The view was great. Breakfast wide and good quality. The only bad thing was that there was a wedding and the music was so high till 2A.M. difficult to sleep.

Spacious and clean room. Convenient location. Staff were also responsive and quick. Overall, very nice hotel with a perfect location.

The room was gross. It looked like it was still stuck in the 1970s-80s. Rooms can definitely be updated. The front desk staff were extremely rude. Gossiping as you walk up to the counter talking about people. It looks bad and is a horrible representation of the hotel considering they’re the first people you see.

Grand Hotel… great location and excellent staff. So happy to make every guest welcome… and it’s a big place. Some details in so many rooms can get missed, but for large groups it is epic. Very central to great hospitality too.

Its great place to get in when in downtown

Although the room was small and the restroom smaller, it fulfills the objective for one night, being very well located and with a lift.

Great location Close to everything, clean and comfortable, no tub but a large shower, no water or minibar items, but a small store right across the sidewalk, junior suite was the perfect size for a two week trip

Lovely old-world boutique hotel in the beautiful Plovdiv Old Town. Greeted with our names on the welcome board and a refreshing cool drink. Old world elegance in the air-conditioned rooms with generous modern ensuite bathrooms. Wine and cheese at 4:00pm, and a tasty breakfast included. We loved our stay at the Hotel Evmolpia and we loved Plovdiv.

Nice location in the old town and close to the pedestrian area. Personalized welcome note. We had a twin room, bed was high for me and the hard side rail/board was a bit uncomfortable. This is the most beautiful old hotel right in the old city. I had a little trouble finding it as you have to pass through the barriers to get access to the old city. Looking at Google maps, I mistakenly thought access was on the main road. Hristo, the owner, had registered my car details so I was waved through the barrier with no problem. Great location in Old Town, loved the antique style which was very in keeping with the surroundings. Staff and Hristo the owner went out of their way to be helpful and we really appreciated all the little extra thoughtful touches such as a handwritten personal welcome notice displayed in reception.

lovely stay! incredible view! very attentive personnel. tastefully selected artwork. the only drawback was our heating system refusing to work and there was an "interesting" aroma in the bathroom that had poor ventilation. however, in spite of the minuses, i loved the place and would stay there again. ps they have the best sunrise view (though a poorly hung tv is blocking it partially)

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay ! Our experience was made a whole lot better because of the lady at reception called Alex. She was so helpful & accommodating ! The room, bedroom & bathroom looked exactly like the pictures, if not better. As it was freezing temperatures the heater warmed the entire place up in no time ! It was a perfect location as we had Kaufland on our door step.

This hotel it’s super clean and there is one lady sitting in the reception she was :-) so friendly I will give her service 10 of 10 but for the room is also so nice I think 9 of 10

The reception is very helpful. Immaculate hotel. The only drawback is parking fee. But you are likely to find parking space in and around the front.

The location of the hotel is good is nearby the bus station to Turkey. A large supermarket Lidi is nearby and free parking is available. Some apartments equipped with washing machine and kitchen utensils. You can save a lot if you need washing your clothes and make dinner yourselves.

I couldn’t get the burners to work but other than that it was good all around.
