We had a 2 week halb pension booked at this hotel. Our stay was a good one mainly due to the staff, the location and the staff. Our room was a different story. We had sewage smell in the night, which the cleaning ladies tried to address. There was on and off smell of pee in some areas of the room. Not sure if from the carpet or something else, but that was a big disappoinment. The hotel in general needs some renovation: the restaurant was leaking on raindy days, the building, around the swimming pool there are tiles coming off. However, the staff made our stay memorable. From the cleaning ladies, the kitchen staff and the service staff, they were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is right at the beach, which is convenient if you just want to lie doing nothing. There is a pizza bar (delicious), a bar, a beach club next door (also delicious) and the food for breakfast and dinner were delicious. There is enough variety for all i would say. The spa is top notch.there is a variety of service for different budget, the therapist is good, there is always fresh towels available, the saunas were good.

I had booked this hotel for a week all-inclusive. I had my vacation with my wife. Here are my review:
1- Hotel: old building, not renoviert completely
2- Staff: Not friendly, not professional (hardly speaking english, good German speaking)
3- Food: Some items were not fresh. They were serving food which was rest from previous days.
4- Drinks: Awful, they serve cheapest drinks (If you want better drinks, it needs extra payment)
5- Beach: Nice and great
6- Spa: Wonderful, just could be cleaner
7- Room: Big enough and clean, but not modern (old building)
8- Location: Nice place with good view

I was not satisfied with their services, as All-inclusive 5 star hotel

The hotel has a very good location, friendly staff, good food, relaxed but unsupervised beach. On the weekend, people from outside the hotel use the hotel's beach for free. They steal the towels from the hotel guests' chaise longues, and when the hotel staff is notified, they are no longer kind, but ask the hotel guests to pay for the stolen towels at the value of new towels, even if they were excessively used and discolored.

Perfect retreat, first line beach location, helpful staff 👌, balneo, and mineral water treatment, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, massage and spa facilities, etc. Definitely recommend 👌 !

Stayed here for a week's holiday with my husband although not full inclusive. Hotel was lovely with a private beach. Rooms very clean & a good selection of food. We will definitely consider going back

I came a month ago and had the best time for my first solo trip. The beach and spa were perfect, and the food was also good. The staff were all friendly and helpful (especially kitchen). Some things could be improved but honestly it doesn't matter with the experience I had. The building/area also had an interesting history that I learned about through another visitor who has come here many times. Would come again anytime 😍

Booked early through Dentaprime but only got a room at the park side, the car park side, beside the lift across from the power substation.
I tried to change to the beach side but wad unable to.
Would never book through Dentaprime again .Too uncaring and too expensive.

Great atmosphere, cool spa area, perfect exterior pool with thermal water, the food is way better than this time last year. Some details in the rooms should be improved, but overall we are happy with the place. It’s our 3rd stay here and probably won’t be the last.
