Nice hotel. In the summer they have organized various attractions around the hotel and inside. It was really charming to have native singer from Rodopa region during evening. Strong yes for summer mountain vacation.

Great name for a hotel. The beds are comfortable, the view from our room was great, the breakfast was tasty and full of options. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because the Spa had two facilities out of order at the time of our visit and when we alerted the lady at the desk she seemed to find this to be normal.

The rooms are acceptable. My room had a strong smell of cigarettes. The food is also satisfactory; most of it is quite cold and there isn't a wide variety of food to choose from. The atmosphere and service of this hotel are bad. Staff are rude, dismissive and abrupt; it's dark in the restaurant and feels unwelcoming

All perfectly. The only negative is that there is almost no choice of food, especially for breakfast.

The most of the hotel is renovated. Nice SPA segment and big swimming pool. A trampoline for the kids and whole football field. Every day there is organized light hike with transport to and from the starting point. AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT The hygiene in the jacuzzi is not the best as my wife got fungi infection from it. My only complaint is that I couldn't watch movies via USB on the TV 😅. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, both the breakfast and the food in the restaurant were quite good. I went there for a short business trip and was not disappointed. The view from my room was beautiful, the place was quiet and peaceful (off-season), I enjoyed the food and the service was good. I had little time at the SPA but I enjoyed every minute of it. The only downside is that the water in the pool was a little cold for my taste. I would return there if I have the chance.

Rooms are large enough. Lobby bar area and restaurant are nicely decorated. Spa and pool was nice. Shuttle schedule could be better organized and would be better if shuttles pick-up/drop off from the hotel entrance, not from street side.

Great amenities, spacious room, huge variety of foods with nice local dishes. On the downside, staff was not helpful and communication in English was an issue. In the kid zone attenders were on their phones all the time. The cleaning staff blocked the lifts with trolleys and didn't give priority even to disabled customers.

A wonderful setting, everything is thought out down to the last detail. The staff is wonderful, everyone is nice and kind. I can say that everything is at a very high level.

Lived in this hotel a couple of days. The view from the room is beautiful. The view we had of the pine forest and the hills. What can I say about the hotel? In many official sources it is declared as 5*. But I'd say on a scale from "4 -". Namely because of the rooms. Very old. Bathroom we tech. Even if it is listed as a 5-star hotel, the cleaning services were poor. The staff do not communicate in English which is a great handicap. On the other hand, breakfast was quite good and the open buffet dinner is a practical option.

Had a great stay. Wish I could go back soon! There's an amazing view and a nice staff. They have a small pool and a spa. They also have a gym. The restaurant is good. The lobby is big and there is a piano there. It's a great place to stay during any time of the year, but people usually go there for the winter season for skiing. Very enjoyable. Friendly staff. Rooms are a bit too warm for me ( was sleeping with the balcony door open at -5 degrees outside to cool down). Beds vary from room to room, ours was quite hard but the other couple got a very soft one. Facilities are amazing... having a sauna, massage and swim after a ski is an experience to be repeated. Will come again!

Clean place, good food, and facilities. However, the administration was shouting at me for wearing ski shoes as if I can damage their carpet or tiles more than a woman with high heals. Also the door lock was kind of broken.

It was ok, the rooms were modest and for some reason it was very hot all the time, even after turning off the heating in the room.

Very good hotel in the nature. The road towards it is good but a little steep. The food in it is very good. There is also a nice gym with everything necessary in it and a medium swimming pool. There is food shop near it(1km).

Comparing price/quality, this hotel is great choice. Food is OK, rooms are large, SPA is OK and water in the pool is warm(~27°C) !

Cheap and cheerful, nice bar to sit in some staff can be a bit challenging but I think sometimes it's a language understanding barrier. Warm basic. Getting dated

Clean, basic rooms. Food is alright but it's often warm or cold. There is a microwave stuck in the corner you can use though. Staff are very helpful and allowed us to move rooms when our original neighbours ended up being on more of a lads drinking holiday than a skiing one. Shuttle to and from the slopes is very good and only 10-15 mins away

Learnt to ski here, and it was perfect. There's a beginners slope directly outside the hotel, and it's fairly close to the cable cars too. Would go again.

