A wonderful and beloved hotel that we have been visiting for several years now. Delicious food, relaxing spa and friendly staff. (Replacing the beds with new mattresses would be wonderful).

We had booked 4 nights in hotel with breakfast and dinner. Overall the apartment was clean and big enough to accommodate two adults and two children. One of the kids was on normal bed and the other on the couch. The bathroom maybe needs a little more attention but nothing serious. Great hotel, everything organized to the very small detail: transfer to ski slopes, inner playground for children with animation team included, spa and pool for adults and children. The food has a great variety and is delicious. We really enjoyed it here, great job.

Last summer we spent a wonderful week in this hotel. It is perfect for a family holiday. A very nice set up. Some bits here and there needed repairing but minor. The beds were some of the best I've slept in. The Spa = fantastic. Neptun resturant a bit pricey but layout/decor just right. Staff attentive. The ability to walk indoors to dedicated lift down to spa is genius. Wear a robe and slippers from room to spa regardless of outside temperature. Highly recommended.

The most of the hotel is renovated. Nice SPA segment and big swimming pool. A trampoline for the kids and whole football field. My only complaint is that I couldn't watch movies via USB on the TV 😅. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, both the breakfast and the food in the restaurant were quite good. I went there for a short business trip and was not disappointed. The view from my room was beautiful, the place was quiet and peaceful (off-season), I enjoyed the food and the service was good. I had little time at the SPA but I enjoyed every minute of it. The only downside is that the water in the pool was a little cold for my taste. I would return there if I have the chance.

Rooms are large enough. Lobby bar area and restaurant are nicely decorated. Spa and pool was nice. Shuttle schedule could be better organized and would be better if shuttles pick-up/drop off from the hotel entrance, not from street side.

Great amenities, spacious room, huge variety of foods with nice local dishes. On the downside, staff was not helpful and communication in English was an issue. In the kid zone attenders were on their phones all the time. The cleaning staff blocked the lifts with trolleys and didn't give priority even to disabled customers.

Stayed for a week in Feb for skiing with family. Hotel and room was lovely and clean. Staff were pleasant. Room was very warm but we just opened the door to the balcony. Towels changed each day and beds made. Breakfast was a let down. Hot food was cold unless you had omelette or crepes, but this meant you had to wait in line. Myself and my two children staying here for a week of skiing. Everyone of the staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel is very nicely presented and clean. It deserves its 5 stars. Spa is super also. Had a massage and was very nice. The sunset this morning at breakfast was breathtaking. Food is delicious also. We would come back here again for sure.

A older looking hotel possible in the 80s but still fabulous as we discovered a lot of hitels and bars were of the same . Staff were polite and accommodating . Our stay was really enjoyable. I couldnt get my kids out of the swimming pool! The water was clear and warm. The jacuzzi and the sauna were a pleasant surprize, as well as the gym studio. The hotel is located in the centre of Pamporovo.

My family stayed here in August and we spent a good time here. The location is very, very good. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The food in the restaurant was also good and delicious. The hotel is suitable for both - summer vacation as well as winter ski relax. Next time in Pamporovo, we would visit it again.

Amazing hotel located next to the ski slopes. Rooms were specious and very well maintened. The ski slopes are 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended for both winter and summer vacations.

I would give 5 stars but there were things that did not work. 1. Phone in the room 811 did not work. 2. WiFi on the 8th floor did not work 3. Quiet, clean, the food is good with enough diversity to choose from. This was our second time there with child under 4 and it is probably one of the best places for families. We stayed 3 nights. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable, bedding snow white. Food in the restaurant delicious, especially recommend tongue with butter and manatarka, this is a mushroom. The lady who works at the front desk is very nice and helpful. She recommended places to go and attractions to see. We are looking forward to visit again.

We had a very pleasant time in the hotel. Rooms are spacious with a big bathroom with two sinks. The staff is very polite and nice, who makes its best for you to feel comfortable and welcomed. The food is tasty. During our stay, we were the only guests in the hotel and nevertheless everyone made us feel taken care of, specially turned on the SPA center, so we'd make the most of our stay.

Hotel Mursalitsa is really great. We were a family group of 5 people and had nice time. The Spa facilities are amazing and perfect for a relax after all day of skiing. The staff were absolutely superb starting from reception, to restaurant and spa specialists. Definitely recommend and can't wait to go back.

The rooms where clean, but the furnishing was a bit old. The hotel restaurant was nice. There is no easy direct path from the hotel to the ski lift, which makes it hard to walk so much equipped with ski stuff.

Every member of staff was super keen and extremely helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our needs (we had an apartment: a bedroom,a bathroom, and a lounge with a sofa bed). The view from the balcony was a delight every morning from the sofa bed. The bedroom window had a good view of the main ski slopes. Every effort was made to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
