-facing rooms can’t be beat! The decor is outdated and there was a leak in the bathroom of our room, but everything was very clean and well-maintained otherwise. Complementary breakfast was good

Everything was very clean, nice decorated bathroom, with good toiletries, towels that always smelled so nice. The staff was helpfull and always smiling, and well informed about things to do in the area

We had a very pleasant time in the hotel. Rooms are spacious with a big bathroom with two sinks. The staff is very polite and nice, who makes its best for you to feel comfortable and welcomed

This is a luxurious hotel with staff that speak excellent English, the rooms are huge, the bed so comfortable and the food in the restaurant was 5 star. We absolutely rate this hotel!

The food was good, but breakfast does not have many options. Parking can be a bit challenging, but personel is always there to help you with this

The view from the balcony was a delight every morning from the sofa bed. The bedroom window had a good view of the main ski slopes. Every effort was made to make our stay as enjoyable as possible

Good basic hotel, however there were not enough staff working the weekend we were there. The staff that were there were friendly and helpful but under staffed.

The hotel is amazing❤️ We came here for a third time this year and can highly recommend it! It’s a small family hotel that makes your vacation an unforgettable one! Everyone from the cleaning staff to the waiter are very friendly, helpful, and lovely! One of our friends needed to check out later and the staff was so helpful to allow that for free! It’s a wonderful place so don’t forget it next time...

Ekaterina Dafovska, the only Bulgarian gold medallist in winter Olympic games served us personally. She was helping the whole stuff and being extremly polite. We took pictures and spoke with her

The food is very, very good and staff is very polite. But no Covid-19 measures respected, all 5 days that we were there the covers of the tables in the restaurant weren't changed, neither dizenfected

It's a pretty nice hotel - spacious rooms and great food quality for that price. Nice and friendly staff. Its just a bit too warm inside the lobby and the rooms for me. Overall, great place for a ski vacation. :)

The food was served on an open buffet and people were allowed to take the food themselves even without masks. The room was clean at the beginning, but never cleaned again for 5 days

The hotel was full and there were many with children that made incredible noise like we are on a children camp

Amazing place, amazing staff, OK food. But the thing that impressed the most is that the bathrooms were 10/10 this is the thing that makes me feel like the place is worth. And this one is amazing.

Although being fully renewed in 2015, adding a swimming pool and steam bath to its facilities, still this hotel is sitting in the middle of nowhere - vast building with no guests most of the time

Definitely its indoor post-comunist style doesn't fit the surrounding area - in the heart one of the most beautiful mountains in Bulgaria. Restaurant is overpriced, in my opinion

The most of the hotel is renovated. Nice SPA segment and big swimming pool. A trampoline for the kids and whole football field. Every day there is organized light hike with transport to and from the starting point

My only complaint is that I couldn't watch movies via USB on the TV 😅. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, both the breakfast and the food in the restaurant were quite good

I went there for a short business trip and was not disappointed. The view from my room was beautiful, the place was quiet and peaceful (off-season), I enjoyed the food and the service was good

The hotel is situated in a great location with nearby restaurants, bars and other hotels. It's also in a good location to the pamporovo ski resort and offers shuttle bus service there and back

We are a family of 5 and we booked 2 bedroom apt and it was the perfect choice for us. Definitely will come back! One of the best places for family vacation with little kids so far!

Perfect place for families with toddlers. We were impressed from the checked-in moment. The rooms are large and clean. The maids are extremely tactful. My daughter's birthday cake was great, made exactly to our taste

the are have some trouble with WiFi it is unavailable in room or poor signal ,but I think you can manage stay without internet for short time. Generally it is very good location for ski , near by very 2 market

Very good location near by ski lifts. It was very warm. The lobby bar is so calm and friendly. You can drink some tea or work on your job.

There are shuttle buses, and we found it took about 5 minutes in the car to reach Molina. Parking is abysmal, mind you. It's on street and shared with all the neighbouring hotels and restaurants

Slightly old but perfectly serviceable, very clean rooms with daily maid service. Breakfast is a buffet of sausage, beans, egg, ham, cheese, and toast, with cereal and tea to choose from

) Green Life Family Apartments are slightly further from the slopes than some other resorts, but we felt that was fairly represented in the price

Perfect location (100 m from the slopes), warm and clean. Very good service and friendly staff. Spa center is a joke.

The rooms are really clean and warm. What I find peculiar is that there are no bathrobes for the SPA available in the rooms. If you want to use such you have to pay extra 8 BGN 🥴

Also for 200 BGN/ night I think that the jam and honey on breakfast could be better quality than what is shown on the photo. What I find really disappointing is the staff and the level of service which is close to 0

The coffee is good! There is a sauna and a steam bath both clean and up to temperature, great to relax and loosen up your muscles after a day of ski/snowboarding

From morning till afternoon the bar shelves are full with dirty glasses and cups, even though there are no customers. Honestly speaking I can’t recall more lazy and unmotivated staff

Great location, you can set foot outside the door and you are practically on the pistes next to the lift. The rooms are very clean and warm, the staff is mannered/polite

We liked: - very friendly staff/amazing reception - cosy bar with good food - good restaurant - big apartment with good kitchen - location (on the slopes) - great supermarket around the corner We didn't like: - dishes dirty in the cupboard - 2 leaks in the bathroom (both bath and sink) - nothing to put your stuff on in the bathroom (tablet hangs loose)

Good location. Needs renewvation. Friendly staff. The parking area was not cleaned thus icy and extremely slippery. Not accesible by single axel drive cars. Good breakfast service.

even a little plastic tabouret of 4 lev + an extra hook on the door would be helpful already - the promise of a garage where there isn't one really ánd the fact that you pay 70 leva for a (very icy) parking outside without anyone informing you about this upfront - no orange juice at the breakfast buffet A tip: bring your own shower gel/shampoo, kitchen towels & dishwashing liquid

We gladly come back but would like to see some improvement to be able to give 5 stars next time

Enjoyed my stay at fullest - took a whole villa with relatives and it was all we need. It was quite, it was wood - warm and perfectly suitable for our ski adventures. Breakfast was perfect, dinner delicious

The location its good but there is no facilities in the hotel not even a restaurant, you got to cross road to get to brekfast and dinner. Rooms are ok but very basic for instance no bowls or mugs no complementary tea etc

We stayed at Malina Villas for 3 nights, December 30 - January 2nd, it was amazing - very nice cottages, very nice place maintained with responsibility and respect. Our cottage was clean, warm and very cosy

Nice and comfortable cabins next to the ski slope, surrounded by trees. They clean the cabins every day, the staff is friendly. The rooms are warm and you have everything you need at ease
