Great hotel, everything organized to the very small detail: transfer to ski slopes, inner playground for children with animation team included, spa and pool for adults and children

The best family hotel in this resort. Definitely I like refurbished lounge area. Great food choice, a lot of animation for all children. Only bad side this time was the very cold swimming pool

We had some fun moments in the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as while playing pools and the table games offered by the hotel

We had booked 4 nights in hotel with breakfast and dinner. Overall the apartment was clean and big enough to accommodate two adults and two children. One of the kids was on normal bed and the other on the couch

Last summer we spent a wonderful week in this hotel. It is perfect for a family holiday. My daughter, then 3, joined the activities for children while I enjoyed the outdoor excercise sessions every morning

Our second time in a winter wonderland! An excellent option for those who love active vacation, skis and will be given to you at the hotel, and a transfer will take you to the Malina ski centre

The most of the hotel is renovated. Nice SPA segment and big swimming pool. A trampoline for the kids and whole football field. Every day there is organized light hike with transport to and from the starting point

The spa and pool is fully renovated and feels modern and clean. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. The parking is full during summer, no idea how they manage it in winter

Some bits here and there needed repairing but minor. The beds were some of the best I've slept in. Neptun resturant a bit pricey but layout/decor just right

They cleaned our rooms and changed our towels and robes every day. The spa was also nice, with a pool that is specious but a bit too deep and with various sauna options, and a jacuzzi

I had little time at the SPA but I enjoyed every minute of it. The only downside is that the water in the pool was a little cold for my taste. I would return there if I have the chance

I went there for a short business trip and was not disappointed. The view from my room was beautiful, the place was quiet and peaceful (off-season), I enjoyed the food and the service was good

I did ask if they had a microwave but the girl just pointed to the kitchen and said cooker? Also they need to invest in a bigger toaster. A two slice toaster really isn't big enough

Both my daughter and myself went for a message in the spa, and it was worth it. Pool is small but if you just want to relax after a days skiing its grand

Myself and my two children staying here for a week of skiing. Everyone of the staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel is very nicely presented and clean. Had a massage and was very nice

Bus runs every morning to the slopes, we never waited more that 5 min and again in the afternoons. Would I stay again, we probably would

The sunset this morning at breakfast was breathtaking. We would come back here again for sure

Another issue was that they stopped bringing out fresh food by 7:40–8:00 PM, even though dinner is supposed to be served until 9:00 PM. One of the biggest disappointments for a 5-star hotel was the heating system

A older looking hotel possible in the 80s but still fabulous as we discovered a lot of hitels and bars were of the same. Staff were polite and accommodating. Meals weren’t the best so we ate at bars outside of the hotel

The size of the room was more the size of an apartment. Straight from the hotel we caught the ski bus

Nice place comfortable beds, bit too hot in the room had to turn heating off

Underrated Hotel. The service is good and the lobby and restaurant are top notch. Slight minus for the room, which was not so modern, but otherwise definitely worth the visit.

Nice and quiet place. Very comfortable sauna! Two pools. Lot of fun for the kids

Clean. The staff is very friendly. Liked. The lifts took even one and came to pick up at any time.

The spa center and pool are nice, but what really impressed us was the food. Everything was cooked very professionally and was delicious. I have rarely found such a tasty buffet, even in 5-star hotels

The road towards it is good but a little steep. There is also a nice gym with everything necessary in it and a medium swimming pool. There is food shop near it(1km)

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The location is perfect for relaxation and forest walks, enough far away from the bustle of the densely built-up centre of Pamporovo

Several people in our group have sensitive stomachs, but they never had any issues during our stay. There are also good options for vegetarians and vegans

Nice and clean, good SPA. Very warm in the winter. Very good food. Quiet location.

Only complaint is that bowling is closed.

I couldnt get my kids out of the swimming pool! The water was clear and warm. The jacuzzi and the sauna were a pleasant surprize, as well as the gym studio. The hotel is located in the centre of Pamporovo

Swimming pool was a nice big area little colder than I like but not something to complain about swim faster an you will warm up. Food in bulgara is always cold and it is no different for the buffet

Average wi-fi; Nice fitness; Decent SPA; Nice pools; Old infrastructure; Old furniture; Small rooms; No isolation - music from the restaurant in front of the hotel & noise from the neighbour rooms (you can clearly hear a normal talk); The temperature in the lobby is around 18deg C, you need to wear a jacket; The temperature in the rooms is fine but the heater goes off and on at random intervals; Food...

