Awesome hostel with really sweet staff members! If you are in plovdiv absolutaly stay here! You have a big lounge room where everybody chills Together it is awesome!

Plenty of room to keep food in cupboards, choose any music you like on speakers in common roam, perfect location on Europe's longest shopping street, 5 mins stroll to Nebet Tepe and basically in front of Clock tower Hill. Young staff bend over backwards for you and keep hostel spotless.

I visited the hostel many times over the last years, because it was the most alive and diverse place in miles. I could write novels. To the positive things: Community spaces are nice, outdoor kitchen is nuts, evening parties are awesome during summer season, the place is a magnet of interesting travellers. The toilets are pretty exposed to the whole lobby, such are the showers. Not so nice for anybody...

Stuffs were nice, Include breakfast was OK, the towel was free and best location.

Nice place in the center of the city, in the old town but also next to the new part. Good prices, good people and nice ambient inside. Definitely a great place to stay if you are not overly scrupulous with cleaning :)

A place to stay in Plovid if you're on a budget. Unfortunately the kitchen is outside so you might get rained on while cooking. Within walking distance of the main centre, but you will probably need to get a taxi to/from the bus terminals.

I cant say its a cleanest place ive ever visit. But an owner(who i never met) doing one of a smartest thing i have ever seen. He hires most sexiest, most ripe bulgarian girls as a receptionists. You wont believe it. They not doing much job. Dirty toilets, tobacco smell everywhere, garbage bags in "newly" cleaned rooms. Some of the girls invite other girls(i assume all of them are college students doing...

Nice guy. Good service, and a good price. close to the old centre.

The location was perfect for exploring the old city with restaurants and things to do all around. The owner of the hostel was very nice and extremely helpful with tourist tips. The room was small, cozy, and perfect for one person. The room also had an AC / heating unit so I was able to control the temperature myself on the cold days. The only issue I experienced was the toilet in my room's bathroom...

The price and the views are right

An alright hostel for the price. The rooms do not look very nice, but the price is affordable, and it has a bed to sleep. The location is perfect in the centrum of Plovdiv surrounded by things to see and many shops. The only problem with the location is that it is on the 4th floor in a building without lifts, which can be a hassle if you have luggage.

Comfortable, clean, top location, fast internet, amazing staff, fully equipped kitchen

We stayed in this house for one night. It is a kind of small hostel with a shared kitchen, bathroom and shower. The bathroom and shower are separate although very small and not very spacious. Despite this, the house is very nice and is controlled by cameras placed in the common areas. A code is used to enter through the main door and into the room, in fact check-in and check-out are managed remotely...

Clean and cosy place in a good location. It's a bit tricky to find it and then to enter with the many codes you will get for the various individual doors. The other guests helped with that.

It's not that easy to find from the street but it's ok. I mean clean and comfortable enough for the price.

Great location! The place is everything you need for a night or two in the town. Staff at the reception is very friendly. Even though you are literally on the second floor of the train station the windows are good enough and you do not hear anything! Definitely will come again.

Very pleasantly surprise with accomodation for its price. Rooms are clean, staff friendly. Only things you should know in advance is that check-in takes place in nearby A&M hotel and not in the actual Train station hall.

Cool idea having a hostel in the same building as the train station.

This is in quite the location. It is literally inside the train station. Depending on how you look at it the location could be good or bad. The good thing is if you arrive by rail or the bus station next door it's a 1-2 minute walk; the bad is it's around 15-20 minutes from the main centre of Plovdiv. It’s a magical place, the owners are very nice and welcomed us like friends. They make sure that everyone feels at home. We recommand it for people who want to spend quality time with friends from all over the world and to learn new cultures. Traditional bulgarian breakfasts are the best and Ivan is the best cook (for strong soup!) Thank you for everything

Cheap place to stay in good location. But the hostel is untidy (room was clean but the rest like bathroom not really).

Hostel itself is a 3, maybe a 2,5 stars. However, the staffer was nice, gave good advice and literally ran to us to help us through the City. The place itself is fine, typical hostel and cheap enough. I'd recommend it if for nothing but the experience

Clean and nice place in a great location near the rowing base. We had a terrace in the room and it was cleaned impeccably. The person is very kind, also there is a cool summer garden for the guests of the hostel.

My one night at Hostel Plovdiv was a curious experience. Given its name and the reviews I was expecting it to be an actual hostel. What I found though was a cafe/bar with blinds closed to the outside world and a few burly bald guys who reacted to my arrival like I might have interrupted their plans for an imminent bank robbery. My room upstairs was simple, to say the least. But the bed was comfortable...

Very centrally located, clean and inexpensive. The rooms are cozy and bright. The bar is a dream, where you can enjoy your drink in peace. Everything great! I would definitely recommend! :)
