Perfect location. Very functional interior. The gem is the private roof top terrace if you reserve the last floor suite. The host is a great guy. We were here for the weekend and I recommend it.

I visited the Art Guest house in the mid April 2024, and was pleased with beautifully restored more than a century old building. There is an appreciation for details on each floor and it feels really like home. From the roof there is a top view to the city. The owners are kind and welcoming and it feels they love what they do. My room had a comfortable bed with nice summer soft linen and laminated wooden floor. Although I was a minute away from the Kapana District it was quiet and could even keep the window open for fresh air. But with writing is not enough to express the uniqueness of this spot and you need to see it. Bon voyage.

We were there. It was amazing. The ;ocation is central. The terrace has an incredible view. Ivan thank you very much. We are the 2 greek families from 2022 easter. Thanks for the hospitality.

Perfect place to stay in Plovdiv. Clean, comfortable room. Fast wifi. AC. Access to kitchen. Our room had a small patio. Close to everything you need and more. And Ivan, the owner, is wonderful.

You can reach him all the time and he responds quickly! The rooms are very well decorated, and extremely quiet. You are literally on another planet. The bedding is amazing.

The art guesthouse is THE place to be in Plovdiv! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best location in Capana, the most beautiful place of the center of plovdiv with restaurants, bars, cafes and many little shops. It's licated in a quiet little street. The owner Ivan is a lovely guy who will make all the necessary things and advices you need. He comes in 5 minutes if you need something and he is a very nice person. You should take the room with the roiftop to enjoy your breakfast with a stunning view on Plovdiv and all the monuments, the hills and the mountains. But what i have prefered is a night view where you can drink a glass of wine. Incredible guest house experience here! I travel a lot and it was one of my best! You should go without any hesitatiin! A big thank you Ivan! 😊👍

Lovely little guest apartment. The owner met us on arrival and gave a personal tour of Kapana. Great part of town to stay and the apartment was just off the main streets so it was beatifully quiet at nights. Comfortable safe and warm