What we did have from the buffet was good we went through to the restaurant were you have to pay for one night and they selection was good and it tasted spot on ,other nights we ate out around the town with no complaints

The bar on the top floor was not open much for our stay but if you get a good clear day it's worth a nip up for the view. Also had a massage in the spa highly recommended

Please note that a Bulgarian 4 star is a 1/2 in UK. That being said this is a nice hotel. very clean ,warm and a cofy bed

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. The dining options were excellent, with a variety of dishes to please both kids and adults

The animator team and kids ski instructors are wonderful. Congratulations on the selection of staff. I wish you to continue working at the same level and not to fall below the achieved standard

I would give 5 stars but there were things that did not work. Phone in the room 811 did not work. WiFi on the 8th floor did not work 3

We are a family of 5 and we booked 2 bedroom apt and it was the perfect choice for us. Definitely will come back! One of the best places for family vacation with little kids so far!

Perfect place for families with toddlers. We were impressed from the checked-in moment. The rooms are large and clean. The maids are extremely tactful. My daughter's birthday cake was great, made exactly to our taste

Comparing price/quality, this hotel is great choice. Food is OK, rooms are large, SPA is OK and water in the pool is warm(~27°C) !

The walls in the hotel are paper thin but I must commend the ladies who brought me a fresh towel everyday ?

Staff are very helpful and allowed us to move rooms when our original neighbours ended up being on more of a lads drinking holiday than a skiing one. Shuttle to and from the slopes is very good and only 10-15 mins away

A nice hotel with good facilities. The food is alright, the staff are very friendly. One of the door men can do magic tricks. We were totally taken aback by his sheer skill

You probably won't find a cheaper ski resort in the world. This hotel is pretty good, the food was standard, rooms are pretty standard, but the bar service was good

We went there off season (in September) and the hotel was full because of the national holidays. There are not enough parking spaces and you have to park across the street. Restaurant and pool didn't work

Pillows were very uncomfortable (practically empty) and there weren't additional ones in the room. Room was spacious and clean, comfortable beds and warm blankets

Room was very cold, not sure if the heat was working, we didn't try turning it on because we guessed it still wasn't activated

Great rooms for families - clean and lots of space. Breakfast and dinner buffets were really good with child friendly options

It has a pool with not so warm water, a gym and sauna and Turkish bath. Furniture is ok and most staff are friendly. Was hard to find a parking place sometimes. Location is a bit remote for me

Hotel Mursalitsa is really great. We were a family group of 5 people and had nice time. The Spa facilities are amazing and perfect for a relax after all day of skiing

The staff were absolutely superb starting from reception, to restaurant and spa specialists. Definitely recommend and can't wait to go back

Furniture is very dated and that fails to deliver sence of comfort. Food: breakfast was good, dinner was below average. They have lots of vegetables and snacks, but meat was meh

Another way that leads up to most annoying part of green slope with no lift, so you need to go down between tens of novice skiers. The room desperately needs renovation

Also for 200 BGN/ night I think that the jam and honey on breakfast could be better quality than what is shown on the photo. What I find really disappointing is the staff and the level of service which is close to 0

From morning till afternoon the bar shelves are full with dirty glasses and cups, even though there are no customers. Honestly speaking I can’t recall more lazy and unmotivated staff

There is a whirlpool too but the water inside it seems a bit cold. We are here for a full week and so far we are very positive about this hotel

The only minus (maybe because it was last weeks of the season) was the breakfast - cleanliness and overall service. Everything else was great as previously. We will come back again next winter for sure 😍

The rooms are really clean and warm. What I find peculiar is that there are no bathrobes for the SPA available in the rooms. If you want to use such you have to pay extra 8 BGN 🥴

Great location, you can set foot outside the door and you are practically on the pistes next to the lift. The rooms are very clean and warm, the staff is mannered/polite

The staff is very kind. The apartment is really large and full of sun light. The Relation „best value for money“ is 100% there.

Very comfortable place in the heart of Rodopi mountain. Kind staff, perfect massage and delicious food. Very good location for skiing and relaxing after that 👍 Also the fireplace in the room was very relaxing 🔥🍷

Its not really that expensive, but I don't recommend to pay with card, because they charged me more for my room then they should

Chalet is outstanding! İn the middle of the Woods. Spa belongs to hotel, small but teriffic mineral water! Chalet has fireplace, you become a bag of wood free of charge every day

The electrical heating is truly functioning excellent! We could stay inside the chalet with t-shirt and shorts while there was 50 centimeters snow outside

Great rooms, big and nice. Bad food tho, not much choice for breakfast. Spa lacked towels most of the time and the music was too loud and inappropriate for spa... staff was nice tho and massage was great

The place is great and the location is fantastic. I am just disappointed by the restaurant inside the hotel as the wine was not in the menu and there were no prices so 2/3 of the bill were only the bottle of wine

Very pleasant personal, friendly and helpful. Spectacular view and quite location. The SPA is good. Breakfast definitely can be better (quality mostly ). I recommend it.

Amazing place, amazing staff, OK food. But the thing that impressed the most is that the bathrooms were 10/10 this is the thing that makes me feel like the place is worth. And this one is amazing.

Although being fully renewed in 2015, adding a swimming pool and steam bath to its facilities, still this hotel is sitting in the middle of nowhere - vast building with no guests most of the time