Amazing place hidden in the heart of Rhodope mauntains. The hotel is very cozy and the staff are very friendly and polite :) I only been there during September, but I bet that in the rest of the year is also amazing.

Wonderful place, clean, nice staff, a lot of facilities. Here you can have your best mountain holiday. The food is typical for the region - delicious and variety of Rodopa mountain dishes.

The lobby and the hallways don't give this hotel justice, they're very old looking, but the rooms themselves are absolutely amazing!

This is a 2 star hotel but deserves to be at least 3 stars. Clean rooms with nice views, very friendly staff, rich breakfast, nice lobby. They also have a very cool bar. It is close to the ski resort, they also have a shuttle to there. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay there.

Another hotel in Pamporovo with a great reputation in past and not worth to be visit today. It is a part of Sharlopov hotels I used to visit a lot and most of it hotels are going down year by year. Sad to write such a review but this is a whole truth.

Nice and clean rooms. High temperature in the rooms. Free shuttles to ski slopes every morning and evening, but not during lunch time. The staff is very kind and helpful.

We spent 4 days in this lovely hotel, family of 3. The room was big, with a balcony facing the mountains and the village (which has a great architecture). The view from the town-facing rooms can’t be beat! The decor is outdated and there was a leak in the bathroom of our room, but everything was very clean and well-maintained otherwise. Nice and helpful staff. Complementary breakfast was good. I would love to come back!

This is a luxurious hotel with staff that speak excellent English, the rooms are huge, the bed so comfortable and the food in the restaurant was 5 star. We absolutely rate this hotel!

We had a very pleasant time in the hotel. Rooms are spacious with a big bathroom with two sinks. The staff is very polite and nice, who makes its best for you to feel comfortable and welcomed. The food is tasty. During our stay, we were the only guests in the hotel and nevertheless everyone made us feel taken care of, specially turned on the SPA center, so we'd make the most of our stay.

Super happy with our stay at the hotel. My family and I spent 3 days and it was so worth it. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The rooms where clean, but the furnishing was a bit old. The hotel restaurant was nice. There is no easy direct path from the hotel to the ski lift, which makes it hard to walk so much equipped with ski stuff.

Every member of staff was super keen and extremely helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our needs (we had an apartment: a bedroom,a bathroom, and a lounge with a sofa bed). The view from the balcony was a delight every morning from the sofa bed. The bedroom window had a good view of the main ski slopes. Every effort was made to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel is amazing❤️ We came here for a third time this year and can highly recommend it! It’s a small family hotel that makes your vacation an unforgettable one! The best service in the area. Ekaterina Dafovska, the only Bulgarian gold medallist in winter Olympic games served us personally. She was helping the whole stuff and being extremly polite. We took pictures and spoke with her. The restaurant staff cooked something for us in the middle of the night, even though it was closed. Prices are low and the hotel is very clean.

Excellent place for this money, I was taken 1 smile room for 13 $ per night . the are have some trouble with WiFi it is unavailable in room or poor signal ,but I think you can manage stay without internet for short time . Generally it is very good location for ski , near by very 2 market.

Location is just perfect. The rooms are really clean and warm. What I find peculiar is that there are no bathrobes for the SPA available in the rooms. If you want to use such you have to pay extra 8 BGN 🥴. Also for 200 BGN/ night I think that the jam and honey on breakfast could be better quality than what is shown on the photo. Great location, you can set foot outside the door and you are practically on the pistes next to the lift. The rooms are very clean and warm, the staff is mannered/polite. Perfect location. There is a mini supermarket right outside the door (10 meters). The breakfast is the same daily, but there is enough choice. The coffee is good! We got a very large room with a view to the mountain. The hotel is located in Pomporovo, which is well located for hikes in rodopee area. Brakefast was good and the staff were very helpfull.
